Silent Promises

"Kria you are going to be fine . Everything is going to be ok . Just forget about it and enjoy . I will be back in a minute . " , He placed his hands on shoulders reassuringly and left.

She briskly stepped inside the discotheque , ear-deafening music and blazing lights engulfing the place as the entire crowd howled and swayed on their own rhythm , not caring a damn about this world .

She wished she could be like that . At one time she loved such places . Parties , friends , discos used to be her life . All she needed was one excuse to celebrate and she would land here and dance her heart out until her bones gave up . But the times had changed . Now the same quavering music made her teeth clench and the lights irritated her vision. She would have never landed up here at first place if Reyaansh wouldn't have urged her to . She obviously couldn't deny him and moreover changing his decision was more difficult than making her boss agree to grant her a leave .

She sighed and sat near the bar counter .
There was absolutely no way out to her misery . How she wished to run away to some secluded corner on this earth where no one cared or pretended to care . She was tired of telling or rather showing people that she was fine . It was just adivorce . And she would eventually get over it . After all this separation can't break Kria Ghai , can it ?

"One Scotch Ale please "

She gulped down the entire drink in one go . She felt better as the burning sensation proved like a competitive inhibitor to her heart ache and flaring nerves .

One , two , three and she lost the count as the people around kept hooting for her . She kept on gulping the drink until she felt light headed as if some unwanted load was detached from it . Her muscles flexed up and she felt she was boosted with a fresh wave of energy . She got up from the stool and headed towards the dance floor .

She shuffled her already disheveled hair and took a deep breath . She closed her eyes absorbing the feeling of being free and untied as she felt the world revolve around her . Was it the alcohol or her state of mind , She didn't know what had got into her that she removed her overcoat earning gasps from the crowd and started swaying along the beats , not caring about her worries as the blaring music took over the control .

She arched back , stretching her body and performed some seductive moves venting out the surmounting frustration she beheld once and for all . Her black leather tube top stuck to her sweaty , clammy skin and her hot pants showcasing her toned , dusky legs didn't go unnoticed by those lust seeking eyes around but she refused to stop and moved along the dance floor like there was no tomorrow .

She danced to her own accord as she felt a pair of muscular hands hold her from behind and pull her roughly towards him . She turned to face him and drew him closer towards trying to seek the same warmth she felt when she was in his arms . She placed his hands on her hips as she lured him to advance towards her , her entire form grazing his ventral side . He moved forward and hungrily took her lips into his and she responded with equal vigour . Their breath intermingled but that's when she felt something was wrong , this was not the same fragrance she desired , this was not the familiar touch that owed her .

She tried to free herself from the man's grip but he was too strong and her subconscious state wasn't helping her either . She started punching him on his chest and tried to hit him with her legs but to no avail . He held her more firmly and she just couldn't move . That is when he felt a pair of possessive arms hold her , freeing her from the man's grip and a feeling of unknown relief and security rushed through her veins . Needless to say , he was Reyaansh . She didn't know how he was with her right besides her every time she needed him at every hour of crises .

Even before she could realize the adversity of her own wounds , she would find him standing right besides her , healing her without any questions or expectations . He shoved the man off and held her by her arms and examined her of she was hurt . He gently wiped up the trace of blood on her lips and that is when his eyes met hers .

Even in this intoxicated state , she could decipher undying affection and concern for her in his hazel eyes . His warm fingers slowly grazed through his lips , wiping the oozing blood as she felt blood rush through her veins .

She didn't know if this was right and this time she didn't care . She pulled him into her arms , immersing herself in his embrace trying to blend his body into hers if it was even possible . He was startled initially but he understood that she seeked for care and affection at this hour of need and he will be there forher like he always has been.

He responded to her embrace and gently rubbed her back trying to soothe her . He felt her heart rate return back to normal and gently pulled her apart . They were just inches apart when their eyes met and he saw pure desire and want burning his eyes .

He slowly leaned forward submerging in her eyes and felt her shudder a bit . That's when realization struck to him . This was wrong , he was wrong . She was not even in her senses and she wasn't even sure if she wanted this . He was about to jerk when he saw her lean towards him taking his lips into her soft ones .

She relished them as if she was the sole owner of that beautiful creation as their breath intermingled . He was shocked to say the least and all the thoughts of backing out jumped out of the window as her petite fingers strolled on his taut chest and her tongue creating havoc in his entire body . He pulled her possessively by her waist and drowned into the pool of ecstasy with equal zeal and explored her crevices , want evident in his every touch.

They pulled back due to the lack of air , both of them sweating profusely , partly due to the heated environment of the discotheque and mostly due to what had transpired between them a few seconds back . He looked into her eyes to find any sort of regret but all he could see was sheer passion and want . She dug her face into the crook of his neck biting him fiercely on his nape and enveloped her legs around his waist , her hands tightly gripping his collar as his last cent of resistance warded off . He held her while she gifted him love bites and hickeys all the way to his suite .

He cupped her cheeks with one hand and crushed his mouth on hers , kissing her with all the longing he beheld .He placed her gently on the bed , his lips never leaving hers as savored her taste . He broke off the kiss , both of them panting heavily due to the lack of oxygen .

He jerked back a little to get rid of his shirt and landed on top of her as she literally made him crushing her between him and the bed . He dug her face into her heaving bosom making her gasp in response , his hands continuously strolling on her back . He leaned into her nape and smothered her with affectionate kisses and possessive hickeys .

His hands found the zipper of her top and it landed on the floor in one swift motion. She fidgeted to remove her shorts and he found his hands helping her to do the same . One thing led to the other and all the other pieces of clothes met the similar fate .

He kissed every inch of her body portraying the love he had harbored for her over the years with his every touch , his every miniscule graze sent shivers down her spine as she writhed under his spell . He finally eliminated the only distance that existed between them and entered her as they both cried out eachother's name submerging in deep trenches of passion and fulfillment .
