CHAPTER 13

They entered office, Khushi walk to her cabin (which was previously Arnav's cabin) Arnav too walk to same direction. He was feeling angry all again. He entered cabin and saw Khushi seated there on his seat. 

WHAT THE F... You took overmy cabin now where i am suppose to sit. He was yelling mamaji enter Khushi's cabin 
Erm Arnav didn't Aman told you your cabin is shifted down besides Akash's.Arnav was now burning in anger. 

He nodded firmly. I will wait for the day When you all will regret your decision to make her you bahu and giving her majority shares. One day she will either ruin this business or run away with our many, shares and what not. He walk out of her office. 

Board of meeting in conference hall.

Everyone was seated at their place. Arnav entered and sat on his usual place, later he notice Khushi's name tag was place at head of table seat. He felt embarassed when alleyes were on him. He stood up and sat at his chair. He was cursing his nani for all this.

Khushi enter room, she passed smile to everyone. As this was first board meeting held after her wedding and office joining. Everyone stood yp and greeted her. Hello Mrs Raziada.Mr Aitya sharma, Mr Rajendar Khanna. Mamaji, Akash, Aman, Arnav, were present inside meeting room. 

Mr Sharma please call me Khushi i feel comfortable elder people calling me from my name. She smile at him. Mr sharma was in his lare 50's He smiled and patted his head.

Evryone's pirority was khushi she was smiling and talking freely with others. Two pairs of eyes were watching her every move. She could feel them but ignore him. 

Get back to meeting if this gossiping of your ended. Arnav spoke in angry tone.
Khushi sat on head seat Arnav watch her angrily as that was his seat before her. Meeting started they were discussing about fianacial state of company. 

Mr sharma, Arnav i have my insecurities for this new project you know investors has refused to invest in this project. Other company's condition isn't better. We feel our money...and project isn't much...

Khushi jumped in. What so special in this project. everyone gave her strange look. Khushi well i think if you aren't prepared for meeting if you don't know what project about you can leave the room.

Mr Raizada i am very well prepared, secondly what i mean to tell you is that you need to answer these wuestion as you was the one who started this project. What unqiuness in this project. other company is weak no one is willing to take risk. i dn't blame them...why they take risk? you are always targetting same market for all your project...

Everyone was shocked to hear her, she wasn't professional business women but her suggestion was very surprising one for all professional.

Akash's mouth was o shaped wide open. Khushi betiya this is superb idea. Mamaji praised her. Well Arnav betwa i want you to discuss this with khushi betiya and let us all know what new strategies you add in this project to make it innovative.

Meeting ends up Arnav saw how she was getting appreciative comments.

ASR erm...Aman was cut in Aman go to sinha and discuss about market figures. i want complete report. He said without looking at him as he was busy looking at his wife

Everyone left the room. SIT, he spoke in low voice. Khushi surprisingly look at him.Khushi quietly sit down. He stared at her for a moment. He stood up came near to her chair, he turn her chair now she was facing him. He lean down almost few centimeters apart from her luscious lips. Khushi could feel his hot breaths kissing her lips, her heart was beating loudly and rapidly. She was feeling hot. She could smell his sexy cologne.

He was lost in her eyes and her lips. he wanted to taste them. He lean down their lips were almost touching when Lavanaya knock and immediately enter, khushi jerk with knock and drag her chair little back immediately.

Ohh Asr well i need you signatures as they its urgent. lavanaya could sense uncomfortable silence between two. Khushi mentally slap herself for loosing her control like this and let him do what ever he wants...She quickly stood and walk out leaving confuse lavanaya and embarassed arnav behind.

Later on both avoid to even talk to eachother seeing eachother was far. Khushi was back home. She freshen up and came down to help for dinner. Arnav went tohis new room which was right beside his previous one that means khushi and Arnav are staying in two different rooms but their rooms are right beside eachother.

Arnav didn't join for dinner as he told he was busy with some video conference. Khushi and other ate their dinner and retire for night. 

Next day Arnav left home early, Khushi and Akash Left together for office. Arnav wasn't in office as he was out for some meeting. It was evening Akash has to leave early as payal wasn't feeling well and he need to take her to doctor. Khushi insist him to leave without her she will manage. 

Khushi was working on new project, the idea she gave she was elabroting its deatils. Whole day she was discussing everything with Akash and Aman. In evening her report was ready. She Ask receptionist to ask Arnav to meet her in Meeting hall.

Arnav wason 7th floor of building. Arnav was entering lift, Lavanaya saw him She followed him inside. She swayed her hips seductively, ASR she clunged on to him, locking her arms around his neck, She was pressing herself completely into him. Arnav held her waistand slightlypushed her from himself to make distance between them. 

Baby its been ages we been together, why not we We go to my place tonight and enjoy. She kissed him. Lift door opened at 4th floor. When khushi saw them both together. glued to eachother. She mumbled sorry, Thats when Arnav pull back and saw her lookin at them. She pressed the button again and lift door was shut again she walk down stairs to meeeting hall.

She was hurt again, she knew he is like this but still it hurted her. After joining office she came to know his quiet alot many affairs with models, and designers and list was so on. Thats when Karan called her. She told him what she saw in lift, lavanaya and Arnav glued to eachother. Karan felt bad for her, She was in great pain again. He assured her he is there with her, he is not going back until he sort this out. He promised her if he can make this perfectly fine for her else he will support her for breaking this relation with Arnav.

Khushi entered Meeting room after 15 minutes she saw lavanaya sitting there as well, she was well prepared now she felt stab again on her heart but she didn't let her inner feelings to let out. Arnav was relaxed in his seat. 

She started expaling mamaji, Akash, Arnav about her report. As meeting ended She gathered her things and walked out. 
Sheena and assistant in accounting department came to her, Madam i want these cheques to be signed by you. She walk to cabin She took cheaques and started signing there was blank cheque on name of Lavanya Kashyap's name. She looked up 

Why this cheque is blank? Khushi asked assitant.Well madam lavanaya madam Always gets cheaques in this way she always wrote amount afterwards. ASR knows about this. 
I will not sign this cheaque i want Lavanaya Kashyap here in my cabin.

After sometime LAvanaya enter her cabin she was giving I.DON'T.CARE.LOOKS. to her she lazily walk and sat on chair.

DID.I.ASKED.YOU.TO.SIT Khushi apoke in low voice.Lavanaya was taken a back then compose herself. i don't care what u say or not.why did you call me.
I want you to submit copy of amount you have been withdrawing from company account in this last year. I was you to place the copy here on my desk before 9 am tomorrow morning. Khushi said in dismissal tone.
Or else what will you do. Lavanaya gave her sarcastical look.

Else be ready you will be fired from company and then i will file a case against u in employer court. Not even Asr can stop me. IS THAT CLEAR. KHUSHI yelled this time and startled Lavanaya with that she stood and left the room.
