Part 1

Kunal & Mouli are professional doctors. Both had been Dr. Shashank's interns at Sanjeevani Hospital. They are good friends of Dr. Sid & Dr. Ishani. Kunal & Mouli had a happy married life. Nandini is married to Rajdeep, but her marriage is unhappy.

Nandini is doing household chores. Rajdeep comes from his office. He sees that chapatis are not ready. He angrily shouts, "NANDINI"

Nandini comes there. She asks, "What is the matter?"

Rajdeep: I told you that I want to see chapatis on the table by the time I come back. Where are they?

Nandini: I had made them, but I had eaten them.

Rajdeep: Fine, you ate that. Why didn't you make it again?

Nandini: I felt giddy. So I could not make it again. Later on, I went for the checkup. I am pregnant with your child.

Rajdeep: What did I tell you? Have I not told you that I don't want any child right now?

Nandini: I only learned about it today.

Rajdeep: I have told you to take pills after consummation. Why didn't you take them?

Nandini: I missed them.

Rajdeep: You are really a fool. Now come with me to the doctor. You better get the child aborted.

Nandini: It is wrong to abort the child. Even if we become parents, what is wrong?

Rajdeep: I understand our business has run a huge loss recently. Who will compensate for it? Will your father compensate? I incurred that loss because of you. I had come with you to see your sister in the hospital. I had to pay those bills. Neither your father nor her husband could afford to pay the hospital bills. I ended up paying them. All my managers were on leave. I had incurred losses on both sides.

He drags Nandini.

Nandini cries: Please leave me.

But Rajdeep didn't relent.

He forcefully made her sit in his car & began to drive rashly. Nandini was uncomfortable. The car hits the tree. Nandini falls. The police catch Rajdeep & take him into custody.

Kunal is on the way. He sees Nandini bleeding profusely & takes her to the hospital. Dr. Mouli, Dr. Juhi, & Dr, Ishani attend to her.

Dr. Ishani & Dr. Asha perform the diagnosis. They discover that Nandini is pregnant & she had lost her child.

They come to Dr. Juhi & say, "Nandini lost her child."

Dr. Mouli & Nandini get shattered.

Nandini is now on drips. Advocate Meera comes to the police station & bails out Rajdeep.

After some time, Mouli goes to Nandini. She asks, "How are you feeling?"

Nandini: I am better, but I have lost my child.

Mouli: Does Rajdeep know about it?

Nandini: No, but it is because of him that I have lost the child.

Flashback:

Ever since I married Rajdeep, he had made my life a living hell. He used to punish me for every mistake. He was forcing me to cook the food according to his whims.

Rajdeep: I don't want any child until we stabilize. Do you understand? Here are the pills to avoid pregnancy. If you forget & conceive, you have got to abort the child.

He has also been forcing me to learn driving. One day, he had brought another woman to the house & tried to pawn me to his friend for money.

Mouli: After all this has happened, what have you decided? Will you continue to stay with him or leave him?

Nandini: Even if I leave him, where will I go?

Mouli: You can stay with us. But don't ruin your life.

Kunal had seen Nandini earlier. He had previously saved her from the truck accident. He had gotten mesmerized by her beauty.

Rajdeep comes to the hospital. He said, "I have come to take my wife."

Mouli: Nandini is under observation. We won't give her discharge till she is perfectly alright.

Rajdeep pushes Mouli, but Kunal, Sid, & Rahil protect Nandini.

Mouli calls the security guards & pushes him out of the clinic.

Nandini recovers.

Mouli meets Kunal

Mouli: After this incident, I don't think Nandini will be safe. Can she stay with us?

Kunal: I don't have any problem. Your friend is also my friend.

Kunal & Mouli take Nandini to their house. They introduce her to Radhika.

Rajdeep & Meera plan to get Nandini thrown out of Sheik's house.

They spread rumors about Nandini's character.

All the residents of the colony come to Kunal's house & ask, "Why is Nandini not staying with her husband?"

Mouli: Because he has been torturing her. We will not be sending her.

Kunal calls the advocate Vijay, who makes a dramatic entry.

He said, "This is the evidence of Nandini's injuries. It was a car accident. The car license is in Rajdeep's name. He was under police custody for rash driving."

All of them leave.

Nandini files the divorce case. Everyone supports her.

Sasha & Tasha come to Mouli's hospital.

Mouli hands them the divorce papers and says, "Please see that Rajdeep signs the papers."

Sasha: What if he reads it?

Sid: Put those papers under the agreement papers. He will sign them unthinkingly.

Sasha & Tasha take the divorce papers to Rajdeep.

Rajdeep signs all the papers, not realizing he has also signed the divorce papers.

The next day is the court date for the summons. All come to the court.

Advocate Vijay presents the signed divorce papers to the judge, along with all evidence of manhandling.

The court grants Nandini a divorce.

Kunal sees Nandini & develops a feeling for her. Mouli sees that in his eyes & says, "Marry Nandini. We will stay together forever."

Kunal: But will Nandini agree?

Mouli: I will speak to her.

Mouli goes to Nandini. She said, "Kunal loves you a lot & wants to give you a good life. Get married to him. We have shared everything in the past. I can go to any extent to help you out."

Nandini: Being your friend, how can I be a co-wife?

Mouli: In Islam, when a wife gives her consent, the man can marry again without a divorce. I am giving my consent. Spend some time with him.

Kunal & Nandini spend time together at the coffee shop. Later on, they go to the mosque. The pundit said, "Very nice couple."

He checks the palms of both. The Kazi said, "The compatibility level will be very good. Nandini will now have good days to come."

Nandini falls in love with Kunal.

Both come out. Nandini slips, but Kunal saves her. Nandini hugs him tightly. They reach home.

Kunal: Nandini, I love you.

Nandini: I love you too.

Mouli, Radhika, & Deeda get Kunal & Nandini married. Suddenly, Mouli faints. Kunal & Nandini get worried. They take her to Sanjeevani Hospital.

Dr. Juhi comes to the family. She says, "Congratulations, Kunal, your wife is pregnant."

Everyone is happy.
