Chapter 4

Randhir dashed to his room.I was impossible for him to control his anger now.He broke the glasses and began punching his punching bags rapidly.But then he noticed his bleeding hands.They were paining too much.He washed his hands and bandaged them.Finally he got on his bed.But he was constantly thinking of "That Woman" only.

"Yes ! she cheated me..she said she will come back but naah she never did..I think for her I am dead now and for me I don't even need to think..she is no longer in this world.."and tears were flowing from his eyes remembering his mother :the lady whom he loved most.

15 years ago:

He was 10 then.It was early morning and he found her mother in the lawn.She was planting some new plants."What are you doing mom..?"

"Planting the roses..you know my sweetheart they are my favorites.." and she kissed her son's cheek.

"I like them too mom..they are so beautiful.."and he was staring at the her mother and the stem of rose she was holding.

"Okay..so promise me you will always take care of them.." she said.

"yes mom..I will always take care of them.." he promised her.

And from that day on he took great care of those rose bushes.And after a hard work of 6 months finally there were some beautiful flowers of Rose on those bushes.It was his mother's birthday too.So he made a bouquet for her and presented her them..and a smile came across her face on seeing the hard work by her son.

"I love you so much mom.." He hugged her.

"I love you more Randhir" she hugged him back..

Present :

The bouquet made by Sanyukta was the same made by him for his mom.

"But what was her fault..?" he was feeling guilty now.

He got out of his bed and entered her room.She was in a deep sleep but her eyelids were still wet.There he saw in her hands were the few roses left.Slowly..he took them out of her hands and he saw blood trickling.The thorns of those roses were hurting her hands.He took some cotton and cleaned her wounds.Then after applying some ointment he bandaged her hands.He looked at her innocent face.

"this will never happen again..I promise.." he whispered in the dark and he wanted to caress her cheeks and hairs..but somehow his hands stopped automatically."She hates you understand.."His mind was assuring himself.Slowly..he went out of her room..

Next Morning :

The maid,Meher came with the bed tea in Sanyukta's room.

"here is the tea mam.."said Meher.

"Thank you Meher for bandaging my hand.."she thought it was maid who had done so..

"But mam your hand was bandaged already when I entered..I have done nothing.." she said.

She then realised who had done it..."nice way of him..firstly he gives me those wounds and then he comes stalithly and bandages them.."she did not like this though."I have to reach office on time.."and started preparing for the office.

She prayed to Lord Ganesha and was just setting off from house..when some one said from behind.." When will you come back..?" It was Randhir.

"I will be back by 6.."she replied..

"I will send the car for you there.."

"NO.. thanks..I will come by myself.." saying this she went from there..

"She will never leave her attitude..It was my fault that I even asked her.." He scolded himelf..

She reached her office on time and made friends soon.She just wanted to stay there and never to get back to that Mansion..she was just too happy here..(at least from the outside she was looking happy)

But a guy named Samrat..was the one who caught her attention.He was trying to be too friendly although she was avoiding him...IT WAS 5 p.m. and she was out of her office

Suddenly Samrat with his car came their..Hey Sanyukta ..won't you go with me..?

"nO..thank you..I will do it myself.."

"Please..Sanyukta..Just give me a chance."

"chance for what..?" she was wondering.."No please..I can go by myself.My husband has send car already.."she lied..

"Okay.." he went away..

And she thought to herself.."it is beteer to ask him to send me the car..I should have accepted that proposal.."

Meanwhile Samrat.."Don't worry Sanyukta..IN a few days..You will be the one sitting beside me here.."
