Chapter 54

The car halted in front of their apartment making khushi grumbled. Lavanya welcomed both mother and daughter by make an arti of duo like a newly wedded couple but something is missing. She was missing her elders a lot. Naniji, payal, andi, akash jijaji everyone become so closed to her that she can't think anything other than that. She wished to give her barbie doll are complete family where everyone bestowed and raised her with their love. Lavanya was waiting for khushi to take the step further but she is lost in her own world. Arnav gesture lavanya to hold baby and he lifted her in his arms making her gasped in astonishment.

Khushi: ''Arnavji, what you doing..chodiye hame!!'' Lavanya giggled..

Arnav: ''This is your first day and you are not going to enter like that..i will carry you to our room..'' He whispered in her ears. Swiftly he walked toward the room. Happy tears rolled down her cheeks. She tucked his collar and placed her head on the crook of his neck. Lavanya smile didn't leave her lips seeing arnav and khushi so much happy.

Lavanya: ''Be happy like this always..my prayers and blessing always with you..you both are truly made for each other..god always protect your love from all evilness...'' Without disturbing their sweet little moments, she placed baby in the crib before leaving.

When they entered the room, arnav placed her on the bed safely like she is a fragile doll and make sure she is not hurt. By seeing sweet gesture, her heart swell in happiness.

Arnav(Cupping her cheeks): Thank you khushi.. thank you so much for giving me a beautiful bundle of joy and to complete my family...you have no idea how much i have waited for this moment. She feel touched and kissed his knuckles.

Khushi: ''Don't say like that..its you who completed me in every senses else I am nothing without you..if you didn't by my side then this cruel world would have eat me alive by now...'' He shushed her by placing his fingers on her lips.

Arnav: ''From now we didn't talk about the past that gave you pain ..whatever happens was happen..we cannot changed it but most important thing is we are together and that only because of that beautiful mistake, we committed, haina? She nodded.

After giving her medicine, arnav spread duvet over her and gesture her to sleep but sleep is far away from her reach. Few hours passed but she was tossing on the bed. Her eyes laid on him who was playing with baby and talking with his baby voice. A beautiful smile adore her cheeks. She have never seen him smiling so freely. He get attached to her so quickly, she wondered. But suddenly her smile faded remembering what had happened in hospital. She have expected arnav would take her to raizada mansion but seems he is not ready to accept them. Although while leaving naniji and payal apologize lot of times and urged them to come back home but arnav didn't give ear to any of their plead. Khushi feel bad when they almost begged them to come back and at that moment she was helpless. Arnav was not ready to listen anything and made a full stop on their conversation. He clearly warned her not to discuss about this matter anymore. He already made his decision and no one can change it.

For her happiness he invite them to her godh-bharai but now she not wanted to force her and do anything that hurts him. She knew her husband is tough nut to break and when it comes to her, his possessiveness reached at his peak if by chance anyone tried to hurt her. She have to go slow in convincing him. He was engrossed in talking with her kid that he didn't noticed she was glaring at him.

''Now a days my arnavji don't spend time with me..'' she pouted. Suddenly her eyes fluttered opened remembering about baby gender. She rose up from her place. At hospital, She didn't get chance to talk to him but now she is not going to spare him. Placing her hand on her hips, she directly strode toward arnav who is playing with little toddle and in next moment she carried her into her arms taking her away from his hold.

Arnav: What the!! You still awake..i told you to sleep..you need rest, jaan! Go and sleep..'' He said gently. But this time she didn't melt by his sweet talk and placed baby onto the bed.

''Khushi..carefully!! she is so delicate and fragile..you should handle her with care...'' By listen SHE, her temper flare more. ''How dare he hide baby identity from me, I am not going to spare him at all..'' He still didn't realize he call baby as she and sat on the recliner to get back into his work. She passed an angry glare making him frowned in astonishment.

What? He raised his eyebrow but she didn't exchange a single word other than fuming. Seems Khushi's mood swings are still jumping on her head, he wondered and smirked.

Arnav: ''By the way did you thought any name for her.. I mean for him?'' He asked trying the lightened the atmosphere. Again silence. Now he can't tolerate her cold behavior anymore and stood up sternly.

''What happen to you? You are glaring at me as if I am a criminal...what's wrong, shoot!!'' Finally she put a full stop on her silent mode and straightly got down from bed raggedly. He was taken aback by her sudden furious nature.

Khushi(Grabbing his collar): You are asking me what happen to me..really? How could you hide such a biggest truth from your wife? You cheat.. you liar..i won't leave you...'' She began hitting him on his chest making him amused. He wanted to held her hand and stop her but she is beating him with her soft hand so gently that he don't feel like to stop her. Suddenly it clicks him why she is behaving like that. That means she came to know about baby girl? Shit man, I wanted to surprise her and play a prank with her...but she have no clue I have planned something big for her.

Arnav: ''Khushi.. khushi, wait.. listen to me once!!' She didn't gave damn to him and constantly punching him before he take a move toward her, in such a force that he fell down but not before taking her along with him. And now both are lying on the hard floor with khushi on top of him. She tried to freed herself away from his hold and about to got up but he grabbed her tightly and she again pulled back on his hard chest. Her heartbeat risen by their proximity. He rolled her down underneath him by pinning her both hand on the ground. Both are looking into each other eyes and started feeling the same emotion they always felt when their eyes met. But she immediately brought back to her senses.

Khushi: ''Don't touch me!!'' She barked and tried to freed herself but his grip is stronger than ever.

Arnav: ''So my beautiful wife is angry with me?'' She keep on fidgeting to get away from his grip.

Khushi: ''How dare you hide it that we have baby girl instead of boy..you won the bet still you pretend that I..'' She left her sentence incomplete and he started laughing making her flinched.

Arnav: ''Its good you came to know by yourself and now I have no reason to keep my hands away from you because your condition is invalid...I won the bet and I can do whatever I want...'' He lean down and inhale the scent of her fragrance. She started hyperventilating and immediately kicked him and got up.

Khushi: ''I disagree..you cheated me and now you should follow the rules of the bet..even though I lost it but that doesn't mean you can play double game with me..you can't touch me till 2 months else you have to suffer big trouble..'' There is a frustration in his expression. Taking a step toward her, he made her step backward.

Arnav: ''And what if I won't do?'' His voice is hoarse. A chill run down her spine and she inched back.

Khushi: ''You have too!!'' She gulped seeing the tendency of his gaze and she get locked between the walls and him. He smoothed her hairs behind her ears placing other hand on the sides. She closed her eyes shut and went breathless.

Arnav: ''I know you want me the same way I want you but..''

Khushi: ''But?'' She asked breathing heavily as her muscle pulsating in desire.

Arnav: ''I won't touch you, I promise until this bet period not over and like before this time also i fulfill my promise. Just pray these 2 month not passed soon because the consequence going to disastrous for you in upcoming days...'' He warned confidently and stepped back.

Khushi: ''And if you loose anyhow and crossed the limit then? He gave her 'Are you serious' look.

Arnav: ''Arnav singh raizada never loose the battle and if anyhow it would happen then I would do whatever you ask me to do..'' He stated and went back to make a conference call. A wicked smile appear on her face thinking something.

Khushi: ''Mr raizada, you think you are so smart..how can you forget my name is khushi kumari gupta singh raizada, I'm two step ahead than you ever imagined.. there is no defeat in my dictionary as well...'' She smiled inwardly.

Evening:

Nk was making weird faces as lavanya was forcefully feeding him soup while rupa and her mother giggling seeing his helpless state. They knew she is the only one who can handle him and make him do that they were incapable to do. Leaving the couple alone, they went off.

Nk: ''Yukk!! Its so bitter, lavu please I am full now!! He made a baby face.

Lavanya: ''Shut up nk, just now you came back home from hospital and if you again start your drama..i will surely kick you...'' Without making any noise, he quietly eat it. After finishing it lavanya lean near him and began wipe his mouth with napkin. He felt butterflies in his stomach by her closeness. He looked at her lovingly without blinking his eyes and drowned into her completely.The moment she realized their position she quickly snapped back and looked away feeling a bit uneasy but his eyes fixed upon her.

Nk: ''Lavu, I'm in love'' He said straightly. Her eyes popped out in surprise.

Lavanya: ''What! You and love? Poor girl, kiske bhag phut gaye...'' she started laughing.

Nk: ''I am damn serious..'' Suddenly her smile faded feeling little insecure. She have never seen him aggressive.

Lavanya: ''Who is she?'' She asked casually.

Nk: ''A very special girl, whom I love since childhood. Her heart shrieked. There is a deep intensity in his voice. She got a slight hint about whom he is talking about but she shrugged all unwanted thought thinking like that.

He paused and continued,''And I am scared to tell her.. I don't want to loose her..if she reject I can't bear it because I truly love her and her happiness is more important to me..'' He spoke intently looking directly into her eyes but she is avoiding her gaze.

Lavanya: ''God Nk, i thought you are joking..are you serious?'' She can't believe love can change someone to that extend. She ruffled his hairs cutely and he smiled seeing her hand playing upon him. Unfortunately she always been cursed in the name of love. Brushing her forbidden pain, she smiled contently feeling happy for him. ''A girl should be lucky to have you nk and if you really love her so deeply then you should tell her as soon as possible..'' She suggested.

Nk: ''And if she didn't accept me?'' He asked anxiously. The thought of loosing her made him feel vulnerable. Till now he didn't get any clue from which he can assume what she think about him.

Lavanya: ''How can she reject you..i would kill her if she broke your heart..!!'' Her words gave him courage to reciprocate his feelings. He tried to got up but feel a sharp pain on his stomach making him yelled. ''Nk, what you doing, stay straight.. I told you not to move..why you never listen to me?'' She shouted.

Nk: ''Ermm..i need to change my shirt..can u please call ma? He urged hesitantly.

Lavanya: ''Oh hello mumma boy, always need ma by your side..leave your mumma pallu and grow up... what will you do when your bride came to your home..did then also you call your mumma?''

Nk: ''But...!!'' He tried to argue her but she didn't gave any chance to say anything.

Lavanya: ''Shut up!! when I have taken your responsibility why you want to bother auntyji..i have promised her I would take good care of you until you won't recover fully and whatever you need ask me without any hesitation, don't bother anyone else..did you understand..'' Without giving any heed, she immediately unbutton his shirt and didn't think what she was doing and slid it off making his upper body reveal to her. Getting the shirt from his wardrobe, she take hesitant step toward him. He is feeling shy and crossed his arm. For a moment she forgot to breathe and suddenly she started laughing holding her stomach.

Lavanya: ''Oh my cutiepie nk..you are behaving as if I am raping you...'' she pinched his cheeks tenderly making him blushed more vigorously. She started removing the bandages from his wounded parts. He closed his eyes clenching his fist and she blow him to sooth his pain. The moment her warm breathe touched his skin, he forgot anything. He wanted to melt into her raw arms and never let her go.

''Feeling pain?'' She asked while carefully applying antiseptic with her soft palm so it it won't cause any pain to him. He shake his head negatively. Her hand was shivering on his bare body that is not go unnoticed by him. He held her wrist to vanish her nervousness even though she is trying hard not to make it visible on her face.

Nk: ''Why you are so concern about me?''

Lavanya: ''Because you are my friend..'' She was trembling when his thumb rubbed on her cheeks and then it stopped reaching the corner of her lips. She closed her eyes as a new feeling gloom on her body.

Nk: ''Are you sure about that?'' She open her eyes and looked into his eyes that is showing a darkness that is reflecting of his soul. After that she cannot able to say anything. She was only staring at his face.. She have seen him closely before but today she feel something different by his gaze. She was totally lost of words. In next moment he brushed his lips on her making her gasp. It took her some time to come back to senses. She blinked her eyes once and twice. It was now she realized he actually kissed her. It took her all strength to absorb the reality.

Nk: ''Luvu..main tumse...'' she shoved her hand signalling him to stop. Her own temptation was scary. She crawled back and immediately stood up turning her back toward him. Fresh tears rolled from her eyes. Her heart ached in pain. She quickly ran away without waiting for anymore longer.

''Lavu..lavu..listen to me..'' He ran a frustrated hand on his hairs. ''Oh god what I have done..'' He tightened his grip feeling guilty of hurting her. The thing he always feared come true. He tried her number several times and message her saying sorry but she is not answering. Few hours passed but there is no sign of her. He was getting restless and thought to go her home to check her if she is alright. Gathering courage, he manage to get up from his place to get ready. But pain is getting worst. He is not able to walk properly as pain getting unbearable but he don't care. He wanted to meet her at any cost.

Savita: Nk beta, where you going in this condition? She saw him climbing downstairs and he was finding difficulty to come down. ''Go back to your room!!'' She commanded. By supporting through walls, he began walking in a trembled steps ignoring her.

Nk: ''No ma..i want to met lavanya..don't know where is she?''

Savitri: ''Are you crazy, just look at yourself you can't able to stand properly. Just today you get discharged and doctor have gave strict warning..you need proper bed rest, beta..try an understand..'' She try to make him understand but he was showing his stubbornness. He is not in the terms to listen anything and finally reached near the door. He was about to took his foot out when her voice alert him.

''You cannot find her at home.. she and rupa went to khushi baby naming ceremony in her apartment. She spoke hysterically to make him stop.

Wearing a backless blouse and shimmering red saree with matching jewelry, khushi is getting ready standing in front of mirror. The moment arnav entered peep in, she twirled her hairs on one side making her back visible to him and tried to tie the last knot of her blouse. Her one look took his breathe away and a deep sigh escaped from his mouth seeing his beautiful wife looking extremely ethereal. She deliberately wore his favorite color and choose a sari to wore with lots of dories so that he lost his control and her mission accomplished.

Khushi: ''Arnavji, hamari thodi si madat kar dijiye nah..'' (Can you please help me?) She urged innocently. He get totally mesmerized by her and the bet thing totally washed out of his mind for a moment. She smirked seeing her effect on him. Seems today itself she won her bet. She grinned victoriously.

She get shuddered sensing his hand on her bare back. His rough hand roaming on her sexy back. She fist her saree when he began placing few warm kisses on her that make her difficult in breathing. Turning toward him, she snuggled him more closer and peck on his cheeks seductively that fully aroused him.

Khushi: ''Irrada kya hain janab ka?'' (What are your intentions?) She wrapped her arm around his neck and put her legs onto him.

Arnav: ''When intentions are good where it concerns to you..'' He pulled her dangerously closer and instead of tying, he started undid her blouse and slid of her pallu off in one swift motion. Forgetting about outside world both get totally lost into each other.

Precap: Lavu..i love you!!!!!!!! Saying this, he fell down on the ground in a jerk making everyone rooted at spot in shocked state.
