Chapter 3

Roka ceremony is over. Mouni looks around her and finds Mohit talking with her Friend Pritika, for whose wedding they have come here. She looks once again at him. He is very cheerful now and laughing almost at their every joke. This is very rare of him. She becomes very happy as she always envies to see his smile with his dimple on his face. But then she reminds something...

"Seriously? You think that you can do everything what I can do?" Mohit grabed her Anarkali Kalidaar's Dupatta's edge in his clutch and asked her with a crooked smile.

"What you are doing? Leave Mohit. I need to go .." Mouni pleaded as she feels that Mohit was up to do something mischievous with her.

"Tell me na, can you do what I will do with you exactly right now?" Saying this he draped her Dupatta around his fist and dragged her towards him as well. And in the impact of his dragging she landed on his broad chest with a thud. He wrapped his one hand around her and with his another hand he lifted her face up at him. "How beautiful and expressive eyes she has." Mohit said in his mind. He stared at her eyes for a long time. He caressed her cheeks, the side of her eyes and her chin lovingly. She closed her eyes as she was feeling and absorbing his touch over her. Then he slowly reached to her lips and tenderly kissed on her lips, and then on her eyes.

"Mouni where are you?" Her friend Pritika's voice brought her back from her trance. She pushed Mohit back and ran towards the ceremony hall. But before leaving the poolside she turned back and looked at Mohit with a request to join with her at the function. He smiled in agree.

"Hey Mouni, you are here? Go and join Prito and others there." Pritika's Mom comes to her and asks her to join with her friends by patting her shoulder. She smiles and says, "Sure Aunty. But I need you there too as I have something to announce."

They both reach where Pritika, Mohit are standing with others. Seeing them coming to them Pritika smilingly goes to them and hugs them both at a time. Mouni wraps her hand around her and takes the center and says, "Today was Prtika's Roka ceremony. And it went well. So I am grateful to you all. And I love you." Saying this she hugs Prito tightly and softly kisses her. Then she goes to her mom and does the same. Then she goes to her another friend and does the same thing and she repeats it and finally she comes to Mohit.

Mohit looks at her quizzically but before he realizes, Mouni just jumps up, hugs him tightly and kisses him in front of everyone, saying "I love You." Everyone, including Mohit get shocked to see this. And Mouni too realizes that she has done something wrong she gets scared and runs away from there hurriedly. Mohit keeps looking at her unbelievably.
