Everyone were present there from new staff to the old one ...

Amar : so let's start ..all the new comers will introduce themselves same as you have already done in your schools remembered( Amar winked at them , making all smile ) but in that there is a little difference it should include your name , your company name if you were at any , working experience , and the post you are given here ..ok now start from here ... said him indicating towards his left

A man stands up and started his intro

Nishant : Nishant Singh ,Gk company ,

Five years of experience and the post offered here is of designer

  ....

  ....

  ....

Naina : Naina Sharma , Gupta industries,

Three years of experience and I am  offered the post of accountant

  ....

  ....

  ....

Roli :  Roli Diwedi..I am fresher , no working experience my post is of assistant manager

Members of new staff got shocked to know that a fresher is there manager when their are so many experienced persons..

Amar : why you guys are shocked like this do you have any problem 

None spoke anything all were afraid to say as it was their first day and they don't want any black mark on the first day itself..

Amar : no need to get afraid tell me what's the problem

Naina : sir..woh actually she is a fresher how can she handle such responsibility

Siddhant became angry after listening this how dare she can talk like this about his roli still he controlled himself and asked " how many else have the same question "

Some more raised their hands slightly except Nishant..

Siddhant : Nishant you don't have any problem your manager is a fresher

Nishant : no sir I am satisfied with my post and it's not going to be affected at all if she is the manager or anyone else so what I am going to do with it let her be..

Siddhant : and what about you all ( asked him to his old staff ) 

In which Adi was their leader so he stood up to answer..

Adi : sir we are here from last five years and till now we got to Know the way of your working and we know if you have taken some decisions then it will surely be beneficial for our company and you will not choose any random person for this job which can make you lose your position in the market and secondly she has gone through two interviews that too from both of you then only she is appointed it means you found her capable and talented to do the job and sir we should give her a chance she deserves it and also sometimes talent speaks more than experience so we are ready to accept her as our manager 

Siddhant : hmm ok so I think you all got your answers...said him taking a look on those who questioned about her being manager 

Everyone nodded in yes and Sid asks Amar to continue

Amar : ok so Roli you will be given your separate cabin when you get little experienced and can handle it all by yourself till that time your table is also will be with them ok..... said him making Siddhant angry he glared on Amar as if he will eat him right now .. Amar gives him a confused look he didn't know why he became angry he asked to Sid " what " with his eyes to which Siddhant indicated that he will kill him.. Amar still didn't knew about the reason so he continues...

Amar : is that ok for you Roli

Roli : yes sir 

Amar : and Adi , Ravi and Rishu ( Rishika ) , Roli doesn't have any work experience so she needs a guidance I want you three to help her

Ravi : yes sir don't worry we will help her wherever she needs

Amar : good , and one more thing at the end of this project means after almost one year we will decide who will be permanent or not and it depends on your work so guys work hard 

Staff : yes sir 

Amar : Siddhant now you can start

Siddhant gets up and started explaining his ideas about how they are going to work upon this project and after that consulting to the team for any corrections required to make it better it took hours to complete the meeting and at last Siddhant said " so guys let's start working to make it in real "

Everyone : yes sir 

Siddhant : and yaa Adi , Ravi and Rishu you wait here and rest can go , already it's lunch time so everyone go and have your lunch then start the work afterwards..

Everyone left the room except Amar , Sid , Adi , Ravi and Rishu 

Siddhant : do you know why I called you three here 

Rishu : no sir 

Siddhant : look , in this whole office you three are the one whom we have trust that you won't go against us

Ravi : it's our pleasure sir that you trust us and we promise you sir we won't break that trust ever

Siddhant : I know that's why I called you here , Amar give that ... Amar gave him a file which was not presented in the meeting 

Siddhant forwarding the file towards them said " here take this file "

Adi : what is this sir ...asks him taking the file..

Siddhant : backup plan for this project , you all know how important this project is for us and I don't want it to get failed there are some people who don't want us to do this project so we will have our backup ready if any problem comes in middle so I want you three to work on it unknown to others and it should be confidential no one should know about this it should be between us only get it

Adi : yes sir you don't worry no one will get to know about this 

Amar : hmm ok then you can go now 

Ravi : sir you are not coming for lunch.. ( actually Sid and Amar both eat their lunch with their staff in the cafeteria with so much of fun...in that time you won't get to know that who is boss here all behave as a friend it looks like they are in a get together not in office )

Siddhant : have a work will join you in few minutes you all go.... said him glaring at Amar. Amar was confused on his reaction he has no idea why Sid is angry with him . As Siddhant confirmed that everyone left he pinned Amar to the side wall startling him and throttles his neck.. Amar was struggling for breath still he managed to ask " Sid..sidh.. Siddhant .. what are ... you.. doing man ... I.. will..dieee"

Siddhant : I will kill you today... said him tightening his grip around his neck

Amar : wh.. whhyyyy

Siddhant : because you are the villain of my life... said him in sad tone leaving Amar and turned against him like a little angry kid

Amar was breathing heavily and when he became little relax he came in front of Sid and asked " what I did "

Siddhant : asking as if you don't know

Amar : really I don't know anything 

Siddhant : from morning you are coming between me and Roli 

Amar : huh..me ...how ....he asked still confused

Siddhant : you know I was so happy to meet her again but you called to disturb and when I cut your call you sent Adi to me ...

Amar laughed listening to his buddy's cute complaint making Sid more irritated ..

Siddhant : hey why are you laughing

Amar : nothing.. you continue...

Siddhant : you know after so much of try I found a reason to hold her hand but you came

Amar laughingly said " you have only called me I didn't came by myself " 

Siddhant scratching his head said " ohh yaa I have only called you "

Amar : done or still left...

Siddhant : not done yet...

Amar : ok continue....

Siddhant : haa who told you to send her out from my cabin hmmm...tell me

Amar : at that time I was not knowing that you want her to stay otherwise I won't have done this..

Siddhant : ok fine I will forgive you for that as you was not knowing but why you did this even after knowing...

Amar : what I have done now

Siddhant : I thought she will be given a separate cabin and I can use this as a chance and can spend some time with her stating that I will teach her until she becomes perfect but you spoiled that too... you are very badd ... I won't talk to you...says him like a angry kid

Now Amar got to know that why he was angry when he told she will be given cabin later he looked at Sid his mature kid who was sitting on the table with a puppy face he went to Sid cupping his face said " awww ! My baby I wasn't knowing about your plan sorryy , and from now on I won't separate you both ok infact I will help you to get close to her " 

Siddhant : really ...said Sid excitingly

Amar smiled looking at him and said " yess .. ok now come feeling so hungry we haven't ate in morning also "

Siddhant : hmm ..ok ok let's go
