Unwillingly Arnav came back to home for a quick shower and breakfast. he wants leave this place as soon as possible so that he could be near Khushi. He himself doesn't even know when she occupied such great importance in his life. Akash went straight to the office as Arnav has called it off so all the meeting and Arnav's schedule was now on him. he entered his room and this time he wasn't welcomed with the soft loving barks of Coco. Coco came running in his direction barking angrily at Arnav which made Arnav take a step back of his own room.

Arnav- "What's wrong with you?" he asked as Coco stood right in front of him right in front of the door.

His anger a bit subsidized as he barked softly as if asking him something.

Arnav- "Are you hungry?" he asked and realized no one would have given him because everyone was so stressed that they might have forgotten him.

Arnav- "Wait here, I'll get your food." He ordered Coco as Coco watched Arnav's disappearing figure. Soon he arrived back with Coco's bowl full of his meal and placed it in front of him. Coco sniffed the food and looked at Arnav once and barked at him again.

Arnav- "It's your food." He told him but in return he got a bark from him. irritated, Arnav walked past him and entered his room and Coco followed him. he came in front of him and jumped trying to stop him. Arnav stood where he was and looked at Coco. Once he realized ARnav is looking at him, he rushed ti recliner and started jumping there, barking as he wanted to say something. Soon realization drawn on him and he realized what he meant.

Arnav- "You are asking about Khushi?" he said and Coco wagged his tail excitedly and sat on his two legs to listen Arnav.

Arnav- "She is fine...she woke up but she is having pain in her chest." Never in million years Arnav had thought he would be talking to a pup but this pup is not just an animal. He has lots of feeling -love, care, concern for his friend which deep down made him realize that Coco is far more better than him. he ignored Khushi although he called her his friend. He sat in front of Coco on the floor and looked at him.

Arnav- "She is very strong...I'll bring her back home soon." He said and Coco wagged his tail harder. Is he really able to understand human language? He extended his hand and patted Coco's head and Coco for the first time didn't try to scare him away. Arnav smiled looking at Coco. How lucky she is that she has Coco with her.

He stood up and Coco let him take his shower and get dressed. Nce he was ready to leave Coco followed him again.

Arnav- "Hariprakash..." He called for him.

HP-"Ji Bhaiya..."

Arnav- "Give Coco something to eat...he must be hungry." He ordered and saton the dining table to have his quick breakfast.

HP-"Bhaiya he isn't eating anything. We gave him food even Anjalji gave him some sweets but he isnt eating anything." He told ARnav and Arnav looked at him. is he missing Khuhsi this much?

HP- "How is Khushi Bhabhi?" he asked.

Arnav- "Better." Arnav answered politely.

Arnav- "Eat something or Khuhsi will kill me if something happens to you." e told Coco and in return Coco barked.

He huffed loudly and having his coffee and a small slice of toasted bread he had his medicine and was ready to leave for hospital. As Arnav walked towards the door Coco followed him. Arnav turned to look at him and he gave his best pleading eyes. Arnav's mind told him that's it a trap and don't fall for it but for the first time he followed his heart. he picked Coco up and walked out. Making him sit on his passenger seat he drove towards the destination. Coco took the best of the opportunity and standing on his two legs he banged the window. As if this would help him to reach to his friend faster.

Once they reached hospital, Arnav picked Coco up and took him to her room. he hid him behind warning Coco not to bath and he obeyed him. he opened the door and saw Khuhis and his Di talking.

Anjali- "You came already?" she asked and he nodded.

Arnav- "Khushi I have something for you." he told her and her eyebrows furrowed.

Khushi- "Please tell me I can go tomorrow." She said and he smiled at her wish. He made a mental note he'll talk to the doctor about it and shook his head.

Arnav- "Not for now...but I''l talk to the doctor." He said and step in closer.

Anjali- "Good Chotte, surprising your sick wife."she teased and he grew uncomfortable as his cheeks started getting warm.

Arnav- "Di please..."

Anjali- "Okay I am not saying anything...and I'll let you some time alone time with your wife." She winked and left them alone.

Khushi- "What is it Arnavji?" she asked and he bought her surprise in front and she gaped looking at Coco. He chuckled at her happiness.

Khuhsi- "Coco..."she squealed and tried to sat up but she winced as a shape pain rose in her body.

Arnav- "Khushi...easy..." he scolded and let Coco sit next to her on the bed.

She kissed him which made Arnav cringe but he smile just made his day. The smile he was longing to see. The smile he tried his best to be the reason behind.

Khuhsi- "Thank you so much Arnavji." She smiled.

Arnav- "He was missing you...he didn't even eat anything since yesterday."

Khushi- "Aww baby...see I am fine." She said in a baby voice and kiised Coco and he licked her hand in return.

Arnav- "Give him these." He gave her the cookie pack and she took one in her hand and gave it Coco who eat it greedily.

Khuhsi- "You know Doctor don't let me eat." She told Coco and he looked at them in amusement. She shares her things with Coco. Coco barked in return and licked her finger as if he was trying to say that everything will be fine. Deep down he felt jealous. She shre her things with a pup but she couldn't told him she was feeling sick? But he knows she is not the one to be blamed. He himself is the one responsible for everything.

Khushi- "You want to make him eat/" she asked Arnav and he looked as he if saw a ghost but this was the opportunity to build a conversation with her. he took a cookie out and gave it to Coco who had it immediately. he smiled at his success and they both feed him together. he looked relaxed and this was what he wanted even if it was against hospital policy.

Arnav- "He loves you a lot." He told her and she patted Coco's head.

Khushi- "And I love him too." He smiled.

Arnav- "And I forced you to let him go." He said guiltily looking down on the plain white sheets of the bed.

Khuhsi- "Let forget it Arnavji...the best thing is we have him back again." she told him genuinely.

Once Coco fell asleep Arnav let him down and helped Khushi in washing her hands.

Khushi- "Thank again." she said to him and he smiled at her.

He let her sit on the bed and her lunch arrived and she made a sour face. Not just the taste is bed, her chest hurts in gulping it.

Arnav-"this looks better than the breakfast." he told her and filling the spoon he made her drink and her face scrunched at the taste.

Arnav- "Is it bed?" he asked and she nodded. A lone drop of tear ran down her eyes and suddenly he felt a pang in his heart. he felt so deeply connected to her that her one tear drop made his heart pain.

Arnav- "What happened Khushi? Is anything hurting?" he asked.

Khuhsi- "I don't want to live here...please I'll die if..."

Arnav-"Shut up Khushi." He interrupted her. he got it that she is not liking being here but she doesn't need to say abot death and all.

Arnav- "Do you even realize what you just said?" he asked her. "How difficult it was for me to see you like this...even single second outside this door was like hell and you talking like this?" he scolded her and she cried harder. Somewhere he knows she isnt crying just for the food, there is something more to it.

Arnav- "What the thing is Khushi?" he asked lifting her face up.

Khushi- "I don't want to live her." she said.

Arnav- "The actual thing." he asked and she sobbed.

Khuhsi- "I asked Di, Ma baba knows I am here but they didn't came to see me." she said with sobs and he realized what she meant. He hugged her sideways making sure not to hurt her with her IVs.

Arnav- "They must be here anytime." He said.

Khushi- "They didn't even call once."

Arnav- "They called me and I told them you were sleeping, they said they'll be here soon." He lied. He doesn't want to see her sad.

Khuhsi- "Really?" she asked and he nodded.

Khushi -"Arnavji please take me home."she begged him.

Arnav- "Okay I'll talk to the doctors...but what the problem is?" he asked.

Khuhsi- "I just don't like this place...and please don't ask why I just have some bad memories..." she told him. he nodded in understanding.

Arnav- "But you have to finish this first." He bribed her. she ate the remaining without any complains. He gave her the medicines which made her sleep. The doctor came and checked on her and he told them he wants to take her home. After a big conversation doctors agreed but giving him a whole list of do's and don'ts. She can be discharged tomorrow and he wants her to rest as much as she can so that she could be fine when he takes her back home but he needs to do one thing more. he needs to call her family. He took his phone out and texted Payal as he wasn't willing to leave the room and talking on the phone will disturb her.

Khushi is missing you all...where are you?

He texted and waited for her reply. His phone buzzed and he checked her reply

We want to see her too but we are out...we'll be coming tonight and will come directly to the hospital.

He hit reply and wrote a new text.

Is everything okay...you know you can tell me anything...Khuhsi was saying that something is not right...please if there is any problem to let me know.

Her reply took longer this time and he instantly checked as it arrived.

Everything is okay BTW how is she?

He wrote a reply and send it to her.

Better. She doesn't like hospital and I am taking her back home tomorrow.

He informed.

Yes she has very bad memories with that place...she doesn't like it at all...please take care of her.

He asked him.

I will.

He replied and looked at peacefully sleeping Khushi. He will take care of her always.
