Piya Dobriyal

Twenty-three years old, Piya is a very adventurous girl. She has always dreamed of marrying a royal prince. Her dream turns true when she visits Palghar with her friends for an adventurous trip. She comes to know the owner of the hotel belongs to the royal family.

Piya never believed in the existence of ghost and yet she decides to stay in same hotel, which is rumored by local people as haunted hotel.

The strange events occurred in the hotel at the nighttime. The hotel that looked beautiful in the daytime, looked worse and nightmare for her. The words said by the local people immediately clicked her mind.

She meets the royal prince same night and immediately gets attracted towards him. His royal welcoming melted her heart but as soon as she sees, his real face, the fear rose in her body. He forces her to play a game with him that will give her a life, if she wins and death if she loses. But every word he speaks has a hidden secret where the life and the death come together for her. She has to choose one.

The life will make all her dreams come true with a price of losing everyone she loved. The death will be hell but that has hidden secrets too.

Misha Walia

Twenty-three years old, Misha Walia is a best friend of Piya. Misha is the only girl in her friends group, who is not scared of anything, not even ghost. She was the one who encouraged her boyfriend, Kabir to book a trip to Palghar. But she has no idea this trip is going to bring disaster in her life.

Kabir Singh Rathod

Twenty-four years old, Kabir Rathod is a best friend of Piya and boyfriend of Misha Walia. He is a fun loving guy and very much protective about Misha. This haunted hotel brings Kabir more closely to the reality of ghosts and so he is forced to believe in their existence.

Ruhi Juneja

Twenty-three years old, Ruhi Juneja is a best friend of Piya, Misha, and Kabir. She believes in ghost and is scared to stay in the haunted hotel. She is the first girl in the friends group who witnesses the staff as ghosts and now her life is in danger. She tells her boyfriend Angad and her other friends truth about this staff people, but no one believes her, except her boyfriend Angad.

Angad Ahluwalia

Twenty-four years old, Angad Ahluwalia is a best friend of Piya, Misha and Kabir. He believes Ruhi that makes him concerns for her and decides to stay with Ruhi. But he has no idea that staff has decided a special treatment for Ruhi and Angad.

The Raichand's Family (The Royal Ghost Family)

Abhay Raichand

The only prince of his royal family who was killed long back by his family rivals and now he has come back with his family. When he was young, he was unmarried and he had never been in love, due to his hatred towards humans. He only kills young female humans as their soul gives him lifeline to live for more years.

The moment he sees Piya, his ghostly heart melts and he feels strong attraction towards her. Somehow, his focus gets disturbed because she is a human and he hates human.

He decides to play a game with her, same way as he always played with all humans. But with this human girl it was different. This game will help him to decide his fate and it will clear all his confusion.

His games are dangerous for humans as he tortures humans and kills them slowly.

But his ghostly heart is not willing to do samething for Piya.

Hasina Raichand

The royal queen and mother of Prince Abhay Raichand. Hasina's strength based on young boy's soul. She kills young boys and takes away their soul as it gives lifeline to live for more years. She looks like a young model and it is very easy for her to attract young boys.

Her newest target is Angad and Kabir. But her son don't allow to take their soul as he has strongly got attracted towards Piya and he knows her friends are valuable for her.

Hasina hates Piya for taking her son away. But she knows Abhay will always remain her son, no matter whoever comes in his life.

Until, Abhay don't take decision to kill or give life to Piya, Hasina has to wait for killing her target.

Chand Raichand

The most powerful king, husband of Hasina and father of Abhay Raichand. His lifeline is not depended on any young girls or boys soul. His victims are secrets. He keep an eye on his victims before he kill them. He attacks old people who has no diseases and are still healthy. Those old people's souls are clean and pure. Such souls make him stronger and powerful, that is why he is king and knows smart ways to kill his victims.

The moment these new humans came in his hotel, his all plans failed to attack his target.

As he plans to go out of the hotel, Abhay stops him.

The Dobriyal's Family

Madhu Dobriyal

A worried and possessive mother of Piya Dobriyal. Though, she gave permission to go Palghar, but the news channel that repeatedly reported BREAKING NEWS of Palghar's current situation due to the rain and flood that trolled Palghar. Another BREAKING NEWS flashed about the Rosegad hotel which again rumoured by the local people who said that recently young girls and boys visited Rosegad, even after several warnings. She tried to get in touch with Piya through mobile, but due to non-coverage area, her worriedness kept on increasing. Her only hope was the CBI officer who decides to visit Palghar.

Arnab Dobriyal

He is the father of Piya Dobriyal. His only daughter Piya's life is in danger, he feels that when his wife and the news channel scares him. He insists CBI officer Jeh Khurana to take this case in his hand and investigate the truth of that haunted hotel.

The Khurana's Family

Jeh Khurana

Twenty-five years old, Jeh Khurana is a CBI officer. He investigates the case of haunted hotel that has been in news for several months now. Several tourists who visited that hotel have never returned. This case became mystery for him.

However, Arnab Dobriyal insisted Jeh's mother, so he agrees to find the truth and get Arnab's daughter back.

As soon as he meets Piya, he finds her different from any other girls and feels a pull towards her. He all of sudden becomes protective for Piya and Abhay doesn't like this. Abhay tried to harm Jeh, but his power doesn't work on him. Jeh felt strange that he and his family was not able to harm him, due to which Abhay gets angry and end up harming one of his own staff members.

Jeh didn't understand that why Abhay's power was not working on him.

He has no idea that he is not what he think, he is. There is a secret about him that hidden by his mom, his elder brother and sister.

Jeh unknowingly gets involved in the dangerous game of Abhay Raichand to protect Piya Dobriyal from Abhay and his game.

Will Jeh get success or end up getting heartbroken...?

Dipanita Khurana

She is the mother of Jeh Khurana and a new friend of Dobriyal's. Only for his mother, Jeh decides to go Palghar as Arnab Dobriyal had insisted Dipanita to talk with Jeh for handling this case. But she has no idea that The Raichand's are the owners of Rosegad Hotel. But she can feel that her son is in danger and unknowingly Jeh has comes to know that he is different from other humans. She has no choice, except going to Palghar and fight with Raichand's aswell as tell Jeh about his real existence.

Neel Khurana

The elder brother of Jeh Khurana and son of Dipanita Khurana. He knows the truth about his family and his existence. But he hides this from Jeh, due to his mom, who didn't wanted Jeh to know that he is one of the powerful ghost-slayer and his power can kill any ghosts. Neil knows Jeh is not going to like this that he is not human, but a slayer whose mission is only to destroy ghost from human's world.

After knowing the truth from Dipanita that Jeh is in danger and he has no idea how to use his own power against Raichand, he and his sister decides to go Palghar, along with his mom.

Alina Khurana

The most unwanted slayer in family. Her power is stronger like Jeh, but harmful for her own family. Her mother knows if Alina cannot use her power thrice on ghost, her power will reverse on her own family, due to which she is unwanted slayer. It hurts her that her power can anytime kill her own family members, so she uses her power carefully.

The time was come when she had to use her power on Raichand's to save her own blood-brother Jeh.
