DAY 2

Kushi entered her room in sanjeevani . She first visited her wards and the previous day cases. It's time for the O.P and she headed towards her room...her feet rooted to the ground and her mouth was in perfect shape of O looking at her room'of course arnav and N.K were waiting for her again. Seeing kushi Arnav's expressions were changed into painful one's, as if he is suffering from a dreadful disease and N.K was standing with arnav, side hugging him. Kushi rolled her eyes giving an unbelievable look and went inside, took her seat. N.K took his seat while arnav was ogling and lost in the world of kushi and drowned in her beauty. N.K bit his lip in frustration with arnav...he pulled arnav hand towards the chair. Arnav fell on the chair with a bang. He smirked at kushi's glare at him. Without wasting time kushi took her pad and asked him

Kushi: aaj kya hua?

Arnav smiled happily and said

Arnav: the tablets did not work kushi...his husky tone raised her blood flow in her cheeks without her permission. Seeing her blush, arnav knew somewhere she is falling for him. Arnav's smile tensed N.K; his fear of getting caught was increasing every inch. He poked arnav , bringing him to his senses. Arnav's expression changed dramatically irking kushi more.

kushi: then you need to wait mr. raizada..it takes time for healing of your so called heart ache..you may leave now..

she said pointing to the door. Bu arnav being arnav he suddenly shouted catching his stomach

arnav: aahhh'..

kushi eyes popped out seeing him in the condition. He was okay till now, what happened suddenly? She wondered. N.K panicked and thought arnav was suffering really. Arnav gave a wink at N.K for which N.K nodded and said to kushi

N.K: dekhiye naa kushi ji..bechara...he suddenly gets pain like this..

Arnav made a puppy face and nodded. Kushi tensed and rang the bell for the nurse to come. The nurse and ward boy ran in. kushi ordered them to take him make him sleep on the examining bed in her room. The lady nurse was about to near him but arnav shouted again scaring the nurse too

Arnav: ohhh'no'. clutching his stomach and shouting his lungs out. The nurse jerked away from him. Finding no other way she seek help from n.k kushi hesitantly took his shoulder and placed on her , while N.K did the same thing to Arnav's other shoulder. They both carried him to the bed and layed him down. Kushi pointed her fingers at his stomaching asking him

Kushi: where's the place coming from'

Arnav pointed to a certain place that came in his mind. Kushi hesitantly placed her palm on his stomach and asked stammering

Kushi: hh'ere??

Arnav mentally smirked at his effect on her. She was literally sweating. Arnav nodded again and yelled

Arnav: aahh'

Kushi ran and fetched water and made him arch to the headboard and gave water and some pill. Not wanting to panic her more he stopped the drama.

Kushi: you okay?

Arnav nodded and grabbed her hands in his

Arnav: thank you kushi..

Kushi smiled feeling butterflies tingling in her stomach and left his grip.

Kushi: you will be okay...don't worry. If there's no improvement I will refer this case to my senior. Arnav face fell which did not go unnoticed by kushi.

N.K: Mathlab'some other doctor will treat Nannav?

Kushi nodded. Well, this is not going to work anymore. Arnav sat still on the bed wandering in his thoughts. He cannot act anymore sick, nor can tell kushi his feelings cos she just started falling for him. Then N.K's face flashed in his mind.. Friends with benefits'he smirked and bid goodbye to kushi.

DAY 3

It's been an hour since kushi in sanjeevani. There is no sigh of arnav and N.K. Kushi had already completed biting all her nails. Don't know why? But she felt restless. Why didn't he come till now? Is he okay? Medicines worked? Or is he too sick? She rubbed her temples tensed. She closed her eyes inhaling and exhaling deeply. Suddenly her heart went cool...there's no more fear. She raised her lashes and saw him standing fit and fine. Unconsciously her heart felt a leap and her lips turned into a broad smile. But her happiness vanished by seeing N.K. his arm with a white plaster used for treating fracture cases.

Kushi: ab issey kya hua? And arnav, are you okay?

Arnav was touched with her care and concern and replied

Arnav: im fine now..but N.K he replied dramatically the word N.K

kushi: what happened to him?

his arm was bandaged but his face reading says he is fine which created a doubt in kushi mind. Rnav made faces to N.K guesturing him to act as if he is in pain.

N.K: ahh kushi ji'my hand broke..

Kushi: whats wrong with you two? Kabhi arnav bheemar padthe , kabhi tum?

She asked N.K for which he shrugged his shoulders and arnav patted his head.

Kushi: but you need to consult an orthopedist (bones specialist) , I will also advice you to take X-ray

n.k and arnav face fell. X-ray? Then their drama will be revealed. Instantly arnav covered

arnav: no kushi..Yesterday we have done X-ray near a clinic. You just write some pain killers.

Kushi: but'

Arnav cut her words

Arnav: see Dr. Kushi..your pain killers did a magic in me..We don't need other doctors. You just write some pain killers.

Kushi confusedly gave him some pain killers.

Kushi: but I insist to consult a bone specialist. He is next to my room..

Arnav had sensed the doubt in kushi mind. If they don't obey her then she will find out easily. So arnav took the treatment paper and moved out of the room.

Kushi took a huge breath and relaxed. She felt light when she saw him fit and healthy. Her thoughts were interrupted when she heard her door knocked

Kushi: you again?

Arnav walked in with his one hand hidden back side while kushi looked at him not understanding anything. He slowly took out his hand. Kushi lips broke into a sweet smile. There were a bunch of red roses. He foreword the bunch to her. She joyfully took them, but why did he give to her? Before she could ask him, he gave a smirk and left the room shocking her. She smelled the fragrance of the flowers and kissed them.

FEW HOURS LATER

Kushi: excuse me Dr. Shashank?

After seeing a nod from senior DR. Shashank, she took the seat and asked him

Kushi: sir, I've referred a case. His name is nandha kishore. His arm was fractured. Anything serious? Kushi asked worryingly while Dr. Shashank did not have any idea what kushi is talking about.

Dr: kushi, there was no patient named nandha kishore.

This shocked kushi. She has referred them. Why didn't they consult dr. shashank? Lost in her thoughts she left the room. Tomorrow is Sunday and she wouldn't be able to see them. She zoomed to her house lost in the mystery of arnav and N.K

AT NIGHT

After having dinner of puri and aloo, jalebies kushi settled in the balcony reading her book and listening songs. But her concentration is not on the book but on arnav. His smile'a red shade rose in her cheeks. But, somewhere she felt it's not good. Something is wrong. Just then she a bike light fell on her face. It's already 12 at night and who would go in her lane. She immediately took out the torch and flashed it on the bike that is rounding her home since 10 minutes. And she was shocked to see N.K and arnav. Before she could call out payal stopped her

Payal: kushi , kya karreho? Whom are you calling?

Kushi pointed down but the bike and the duo disappeared in the dark. Kushi banged head and sat on her recliner. payal placed her hand

Payal: what happened kushi?

Before kushi can answer she heard the bike sound again. she yelled

Kushi: jiji, look at them. The flash light fell on arnav and N.K faces . payal recognized them but before she could call they left the place

N.K: Nannav we are caught..

Arnav: no N.K, kushi might haven't notice us so chillax. With that they zoomed off.

Payal: arnav?

Kushi eyes snapped out.

Kushi: jiji, you know him?

Payal laughed and replied

Payal: of course pagli. He is aakash's brother

This is another blow for kushi. She is right. Something is wrong, terribly wrong. Her thoughts were stopped by payal

Payal: by the way how do you know the,

Kushi took a deep breath and narrated the whole story. The accident, their meet in hospital, arnav's heart ache, his stupid symptoms, his stomach ache, N.K fracture..she expected payal would be angry but she laughed out loud and started polishing her nails.

Kushi: jiji, you are laughing? I do not understand anything? Today morning N.K hand broke but how come he is driving now? Kushi sat on the recliner cursing her fate. Payal smiled at her innocent sister and hugged her side ways

Payal: kushi, do you really think arnav is sick and came for your treatment?

Kushi pouted her lips with no answer. Payal pulled kushi cheeks and replied

Payal: oho kushi, this is all a drama.

Kushi nose flared in anger

Kushi: drama?

Before kushi can yell payal shut her lips with her palm and replied

Payal: he did this because he is in love with you.

Kushi mind and heart...both stopped...the word love brought a flustered feeling. Her heart was thumping and her breath hitched. She did not find words to talk. Then she realized. His mesmerized looks and smirks, his dreamy glances, his symptoms'sleepless nights, day dreams,..

She mentally slapped herself. How could she not understand? She whispered

Kushi: he loves me'

Now her face is flushed with blush...feeling shy she hugged payal tightly while payal patted her little sister.

SUNDAY

Kushi is standing right now in front of arnav and N.K'S apartment. She once again saw herself in the pocket mirror. She is perfect. For the first time she felt she is beautiful. She wore a deep red anarkali with sleeveless hands and a transparent duppata. She took a huge breath collecting calmness and knocked the door. There was no response. She was about to knock again when arnav opened the door.

Arnav eyes rooted on the spot. Kushi'his kushi is in front of him, in his house. His hair is messy, he is shirtless with a towel around him and a brush in his mouth. Soon his looks turned into terror. When kushi snapped her fingers, he was brought back to reality.

Arnav: phooshi'tum??

He spoke in a funny way with his brush in his mouth. Kushi gave him a weird look and asked

Kushi: may I come in?

Arnav nodded and left the door open wide. His time is bad so bad. He and N.K are caught today. He gestured her to sit and he ran to his room. Kushi enjoyed the apartment, and the garden in it. There were many roses. So, he brought the roses from here...she smiled recollecting their moments when she heard him banging his door and coming out with his simple white t-shirt and shorts hurriedly. Kushi just couldn't stop drooling over him and his messy hair. she tried to be with a stern face.

Arnav: kkushi'tum..tum yahan? He stammered. Kushi mentally enjoyed the scene but she controlled but she made a grumpy face and stood up with her hands across her chest.

Arnav: kushi..is there any problem?

Kushi nodded narrowing her eyes and taking steps towards him. arnav unknowingly moved back. This is the first time he is taking steps backward. He mentally prayed that N.K wouldn't come out of his room because they will be caught RED HANDED.

As kushi strolled toward him she replied

Kushi: haan arnav'problem is there..in fact heart ache..

She replied imitating arnav. The same way he described his heart ache on the day.

Arnav: heart ache..??

Kushi nodded innocently and moved towards him.

Kushi: haan..Day dreaming..Sleepless nights..Arnav knew. He is caught. Kushi is gonna hate him for the drama. Now his back was hit to the wall and he cannot move. Kushi was nearing him. he was about move when she bracketed him to the wall.

Kushi: don't know why? But everywhere I see you.. arnav eyes shot up..what's wrong with kushi today?

Kushi: no'not you..everywhere I see tablets and hospitals..

She replied pressing his words and imitating him. she threw fake daggers at him. he have to tell the truth now. Before it turns into a huge mess.

Arnav: kushi..voh

Before he could continue , they heard door opened. N.K came out yawning and stretching his hands and still his eyes closed

N.K: who's it Nannav??

His hand was fit and fine. Arnav closed his eyes with his palms covering his face. Kushi folded her arms across her chest and replied

Kushi: morning N.K

n.k jerked back and stunned to see kushi in front of him . Arnav is still in the same position. Realizing his state n.k cursed himself. He is caught. Kushi is in front of him. She knew about his fake fracture. Suddenly an idea popped

N.K: wow..chamatkar..Miracle...kushi ji, you are here and my fracture is healed. You are a goddess kushi ji..im fit now..see my hand is moving'he yelled for which kushi glared at both of them. Scared of her N.K ran to his room and locked it

Arnav: kushi'I will explain

Kushi still stood with stern face mentally laughing like hell. She waited for him to answer

Arnav: kushi.. im so sorry..but this is all a drama..neither me nor N.K , are not sick. This I all a drama and im so sorry for that

Kushi: oh? Sorry? She asked with an attitude..there are still unanswered questions arnav.

Yes, she wants him to confess. She wants to hear those words from his mouth. Here arnav, he made up his mind. He is not weak. He is in love with kushi. He will pronounce it. is she is angry, he will win her again. yes, he have to do it

Arnav: I know kushi...there are many things to be answerd. Kushi nodded at his statement

Arnav: I did this all because...cos I love you kushi..i love you so much..i was scared that I will lose you. My heart doesn't accept me to stay away from you..i keep dreaming about you day and night. I can't stay away from you..i just can't..Because i love you kushi'

Kushi was dumb folded. Her heart flew away. She was lost in his eyes, lost in his love, lost in his care, lost in his charm, lost in him, lost without him. she don't want anything else. Tears were brimming from her eyes. She felt his love..she never felt being loved before. But today she has found her man..her arnav..

Arnav on the other side is waiting for her answer, but she is numb, only tears are rolling down her rosy cheeks. He cursed himself for being the reason of her tears.

Arnav: kushi please don't cry'im sorry..i know my mistake..i will never do it again.but I really love you kushi..how should I prove it?

He saw artificial flowers in the vase. He can't run to the garden leaving kushi crying. He plucked the plastic rose and knelt to his knees and

Arnav: I really love you kushi...will you accept me?

But kushi was still numb..she is lost..in love..in arnav..her heart leaped in joy, the way he knelt down in front of her. She stood admiring him. now arnav felt scares. He placed the rose aside and touched her shoulder and asked

Arnav: kushi, you okay?

Within a blink of an eye, kushi slammed her lips against his, making him hit the wall. Her arms bracketing him, and her lips on his. Arnav's eyes were still open in electric shock. Is this real? Kushi is kissing him...kissing him?? He didn't care. Right now he need her kiss...he closed him eye wrapping his firm and strong arms around her waist and pulling her closer. He suck her upper lip like a lion for it's a prey. He squeezed her waist, while kushi shivered in anticipation, standing on her toes. Soon her hands crawled to his neck playing with his tiny hairs and making patterns. After few minutes arnav pulled out from the kiss. Kushi's eyes were still closed. Her cheeks were dried with tears and some part was wet. He lowered his head and kissed away her tears. Butterflies blew out in kushi's body. Never has she experienced this feeling. She clutched him tightly; he waited for her to open her eyes. Kushi raised her lashes meeting his hot gaze. Her face in deep shade of red..she lowered her head in shy. Arnav raised her placing his fingers at her chin and replied with his husky tone

Arnav: I love you kushi..

Kushi smiled shyfully. She never even imagined in her dreams that she will kiss someone. She never known about love..but arnav taught her..she shyly nodded..arnav jaw tightened and asked in stern tone

Arnav: don't nod kushi..i want to hear those words

She bit her lower lip. Her arnav is not only sweet but also commanding. And she love that. She pulled him towards her by his collar and whisperd on is mouth

Kushi: I love you too arnav..im lost in your love.

Now its Arnav's turn to bracket her to the wall. Without waiting he took her mouth while kushi hands cupped his face..She has found him..Her man..her love..she cuddled to him never wanting to leave him..she is his FOREVER.
