Chapter 2

Khushi gazed at a man coming towards her with blush she bit her lower lip,she got distracted by her sister interrupting her one sided eye lock,she then focussed on her rangoli and then he came closer to her along with his brother.He was the king and that was his brother.Shashi and Garima were surprised to see the King and his brother at their doorstep and they welcomed them to their house where they were staying given by the King Arnav himself.

Garima exclaimed "Your Highness,we are delighted by your presence but what is it that brings you here for ?"silence prevailed for a few moments and then Akash broke the silence and said " I am here to invite you to our palace for the marriage discussion ". Shashi was stunned to know that they were invited for marriage discussion " Marriage discussion of whose your highness ".

" For that information,your presence is needed in our palace as my parents would like to have a discussion with you all" Arnav's phone alarm rings **a baby giggle** Khushi laughs thinking a Royal King having a cute sweet ringtone which doesn't match his image.Arnav glared at her angrily and clenched his fist for laughing at his ringtone thinking that without knowing the reason,she laughed at his ringtone which means to him everything as it's his princess laughter and this ringtone was a call for him to be with his princess. "I would like to make a move,as I have a important work to do,my brother Akash would like to take the girls to show them the city in our Royal car so please excuse us ".

Shaadi and Garima didn't have a problem with it and allowed the girls Payal and Khushi to go along with your highness Akash in the Royal car.Arnav went to his princess room and Shashi and Garima were exorted by the servants to the palace and were made to sit in thier Royal sofas for the discussion with Arnav's parents Avantika and Arvind.

Arvind replies " You might be surprised by our sudden invitation,but this invitation is to discuss about our son the new King Arnav with your daughter Khushi". Shashi was shocked "Your Majesty, how can we accept this proposal, your son who is the king of Raigad and our daughter who is just a confectioner's daughter,we are middle-class and we don't come into your category." Avantika replies "We want a daughter in law and the qualities which we are looking for in our DIL is like your daughter, and even your son Shyam also likes this proposal that's why he called you all here,but because of some important work,he is gone out of town." Avantika evily smriks at her husband.

Shashi replies "If Shyam doesn't have a problem, then even we don't have a problem,so we accept this proposal".Arvind and Avantika smile in satisfaction.Shashi asks the Raja Seheb " Is Raja Arnav happy with this proposal " Shashi's unusual request makes Avantika and Arvind get tensed "Yes,we have placed this proposal before him first and he gave yes and then only we proceeded further".Shashi and Garima felt relieved but Garima had a feeling of something bad is going to happen,she was worried whether the past will again repeat .

Arnav goes to his princess Aara's room,he sees his angel sleeping in a castle cradle wrapped with a pink cloth and the nanny trying so hard to put Arnav's angel to sleep but his baby isn't sleeping, that's why the nanny rang Arnav to come soon .Arnav ordered the nanny to handover the baby to him and asked her to leave.He caressed her ,pecked her on her small forehead, showering his fatherly love on her,she started to cry more as she is missing her mother's warmness, Arnav couldn't take Aara to the hidden ICU in their mansion where Tara is safe guarded and protected so that no one can come to know about Tara being alive .He looked at his and Tara's picture with their baby Aara when she was just born.

Arnav cried in front of the photo holding his angel and just asking the lady in the photograph to come back to him.He is incomplete without her and his daughter is incomplete without without her mother.

Arnav played Tara's one lullaby to make Aara go to sleep it played "Chandhaniya ..choop jaana re "

Aara's face blossomed ,her sweet cute smile which Arnav was waiting for had arrived on her face and he became happy .He felt his Tara is with him.

Khushi who was going on a ride with Akash and Payal and getting so excited seeing the beauty of the city by the car,she started to humm a song "hmmm chandhaniya chup jaana re " Payal remembered this song and asked Khushi "Khushi this is the same song mom used to humm to us,how come now you are humming" Akash was stunned knowing that Khushi knew this song and even Payal too and Khushi's resembling to Tara was making Akash more confused and also create a doubt in his mind.

"This song is ..Ta..I mean Arnav bhai,Alia and mine fav lullaby and my mother used to always humm it" .Payal smiles and replies "I guess during that time this song is very famous thats why everyone knows about it" Akash thinks that it can be like that but still something was making him to rethink that what can it be "

Khushi was busy enjoying her trip and she loved it,Akash brought Payal and Khushi back to the cottage and Khushi noticed to see a room in the heveli with a pink lights and it's she asked Akash "King's brother ,what is that room over there with that pink lighting" Khushi's innocent question was making it tough for Akash to answer "Khushi you are not unwearable to that question as I can't tell you unless you become my brother's wife".

Khushi's mind raised a doubt against it,she was thinking that why always the Kings and his family always mysterious even movies also they show the Kings and his family always mysterious?.Payal gazed at Akash romantically, Akash felt uncomfortable by her sudden gaze and tried to avoid eye contact with her.Payal felt sad by his unusual behavior.

Khushi noticed her sister's sadness and she replies " Payal,I know what are you thinking,they are Royal family members and they never share good space with their people, but share only a duty of taking care of us .We should be into our limits, we cannot be like them as our status doesn't match theirs ".

Shashi and Garima comes back home and they were really impatient to share the good news to their daughters.Khushi wanted to know what's the reason behind their happiness after coming back from the palace " Mom and Dad what is that you are both so happy,please share it with us ".Khushi was impatient to know the reason.

Shashi caressed his daughter Khushi's face " Soon,my princess will be Raigad's Queen and your crowning ceremony will also be done".Khushi was shocked to hear this news, she was herself in a deep thought that how can a King's marriage proposal come for her as she is a middle class girl "Dad is it true King Arnav's proposal for me ,our class ,status, did they see all that and then given this proposal".

Garima nodds her head saying yes " First, I didn't wanted you get married to King Arnav ,but your dad made me understand and we accepted this proposal and if Shyam was here then it would be great and it would be nice to celebrate together ".Payal congratulated her sister, Khushi hugged Payal,but she was still was not happy because she still had some doubts of this sudden proposal ,she wished that her brother was here,so that she could share her problems to him openly and given her a solution.

" Hey Devi Maiya,please protect me and show me a right path.Is this marriage for real.I can't still believe that I am getting married to a King unless I meet him personally. I never spoken to him ,I want to clear my doubt about this marriage "

Payal seen Khushi worried and she consoled Khushi "Khushi,Dad and Mom personally met Rajmata and Rajpita and with their concent only this marriage is fixed. So I guess even Arnav doesn't have a problem.I guess you need to leave it on God's hand and prepare for your marriage"Khushi made her self satisfied by Payal's words but still she was having a doubt in her mind.
