Chapter 19
Aakash fidgeted around in the Sociology class, his thoughts not on the lecture that Ms.Rosiana was delivering but instead plotting on how he would invite Payal to the party without being too hesitant and minus all the blushing that he couldn't overcome. The class was over and the two of them, went outside, him receiving a poke in his side by a passer by, he looked up deviated at Anjali who was looking at him mischievously.
"Did you invite her to the party?", she whispered into his ear, Payal not noticing her presence as she was deeply engrossed in reading a book.
"I am going to do, go away Anji, don't spoil things for me"
"I haven't spoiled anything as yet, but I surely will, if you continue being that hoarse with me", she said annoyed and walked away, but turned back, for a tip she wanted to give her brother.
"Tell her Khushi's coming too she wont say no then", Anjali told him helpfully, him looking at her all the more annoyed.
"We both agreed, that I would invite Khushi, you are cheating Anji" he told her with a downsized look on his face, suppressing the anger inside him.
"You haven't even invited one girl since morning, I was just making your work easier", she told him back matter of factly and rushed off, carrying her fake limp with her before he as much could even glare at her. Taking his time to process Anjali's advice he called Payal's name who looked up from her book at him, waiting for him to say something further.
"I..wanted to invite you to my and Anji's birthday party this Saturday, (adding in quickly) Khushi is coming too *pause* Will you come?", he finally put a full stop on his sentence, waiting for her to answer who looked down at the ground below and then up at him timidly nodding her head in a 'yes'.
He gave her the largest smile he could manage, and started blabbering away aimlessly about something else to cover up for the awkwardness, leaving her blushing furiously to herself, the two of them together walking the grounds of Stanford.

It was Friday, only half an hour earlier that Khushi had returned from school, her toe on the quick road of recovering, back to its normal look, however the nail that had grown again was still a bit chipped but nevertheless not too pathetic to look at. She had just jumped on her bed, telling her mother of Anjali and her plan of going out shopping; to which Aparna Gupta had insisted her on buying a dress for herself too. She had resisted it, but then her mother was after all her mother, and had finally made her agree to it, with her quickly changing her clothes into something more comfortable, only a little while later, Anjali appearing on their door step, sitting for a little while in her house greeting her mother, and looking at Khushi's room amused at the stark resemblance of her brothers room with her.
The two had then quickly bid good bye to Mrs. Gupta, going to the upscale open air shopping mall located on El Camino Real at Sand Hill Road in Pal Alto. They surveyed all the shops for the best party dresses after what was about 3 hours of wandering the premises had the two decided on dresses for themselves, Khushi having her dress being selected by Anjali since she hardly wore dresses and wasn't much experienced about them either. Anjali on the other hand was very experienced with these kind of things, and once she had been assured of Khushi's taste in clothes, had selected a bank of outfits for her leaving the final decision to Khushi with her consent added.
The two enormously tired after their hectic survey of the mall carrying both their shoppers, went to have pizza in a near by pizza parlor, looking extremely drained out of all energy as they waited for a waiter to attend to them.
"Yes Mam, order please.", the waiter asked Khushi, as Anjali's head was down, but hearing the familiar voice she shot up her head which was in between her arms and looked in surprise at Shyam standing their taking Khushi's order, and once he turned his head towards Anjali his own face registered nothing but utter shock.
"What are you doing here?", Anjali questioned him stupefied, her eyes wide with surprise her mouth dropping open to form a big 'O' which she quickly closed realizing how odd she looked like that.
Khushi looked at Anjali in confusion, and then at the nice boy who had just seconds earlier taken her order, and had looked as much stunned as Anjali to see her sitting there. She gave an unwavering expression to Anjali, who hadn't even seen and was still getting over the shock, of seeing the boy she had met in the library standing here, taking her order.
"I work here", he told her embarrassed, looking away from her, but she now just over her shock now looked at him smiling, causing him to look back at her.
"Oh that's great! It's so nice of you to earn something or the other as pocket money, keeps our hand open for expenses", she remarked back excitedly now finally looking at a highly baffled Khushi.
"Oh I am so sorry; I just forget you people haven't met before. (Looking at him) Shyam this is Khushi, my younger brother's class fellow, and my friend" she introduced the two of them, Khushi giving a awkward smile, while he gave a welcoming one, extending his hand to shake her hand which she promptly took, her smile now becoming more easy now.
"So your order please?" he asked back shyly smiling at the two of them, taking out his notepad and taking Anjali's order, which she gave in a very juvenile manner, as he went away smiling at her and back at the counter, to give in the order to the inside kitchen staff, while his receptionist friend, Julie kept looking at him curiously.
"You know those pretty girls?" she asked him full of curiosity with him nodding his head slightly, looking at their direction and giving Anjali a silent smile.
"Yeah. The girl on the left is Anjali, and the other one who I just met is her friend Khushi", he informed his friend, whose eyes went wide in surprise, and kept her sight hooked at the two girls who were chatting amongst each other now.
"So she's Anjali, gosh she's certainly very pretty, you made a really good choice", she told him appreciatively, still gazing at the two girls and then looking at him, who too was smiling, blushing away furiously.
Shyam picked up their order, and himself went personally to deliver to them, smiling at them affectionately, which Anjali returned with a warm one of his own. He was about to go back after serving them when Anjali held his hand, causing him to look back at her in mild surprise.
"I wanted to invite you to my brother and my birthday party this Saturday, will you come?", she asked him back earnestly, blushing a little, Khushi feeling a bit awkward, seeing the two staring into each other eyes, lost in them, communicating through them as a medium. She kept looking at them with narrowed eyes, finding something odd between them wondering if their was something fishy between them too. It actually amazed her of how, she had just within the span of a week been subjected to three new relationships being formed, making her almost giggle at the coincidence, she wondered if there were more couples to be formed this year, or maybe some that she knew, but was denying the presence off, maybe her own too.
"I will", he said finally, blinking, his eyes breaking the eye lock, Anjali shyly smiled at him, letting go of his hand, as he groggily went back to the counter, turning all tomato red.

Regarding The Title
Uncalled For- So without doubt there were many things in this chapter in the life of the characters that they had not expected. The hype of the partnership of Arnav and Khushi turning into a success being the talk of the town. Vivek and Karan discovering the very evident friction between Arnav and Khushi, Vivek in particular having a broader view to the whole thing, since Khushi told him everything that had happened in the weekend, making his doubts rise. Moreover, Vivek's revelation before Khushi about him liking Vishaka was another blow to Khushi who had in the least expected something like this. Arnav's hoarse attitude was also something that she was not very much looking forward too. The party which too she was unaware off was also a very shaky thing for her, since she isn't comfortable around wearing dresses. Her realizing of how many couples had taken birth right before her, making her ponder over the rare option of her couple with someone too which she over looking. And the last but not the least, Anjali knowing that Shyam is a waiter at the pizza parlor, giving her an inside scope into his personal life. These were some of the most unexpected things in this chapter, so after much thinking I decided, to name this chapter 'Uncalled For' since I couldn't decide on something else.

Events In The Chapter
The first chapter in the history of Teenage Love, in which all the main characters have been into the play, all being given the equal limelight, though Khushi and Anjali got more parts then any other but still it was inclusive of all the main characters in the story. The Mayank, Samrat and Arnav parts, Arnav-Khushi parts, Vivek-Khushi, Karan-Arnav, Anjali-Khushi, Aakash-Payal, Aakash-Anjali, Anjali-Shyam did I miss any other important relationship? Though I thought this was going to be something like filler, but it turned something opposed to it, offering a greater insight into the lives of the characters. Vivek-Vishaka love story will not be very closely dealt with, but it will be around, as a highlighting factor in Khushi and Vivek's friendship.
Arnav is back to being himself, their was a lot of fluctuations in his nature in this particular chapter, which will be easier for you all to understand the different layers he is made up off. Next chapter is as I have dreamt about, and Hoping too will be a blockbuster, with ArHi finally dancing with each other, they did do it in Chapter 8: Plastered Sentiments, but well that was all a quick review, nothing compared to what is coming up next.

Precap
She moved in closer to him, her mental activity almost having stopped due to the effect of the drug that she had been annoyingly subjected too. Her head shaking eyes dropping low, she took steps towards him, who looked in no better condition, sharing similar conditions with her. The deep violet dress that she wore waved around, with people around them dancing mad, but the two of them in their haze were just looking into each others eyes deeply, trying to look into what they thought was the spark.
"Tu Mera Hero, Haan Hero, Tu Mera Hero", she said dazily, voicing out the words of the pop song that played behind them, having all the teenagers around them whirling in a daze.
"Main Tera Hero Haan Hero, Main Tera Hero", he sung back drowsily, as she swung her arms around his neck looking into his eyes in the drunk state she was oblivious to the world around her. His molten bronze eyes were boring into her caramel brown ones, both fighting that affect that they had on each other, as she felt herself, backing away from him, twirling around him, but mid way in between she felt a much firmer hand yanking her away from him, which was dragging her all the way to the washroom, leaving him, Arnav staring at her disappearing face in utter despair.

P.S: Gosh! Don't mind if the precap seems a bit lousy, because well I haven't written that dance sequence as yet, so I want you people to bear with me until I produce something good. The precap bits might even be changed a bit here and there in the original update, so don't be surprised if you don't find the exact part in there.
Do leave back your comments and like I again repeat, be a little comprehensive, please, if I give you such long updates don't I just deserve to know what you liked in it, and what you think shouldn't have been there? Anyways, I will soon get on to chucking non readers out of my Pm list, so beware if I remove you from the list, if you are not commenting.
