PART 16

THE HUG...

She crashed herself on him forgetting everything. Arnav's lips curled into a weak smile at her gesture'actually he was shocked...he expected her to cry but kushi jumped into his arms..he was shocked whether it was dream or reality..He immediate put his arms around her..she hid herself more in his chest deep and deeper..His musky smell attracted her but that doesn't matter now..all she want is a bit of solace..She dug her nails in his shoulders..Arnav bit his lips in pain..but she did not stop crying'his shirt is totally wet now due to her tears'she felt no worries , no fears in his arms'there was only warmth and love'she cuddled in his chest and sobbed harder'unable to withstand arnav pulled her back and cupped her face lovingly

Arnav: its okay kushi..Please don't cry..

Kushi eyes were still closed and she was crying. She pushed his hands from her face and dig her head in his chest again'she didn't know anything whats going on, she caught his arms tighter as if he is leaving her forever'he is her savior now..she kept crying..Arnav caressed her silky messed up hair and kissed them slightly

Arnav: shh'kushi its okay'im here..

'after 15mins her sobs decreased..kushi felt warmth'she caught someone..she slowly opened her eyes..and lifted her chin..she froze'she is hugging arnav singh raizada'no this cannot be happening..this is wrong'this is so not good at all'she realized their intimacy and she jerked back. Arnav was expecting this..after what she is, this hug will defently disturb her..he forwarded his hand to move near..but kusi took more steps backwards'she is just so numb..she did not realize how long she hugged him like that'her mind was pondering with questions..without giving a single glance at him she ran away to her room leaving arnav alone..

But arnav didn't feel bad'he felt happy that she considered him'she hugged him..she knows that he can give all the solace she needs, all the warmth she yearns just like he desired her's..her shirt is marked by her tears..his shoulders are aching due to her nail marks..but her tears made him die..Never he want to see them again..never..But what is she to him'?? He needs to find out now'what is his feelings towards her..the more fast he comes to know the more early the things goanna clear up..He made up his mind and made his way downstairs

Anjali was waiting for him, she saw kushi running away to her room and now her chote is coming downstairs with a wet shirt'chakkar kya hai? Defntly something has happened. She stood near the car with a teasing smile. Arnav tried to be as casual as possible

Arnav: what?

Anjali: voh chote'before she could continue her phone peeped..shyam was calling her..anjali's heart flinched..her thoughts were broken when she felt aranvs touch

Arnav: di, are you okay?

Anjali nodded her head'cell was ringing again..

Arnav: lift the call di'.

Anjali smiled and pressed the green button.

Anjali: hello?

Her voice was shaking..by this shyam understood that she is with arnav..he cut the call immediately..arnav snatched the phone and shouted

Arnav: kaun hai?

There was silence. Anjali snatched back from arnav and faked a smile

Anjali: may be customer care chote'who cares? Lets go?

Arnav nodded and zoomed off to RM

There were million stars up in the sky..he sat on the recliner lazily counting the,'he lost the count not because of the confusion in the sky but because of the images of kushi flashing in his mind..he arched back at the recliner with his eyes closed..her smile, her tears, her innocence , her pout..flooded in his heart..he heard a anklet sounds but did not bother as he is dreaming..he felt some bangles tingling in front of his face. Unconsciously he grabbed the hand and replied

Arnav: I know its you kushi'.

There was silence, he slowly opened his eyes..to his shock he grabbed his di hand. He left his grip on Anjali and jerked..he acted like he is busy with the cell..anjlai giggled and sat beside him'today she is gonna make arnav to realize his love for kushi'

Anjali: counting stars..?

Arnav nodded and closed his eyes.. Anjali enjoyed the view of the dark sky..twinkling stars..she closed her eyes feeling the cool breeze hitting them.

Anjali: u know chote? They say that the people who die will be turned to stars..

Arnav glanced at the sky and replied

Arnav: do you think our maa is there di? Watching over me?

Anjlai chuckled through her tears

Anjali: haan chote..she is always watching over you..your acts'your heart..everything

Arnav smiled and looked at the bright star in the centre..

Anjali wipe away her tears and asked

But I can sense her di'.my heart beats faster whenever she see me..she is so angelic..so sweet'so innocence..i don't know..i cant bear her tears..i cant..i feel like..like I'm burning inside..Automatically tears ran out of his eyes..yet he controlled'anjali was crying too silently, her brother'finally he found someone'who can truly love him'only him..

Arnav: you know di'I never shared about sheetal to anyone'not even you know what had happened on that day in Mumbai, I just went ot say sorry to her'lekin bata nai kya hua mujhe..i spoke everything di..about maa, dad'.luknow'sheeshmahal'.everything.. she is so crazy di'she cried hearing my past'she shared my pain..my yolk'my hurt..she shared it..she put her palm on me and assured everything will be okay'I don't know why I met her di'but she just can't get out of my mind'I don't know what they call this feeling..i..

Before he could continue Anjali said

Anjali: its called love chote'you are in love with kushi ji..

His heart fluttered with the word LOVE..he is in love with kushi'his kushi..his love'his life'at once he is the happiest person in the whole universe'but his mind stopped him making him fall to earth again'what if he get betrayed again?? What if she leave him making him a stone..no this is not love..this is mere attraction'he was fighting with his heart and brain.

Anjali keenly knew what is going on In her chote's mind..he have been cheated once..Betrayed, burnt and broken'he is not gonna accept this feeling fastly..but she have to make him realize..she was about to kneel befor him but arnav ddint let her do it..he laid on her lap..she caressed his hair lovingly..

Arnav: I don't think so its love di'

Anjlai: no chote'don't suppress ur feelings'stay with them..for once chote..please just for once listen to your heart..your mind has ruled you these years chote'give a chance to ur self..

Arnav nodded no in her lap..he got up furiously walked to the French door..no he can't make him dumb again'he can't fool himself..Anjali slowly got up and grabbed his shoulder...he asked what she is doing by his gesture'she wiped her tears away and pulled him along with her to the mirror. Arnav was confused with her actions..

Anjali stood behind him and began

Arnav registered all her words in his mind..each and every word which his di spoke are absolutely true..he is changed now..he is a real human being..

Yes..Kushi is light of his life..he is in LOVE with her deeply, madly, crazily and horribly'for once he want to listen to his heart..What his heart wants..What it desires for?

Anjali completed his sentence

Anjali: a nun'she is a nun..And it doesn't matter chote'today she hugged you'this tell u mean something to her..Now its ur work to make her realize that she is in love with you..i know chote..didn't you see her nervousness when you are around ur love is true..And god will never make u fail now'she is pure chote..She will defiantly accept you'

Arnav nodded in determination..Life gave him a second chance and now he is madly in love with his kushi and he will do anything to get her..Anjali hugged him in happiness and pulled back'he wiped her tears and replied

Arnav: bas di'enough of crying..it's time to celebrate'ur papad ka thukda is in love di..

They both chuckled through their tears..

Arnav: thanks di..For everything..Agar app nahi hai tho..Before he could complete

Anjali: I won't go anywhere chote'trust me..

He nodded his head with pleasure..But anjali felt bad..She is hiding about shyam near him..This is not right..She made up her mind to tell arnav the truth tomr morning..Arnav bid good bye to Anjali and washed his face'he saw himself in the mirror..He is such a love sick puppy now..He so wanted to see kushi..Take her in his arms..He smiled at his craziness and lay on his bed. He spoke to himself

Arnav: finally arnav, you fell in love and that too with a nun..but no problem'twist ke bina kahani kaisa hosaktha hai..Im coming kushi..You will see the real arnav now..i will do anything to get you no matter what..

Smiling to himself he drifted to sleep'
