ASYA OS- LOCKED HEARTS

Love is not written on paper, for paper can be erased. Nor is it etched on a stone, for stone can be broken. But it is inscribed on a heart and there it shall remain forever.

He looked perfect dressed in his dark blue jeans and a formal white shirt with his top buttons open. He could make any girl go weak in their knees by just glancing at them even if it were by fluke. Moreover he was one of the richest and youngest business tycoons in the city of Auckland; in fact the whole country of New Zealand; to be true in the entire world. All girls in the entire party had their eyes on him but he had eyes only for one lady, his lady, his Zoya.

She looked nothing less than an angel in her white sari with a touch of silver in it. Just a flash of her dimpled smile and men would be willing to even get the moon and stars for her. Well she was a writer and had a poetic aura around her all the time which could make the guys kneel down in front of her anytime and anyplace. All the guys in that party just stared at her gorgeous form but she was only stun by her husband who never failed to compliment her. Yes she belonged to only one man who had every right on her, her Asad.

He was talking to his business associates but his heart and mind was not in the statistics of what the others had to offer. He was worried about his wife who was still recovering from her wounds due to the fall from the stairs in his office last week. He wanted to be by his wife's side but his partners were not leaving him alone for even a single second and were boring him to hell. If he had a choice, he would rather be home with his loving wife but his wife had insisted they come here.

She was not interested in the talks of the ladies who boosted about their husbands' wealth, showed off their luxurious lifestyle and tried to outsmart each other all their time with their artificial beauty and heavy jewels. So she stuck to a corner from where she could see her husband who looked seemingly bored as he rolled his eyes every now and then making her chuckle inside. Of course, she detested such parties but she knew that they were necessary part for her husband's success; and thus she had insisted on attending it in spite of her husband protesting.

He looked up see if his wife was a bit uncomfortable and found her ex-fiance approaching her who had come to the city from America just a few days back. He immediately stiffened at the site and had a sudden urge to beat that guy up. But he relaxed seeing his wife's cousin also joining them and he also knew that his wife would not like a scene to be created here. So he simply gave his wife an assuring smile when she looked at him with anxiety in her eyes. His wife always seemed to have a calming effect on him somehow.

She was relieved to see her husband smiling at her and that smile was very encouraging. She had become tense when she had seen her ex-fiance walking towards her. She had somehow eluded him few days back when she along with her husband had bumped into him in the market. Of course, she was shocked to see her ex-fiance in the city. She had never anticipated that he would see that guy ever again especially after the night she found that he had cheated on her. But she realized that it was time to face her past and her strength, her husband was right there with her as always.

He knew that his wife would no longer be affected by the past as he saw her casually talking to her ex-fiance. He was feeling very proud at that moment; of the fact that he was Zoya's husband. Well he had met Zoya just a month after she had come to the city and somehow he had easily got along with her. He was ecstacious when she had opened up to him telling him all her pain as if asking him to erase it. That guy who she was engaged to had cheated on her and when she had confronted him, he had excuses ready with him. Zoya had refused to let that guy touch her before marriage, so he had said that he wasn't sure if she could fulfill all his physical desires. Well if he could he would love to tell that guy that she was a devil in bed. That guy had said that he wasn't sure if she could be supporting enough in his business considering the fact that she was a writer. Only he knew that his wife had clamped his hand when he was just a nobody and without her he would not be who he was today.

She had calmly faced her ex-fiance and her cousin's presence had been a boon for her. But most important was the fact that she knew no one except her husband, Asad could have any sort of effect on her. She was also grateful to this ex-fiance of hers because if he had not dumped her; she would have married her due to her parents' wishes and she would not have found Asad.

He did want to give that guy a piece of his mind when he saw that guy insisting his wife to dance. He was glad when finally his wife's cousin dragged that guy away from there. He saw his wife hurriedly moving away from that place and his gaze followed her trance.

She was oblivious of her husband's gaze following her as she moved to the bar to get some water to quench her thirst. She made the bartender open a fresh bottle of mineral water and pour her water in the glass with ice cubes in it. She somehow never trusted the bar service and usually always carried her own water bottle in the car but today they had come to the party in a friend's car. She brought the glass close to her lips but before she could drink it, someone had grabbed the glass.

He had seen his wife walk up to the bar and immediately knew that her throat was dry as otherwise she would never do so. He chuckled at the way his wife had ordered the bar tender around especially making him add ice-cubes to the already freezing water. But he wanted to be sure if it was water so he grabbed the glass and took a sip and then handed it to her.

She had known that only her husband would do such a thing. When she saw him taking a sip and after being assured that it was fine and then handing the glass to her, she melted at that very instant. Only her Asad could have such immense care in this entire world. She gave him her dimpled smile and quietly drank the water.

He knew that his wife never drank, in fact she had never even tasted alcohol. He was also not a regular drinker but he did have to have a few sips sometimes which his wife never seemed to mind. After his wife had had water to her heart's content, he grabbed her hand and moved to introduce her to some new people.

She was lovingly the attention her husband was giving her. It was secretly known to her that he was just introducing her to people so that he wouldn't have to stay away from her. She was beaming all over until someone asked both of them to join the dance floor.

He very well was acquainted with the fact that his wife didn't prefer dancing in front of an audience so he politely declined before his wife could comply with the request put forth them. For him, his Zoya's comfort zone was the most important thing. He knew that she would have happily given in if they were alone in that room. He was least bothered with the fact that what opinion would the other present form about him if he didn't dance. Inwardly, he knew that every man present here would kill to get a wife like his Zoya. She never complained about anything whether if he would come home late at times or if he would forget something very important. She had not for a single second suspected him even if she saw him out of office with another woman. And moreover the love that she showered on him had given him heaven on Earth.

She was not at all surprised when her husband had refused to dance because she knew that his priority was always her. She had got a gem for a husband and no one could disagree with her. He was way beyond perfect in every sense. He would rarely come home late without informing her and gave her all the time in the world. Unlike other men he never would hang out with other women without her being around unless it was due to official work which at times much to her husbands attempts had to take place outside the work premises. But he never failed to inform her about it. Other than all this the love that he bestowed upon her was so pure and breathtaking.

He so wanted to get out of the party now as it was getting late. Plus he could no longer stand the men ogling at his wife every now and then. He had wrapped his arms around her waist to show that she was his and only his.

She totally adored this possessive side of her husband which made her at times enjoy such parties. She was quiet taken back when her husband pulled her towards the exit telling their friend with whom they had come that they would walk home as it was just 20 minutes away.

Asad and Zoya were walking on the road holding hands and quietly enjoying each other's presence when it started raining. Asad tugged Zoya's hands and pulled her under a tree shade with him but Zoya was Zoya. She loved rains be it whatever time of the year and somehow these winter rains were her favorite. She instantly left Asad's hand and ran to the centre of the road to enjoy the rain. Asad watched his Zoya jump around in the rain and enjoyed her antics. Zoya could feel Asad's warm gaze on her even when the cold water was drenching her. She motioned Asad to join her but he shook his head to say no. She pouted at this and that was the limit for Asad who had been controlling him all this while.

Asad walked up to Zoya and pulled her closer to him holding her by the waist. Zoya put her arms around Asad's neck and pulled him closer. Lightening struck across the sky at that very moment and thunder followed it. Zoya at this hugged Asad who wrapped his arms around her hugging her even tightly. After the lightning and thunder stopped they moved a little apart with their faces still close to each other. The next instant their lips brushed against each other and soon the kiss turned into a passionate one.

They were brought out of this by the honking of a car and both mentally cursed the driver for ruining what had just transpired between them. The rain got heavier and Zoya was truly lovingly this downpour and the fact that Asad was here with her. She started jumping and dancing around Asad and while doing that she slipped as she was wearing heels which she was not so used. Asad took Zoya in his arms before she could hit the ground. He scolded her for acting like a kid and lifted her up and started walking towards their home which was now just 10 minutes away. Zoya loved being in her husband's arms so she quietly listened to him scolding her.

Asad and Zoya now entered their room. Asad was still carrying Zoya. Their housekeeper and dog had met them at the doorstep and seeing the couple engrossed in each other they quietly moved away from the scenario. Asad despite Zoya protesting had carried her through the fleet of stairs in their bungalow to their room.

Asad carefully made Zoya stand on the floor though he did not want to let go off her. He then turned around to change his clothes; he had just opened his shirt buttons when he heard the verandah door being slid. He took a sigh and said "Zoya."

The minute Asad had placed Zoya on the floor she had removed her heels and not wanting to miss the rain had stepped into verandah of their room. She was enjoying the rain when she saw Asad standing at their balcony door with his shirt buttons open and his arms folded across his chest. "Asad" was all she said.

Asad had walked to the door so that he could see Zoya clearly and be there just in case she slips again. When he heard her calling his name so softly, he got totally lost in the moment. The next thing he saw was Zoya dancing seductively in the rain and winking at him. He was glad the walls surrounding his backyard and bungalow were high which prevented the others from peeking in."Zoya, come inside. You'll catch a cold" spoke Asad in a voice which was barely a whisper.

Zoya was putting every effort to make Asad join her by dancing in that way but when she heard Asad talk about cold she was surprised. The next instant she realized that Asad was making excuses as he knew that she never caught cold due to rain. But she decided to play along. "Well, you are there to provide me all the warmth that I need so I won't catch cold" spoke Zoya making a poker space.

Asad was trying his level best not to succumb to Zoya's advances as some of her wounds were still fresh but want Zoya had said had caught him off guard. Yet he made a stern face and said "You'll slip."

Zoya was shocked to see this side of Asad. He never left any opportunity to make love to her and here he was making dumb excuses but she was Mrs. Zoya Asad Ahmed Khan and she wouldn't give up until she got what she wanted. "I am not wearing those heels any longer" she said while pouting and then lovingly added "Plus, if I do you'll be there to catch me before I fall."

Asad knew that Zoya won't give in without a fight but he couldn't hurt her at all. She was more precious and important than the desire that was building inside him seeing his wife in the rain with the sari sitting to her body and her curves being exposed to him now more clearly. "You still managed to slip in the office even when I was just a few feet away" spoke Asad with guilt in his eyes.

Zoya was surprised to see guilt in Asad's eyes even when both of them knew that Asad was nowhere at fault as he had in fact caught her just in time to avoid her getting deeper wounds. She knew exactly want she had to do so she faked slipping and as expected Asad caught her just in time. "See, you saved me as always. Plus if that day in the office you had not been there then" spoke Zoya but was trailed off by Asad keeping his fingers on his lips.

"Don't you complete this sentence" said Asad with immense care and love visible in his eyes. The second he had seen Zoya slipping he had grabbed her by her waist as protecting her was his duty. A single pain inflicted on Zoya was like someone plugging daggers through Asad's heart.

Zoya was now upset at herself for saying those words as she had unintentionally hurt her Asad. She kissed his fingers to assure him that she was fine as long as he was with her. After Asad removed his fingers from her lips she quickly snuggled into his chest and dropped a kiss on his wet chest. "Zoya" she heard Asad moan and dropped more kisses on his chest.

Asad was losing control with every kiss that Zoya was placing on his chest. He had a sudden urge to kiss those lips with his. "Zoya, your wounds have not yet healed" said Asad taking a step back. He saw a look of disappointment on Zoya's face and was angry at himself for this.

"It's because I have gained a little weight this week, right?" spoke Zoya understanding what Asad was saying but not wanting to show it. "And that's your fault too. Due to my wounds, you put me on bed rest. Plus the doctor had said today that I am alright so that excuse won't work" spoke Zoya and started walking away from there when she felt a tug at her hand.

Asad had not even noticed that Zoya had gained weight and was surprised to hear all this. He looked from her top to bottom but yet felt that she was perfect as always. When he saw her walking away from there, all limits were now forgotten by him. He held her hand and smashed her against his chest. "Just let me know if I come too hard."

Zoya was on the seventh heaven after hearing this. She said "You don't have to worry about hurting me because you never can do that even if you want too." With that she smashed her lips against his and slowly deepening the kiss.

And there the stood in the rain kissing each other passionately which was followed by an intense love making session starting right there in the rain and then being moved to the bedroom and finally their bed.

My heart is perfect... Cause you are inside it.
