PART 18

Arnav and kushi lost in their world not bothering that tinky is at the door watching them with her mouth open wide enough to mosquitoes to fit in. tinky couldn't get anything in her head. Her didi is in Nannav bhaiyya's arms..how dare her? And kushi didi? Why isn't she saying anything? Why are they staring each other without even blinking. As far as she know Nannav bhai is not an idiot who teases girls on the roads. May kushi didi is about to fall and Nannav bhaiyya saved..yeah..thats it. she brushed off her thoughts and ran to them. She waved her hands and shouted

Tinky: kya chal raha hai yahaan?

Her yell brought them to reality. Seeing their position kushi jerked back in his arms and lost her balance again. arnav caught her with his steel arms , tightened his grip on her petite waist and helped her to stand steadily. His hands still on her hips. He is just lost in her innocence. Kushi slowly took his hands from her hips and left them. Then they saw tinky standing their with her hands on her waist and a whats happening look. Arnav kneeled down to tink and checked her fore head with his palm to check her temperature

Arnav: tinky…you okay now?

She waved off his hands making kushi gasp and arnav shock and she asked him

Tinky: mere aane se pehle kys chal raha hein yahan?

Kushi and arnav exchanged looks not wanting to let her know. But tinky is so stubborn. Even if she can get it or not she needs to know everything.kushi stammered

kushi: voh…actually..

Her words were interrupted by arnav

Arnav: kuch nai tinks..ur didi is about to fall and I rescued her..thats it..

Tinky satisfied with the answer she nodded. She trust her bhaiyya…

Arnav: now you tell, how are you?

Tinky without replying to arnav hugged him tight..a hug telling her brother thanks..Thanks for saving her. But she did not feel arnav hugging her back. She pulled back and saw him angry with her

Tinky: why are you angry with me Nannav bhaiyya?

Arnav folded his arms across his chest and gave her an emotionless look.

Arnav: tinky, why did you home and go out in spite of kushi's resistance?

Tinky bowed her head down guiltily holding her ears and replied almost crying

Tinky: im sorry bhaiyya..

He heard his shout a bit louder

Arnav: don't say sorry dammit. Tinky scared and jerked back. Kushi eyes widened but didn't want to interfere when he is talking. arnav took a huge sigh and calmed down

Arnav: tinky, are you crazy? If I wouldn't come at right time then..

Before he could continue tinky replied sobbing hard

Tinky: im sorry bhaiyya..

Saying that she hugged him again sobbing and sniffing. Arnav too drew her close to him and promising himself and kushi that he will always protect them from all the evils. On the other side kushi couldn't stop admiring the brother and sister. She kneeled down beside arnav and waited for them to pull from hug. Tinky pulled out and hugged both arnav and kushi again drawing them closer which is totally unexpected

Arnav shocked at tinky's act. Both of them hugged her together hesitantly. Kushi's looks were on arnav while arnav heart jumped in happiness, as he knew she is falling for him too. Tinky pulled back and kissed both of them on cheeks. Arnav patted her hair. Then they heard the knock. Esther entered and smiled pleasantly seeing the trio. She was surprised to see kushi there

Esther: kushi, you didn't go still ??

Kushi clutched her head forgetting to get tablets for tinky

Kushi: sorry mother, I will go now.

Esther nodded her head in agreement while arnav thought out loud

Arnav: going where?

Kushi stopped in her way while Esther replied

Esther: woh...arnav, kushi is going to get medicines for tinky

Arnav smiled in his heart and took the opportunity of going along with his princess. He immediately said

Arnav: I will drop her

Kushi eyes shot up. No, she can't go with him. Her heart automatically started thumping. She clutched her sari pallu silently praying that Esther maa should decline his help. She calmed herself imagining Esther declining him but her heart stopped again listening to esther

Esther: haan arnav...will you please take her? Waise its so sunny outside and even tinky is also getting late to take medicines

Before kushi could deny arnav left the room saying

Arnav: I will be waiting near the car..

Tinky smiled and left the room along with Esther. Kushi banged her head, what is her fate? Why is everything happening against her wish..She took out a huge breath and went to the washroom once again to drape her sari well.

Arnav stood taking the support of his car waiting for her, his KUSHI...a cute and small smile curved in his lips when their encounter in her room flashed in his mind. How she shuddered at his touch. But it doesn't mean that she is in love with him. This is just the starting stage. He will make her fall in love with him..as early as possible..

And then, there she arrived, with her lashes low, and her fingers playing with each other. He smirked and opened the door. Still unable to meet his gaze, without uttering a word she got into the car.

Lisa: I cant believe in you anymore shyam..Mujhe aisa kyun lagra hai? You will go with anjali forever. I have seen the way she looks at you..she loves you and you love her too somewhere in your heart..

Saying that lisa broke down on the bed sobbing hardly. Shyam irritated ran his fingers through his hair. he has deal with this lady…only until he get all of her property.

He kneeled down and cupped her face

Shyam: listen to this…he said placing her palm on his heart

Lisa rolled her eyes and pulled her palm away from his chest and barged out of the room

Shyam banged his fists on the floor. He has to settle things…especially anjali and the property will be his…Forever.

She wasn't even meeting his gaze. They collected the medicines from shop and are returning back. There was heavy traffic already. He banged his fists to the steering in frustration. Not because of the traffic but because a gang of boys in the car beside theirs were ogling at kushi. She uncomfortably shifted her gaze from the window to her fingers. She can listen their sick talks but she avoided to hear. Here arnav was fuming in anger. How can they look at her? His woman? He opened the door and walked to the car of the boys. He pulled the boy out of the car and punched him on the face

Arnav: don't you dare look at her…

He warned him grinting his teeth. The other boys were about o fight him but looking at their friend bleeding they ran away.

Here on the other side kushi was speechless. Before she can even realize what arnav is up to, she saw the boy who was commenting her bleeding on the ground. She pushed the door but realized that arnav locked it. the boys ran away and arnav came back to the car and started driving

Anger rose up on kushi. Why should he bother if they comment on her? If the boy is hurt badly? If they come back to arnav ji again? Couldn't control herself she questioned him

Kushi: arnav ji, why did you beat him?

He was driving still with flaring nose in blazing anger..till now she didn't even look at me, and now she is questioning me? He did not reply but raised the speed of the car

Kushi: arnav ji, reply to me….why did you beat them? Why does it bother you so much?

That's it. His anger reached heights. He diverted the car to a deserted area. Kushi looked around her and her heart started thumping. She knew his anger. And now where Is her taking her? Before even she could react the car halted and he dragged her outside and pinned her to the car. the same way he pinned her when she took out sheetal name. her lips quivered in fear. Her hands were beside her pinned with the monster before her. His red eyes scared her. She managed to whisper

Kushi: arnav..ji..yeh aap kya karre…you are hurting me..

Arnav realized their position and released her hands. She immediately made an attempt to escape his eyes but he blocked her again, with his hands beside her. She looked to the ground unable to meet him

Arnav: I will kill who look at you kushi

He replied grinting his teeth

She gathered all the courage and asked him

Kushi: if someone look at me aapko kya farak padtha hai?

Before she could complete her sentence she heard his yell

Arnav: of course farak padtha hai dammit…!!

Kushi shook in fear. Her body shuddered at his voice. His statement confused her. Why does it bother him? she was lost in her thoughts ..She looked at him again. This time no anger..But his expressions changed. He whispered

Arnav: how could you take this decision kushi?

His eyes showed something else.he lowered at her still, kushi gasped at their intimacy. Her hands were too numb to push him. even if she want to push him , her heart did not accept it. she replied shakily

Kushi: arnav ji…please move back..

She replied facing her face to the other side..unable to bear his breath on her..she tried to move from there but he bracketed her with his iron arms..

Arnav: and a decision so weird that u took an oath not to marry..???

Kushi nodded her head still her eyes closed..

He leaned in more and said huskily

Arnav: you are crazy to take that decision kushi….have you ever seen ur self in the mirror..kushi closed eyes made a small moment at his words..her ears stood up waiting to complete his sentence..

Arnav: taking deep breath mesmerized with her fragile beauty and innocence replied

Arnav: tumhari aanke…they are like puddles of water, so clear I could see into ur soul..so transparent..so pure..so cute and small

Her eyes shot up..her gaze slowly shifted to him..he was looking at her with dark brown eyes..with some kind of intensity and passion..hIS voice was totally changed now…cold breeze was hitting them poking their skins..he continued..

Arnav: tumhari baal….when ur locks fall on ur face..he said pointing at her hair strands…ur locks are like silk in my hands..

He replied…he was actually shocked..he didn't know how the poetic words came from his mouth but they are true..she is soul…pure and innocent.. kushi blinked her eyes looking at him..no one had complimented her like this..many gave her praises of her paintings, jalebies..and all stuff but him…her heart was thumping waiting for more

Arnav: and ur smile..its so lively…he said pleasantly.. smiling full of life…it was a healthy smile..seeing him smile , unconsciously kushi's lips twisted into a small smile…she was smiling cause he is smiling..this strange connection..she never felt for anyone..why does she cry when he does and smile when he does..what is this confusion that trapped her?? Arnav was lost in her charm until his phone rang loudly disturbing their gazing session
