ARSHI ROOM

Its been a month since Ashish is in the house now. Arnav comes smiling inside room and Khushi is sitting on bed thinking deep.

Arnav – You know Khushi I never I could ever be nice to kids......thanks for bringing in Ashish in our life (looking at her lost in thoughts he jerks her) Khushi are you listening??

Khushi – Hmm I was thinking something

Arnav – What happened....nowadays you do this a lot...even mummy papa were saying same....is there anything that is worrying you? (cups her face looking with concerns)

Khushi – I want to tell you something about Ashish....

Arnav – Hmmm tell me....

Khushi – He is your son......

Arnav – I know that he is our son....what is new in it

Khushi – Not that way Arnav (her eyes get tear with fear and pain together) he is biologically your Son

Arnav – What rubbish Khushi...

Khushi – Really Arnav Ji is he your and Shee...shee...Sheet...

Arnav – Stop it right there Khushi....so you met her again.....

Khushi – Arnav Ji please listen to this

Arnav – Yes or no Khushi.....

Khushi – Yes

Arnav – Dint I tell you to stay away from her....and why dint you tell me about all this? So bringing Ashish was pre planned....isnt it (Khushi nods in yes) ridiculous....(he walks off the room)

Khushi – He is still not telling me anything...may be Sheetal was right ...he was just carried away for a while and when he realized he just abruptly left her...in that state.....She is just asking rights for their son....why can't he understand....

After a while Arnav is working on something in study room post dinner. Khushi comes

Khushi – Wont you sleep??? (She is hesitant as he hasn't spoken to her after their fight. Arnav just sighs)

Arnav – You carry on....I will sleep with Ashu.... (Khushi just goes without further talk)

ARSHI ROOM

Khushi is thinking to herself

Khushi – You should not have kept this is secret Khushi.....look how hurt he is.....why cant you be open to him....he is your husband....you trusted that Sheetal and never felt like asking him...uff he himself said he dosent want to discuss that topic.....I need to talk to him before he does something......(She walks to pool side...again talking a lil loud to herself)......I never gave a single day of happiness to him from the time I shifted here....This is so difficult....I am such a bad wife... (Wipes her tears...and turns to go to bed and is surprised to see Arnav standing)

Arnav – Then why do you do all this James bond business...you think I never guess why all of a sudden you wanted adoption? (Folds his hand) I knew it the day you met Sheetal itself that something like this going to come up....

Khushi – So you spied on me???

Arnav – Naa....it was for Sheetal and you were bonus....

Khushi – Such a big actor you are...

Arnav – Arent you a better one than me????? I had warned you about her...still you went ahead and listened to her story and executed a plan....

Khushi – I just got Ashu to his home....whats wrong in it...

Arnav – Wrong is you think he is my blood which is not true....I have never cheated our relation.....if I had to I need not have to search you....

Khushi – But you thought Lavanya was your wife so there was nothing wrong to do all this....I will understand.....

Arnav – There is nothing to understand....your duck head will always think wrong things....come here (he makes her sit on bed and explains) Sheetal became my friend with a intention to introduce Lavanya and when she got to know about my child marriage they manipulated Lavanya to be my wife which I had believed for a while still my heart could never agree to the facts and everything was clear when I met her parents...So I broke all the ties and now these two are back to trouble my married life....I hope you got it....

Khushi – But Ashu...he may be the result of the day when you believed her to be your....wife...you know...there are chances....

Arnav – Let me be clear....I never did anything with her that would result in Ashu....and you should have asked it the day Sheetal filled your ears....

Khushi – I was scared....

Arnav – Do I look like a devil....

Khushi – I mean...I dint want to lose you.....

Arnav – Finally you do want to be with me still you do all this circus? Tomorrow someone will come show some other kid and say I am father you would believe them also? (Khushi hits him with pillow)

Khushi – Arnav Ji enough....now tell me what will you do? You will send Ashu back? (makes a sad face)

Arnav – Never....I will send you back and bring new mummy to Ashu....because he needs a smart mom not a buddu like you....

Khushi – What did you say????

Arnav – You heard it Khushi.....and you know why he calls you Aunty and me papa

Khushi – Because Lavanya is his mother.... And they have shown you photo as papa that's why....you think I don't know....

Arnav – No I have told him to behave that way.....but you being big sacrificing person never felt anything about it....I had met before we went there and we both worked together to find the truth of those girls???

Khushi – You used a small kid?

Arnav – What choice I had (Hugs and rolls her on bed)...The big kid was such big disaster that I had to use the small kid....

Khushi – Go I wont talk to you.

Arnav – Hmmmm (kiss her cheeks) its ok (switches off light) no talk required....

Khushi – Don't touch me....

Arnav – Ok them tomorrow when Lavanya come will do with her....so that Ashu gets a youger sister or brother

Khushi – Youuuu ....

MORNING

Khushi is blushing hard in Kitchen when Aarthi asked why she was late today. Arnav comes in by then...

Arnav – Ask her properly maa....no time sense for her.....never lets me sleep also (winks at Khushi)

Khushi – Oh ya....I never let you sleep?? Maa. Wo...its like

Arnav – Ya ya...tell ....tell it clearly..... (Looks at her worried embarrassed state and enjoying it)

Aarthi – What is it with you both now???

Arnav – Nothing maa....she keep watching TV in night...that too those saas bahu serials repeat telecast so piched her hard last night.....(Saved her from further questions as he knew Khushi would blurt out their private things)

Aarthi – You are so horrible chote

Arnav – I was irritated ma....

Aarthi – Shut up....is it hurting Khushi???

Khushi – No ma...I am fine.....

Aarthi – Ok.....you server him breakfast I will go to temple and be back soon....

Khushi – Ji ma.....(She leaves)... If you make me so tired from next time I wont sleep with you

Arnav – Fine....let Lavanya come...I will ask her to stay here (Khushi stamps his leg) ouch.....will take the revenge tonight for this....(They both take the vessels and come to Dining table and Ashu was already sitting with his uniform)

Ashish – Good morning papa...good morning maa

Khushi – Maa??? (Ashishi also winks like his father) ohhhhh so you told him everything is sorted now?

Arnav – Had to...after all we were partner (they both give a hi fi....) Ashu...Lavanya and Sheetal aunty are coming today you know what to do right....

Ashish – I will deal with it Papa....dont worry

Arnav – That's like my boy.....

Khushi – What are you doing to him...he is a kid......

Arnav – A smart kid....Ashish Sing Raizada....you don't come in this.... Eat your breakfast.....(She makes a angry face and starts eating. Father and son smile and eat their food)

HOTEL ROOM

Lavanya and Sheetal speaking

Lavanya – Do you think everything will go as planned

Sheetal – Yes...you don't worry....She already has spoken to him last night and this should have got him think on your matter a little more seriously.

Lavanya – Ashish will say whatever we ask him to?

Sheetal – Yes we need to go and speak to him near his school...just to brush up on things....

Lavanya – Hope that Khushi agrees to go away

Sheetal - She has already agreed you relax just flow your tears generously.

Lavanya – That I will......because I am a poor girl....a single mother....gone through a lot (Makes a sad face and they both start laughing like crazy people)

Sheetal – I never knew Khushi was such a idiot.....he waited for her 20 years and she is ready to leave him within 2 months

Lavanya – He can only be mine....

RAIZADA HOUSE

Arnav has made sure his parents stay in farm house making some excuse to avoid them in their fight today. Khushi is waiting for him to come back from Ashu's school...

Khushi – I don't whats running in his head....what if these ladies come before him.....I don't even know what to say...what he says is right.... I am a duck head...so easily I got fooled.....(Door bell rings and she opens happily thinking it was Arnav but look at Sheetal and Lavanya he face drops...still composes quickly) come in....

Sheetal – I think you didn't expect us....

Khushi – Actually its Ashu's time to come home so......

Lavanya – Ashu will come now....wow I can meet him.....great...its been so long....

Sheetal – Khushi this is Lavanya Ashu's mother (Khushi and Lavanya shake hands)...

Khushi – Ashu will be here any moment...let me get some snacks for you

Lavanya – Its ok...no fornalities.....

Khushi – Come on you have come for the first time (She goes to kitchen and sheetal follows)

Sheetal – Did Arnav agree??

Khushi – I don't know ...he never said anything

Sheetal – What is this Khushi...I got her here thinking you would have done your part

Khushi – What can I do....you know how stubborn he is...I have tried my best lets see what he says when he comes back. (Khushi is scolding Sheetal and her crazy husband in mind)
