Forever Yours
It's my first day in new school. I find many curious eyes looking at me. I can admit that I was nervous. I was never popular back in my past school. I used to be one among a band nerd group. I was walking down the corridor and saw her. It's been long summer since I have met her. Every single day of my holidays had not passed waiting to have a glance of her.
I found her today walking along the corridor. My breath hitched, I followed her but she was faster than me and crossed the main gate and disappeared.
I felt disheartened, I lost my chance to see her. I scolded myself for being slow. I reached home dragging myself thinking yet another day passed without her.
I sat working in my room but my heart and brain are working rigorously on a special someone.
I first met her when I was in pre schooling. I was coming from library only to be bumped by a girl who was looking aloof and sad. Before I balance her to stand up there came her friend to her rescue and started shouting at me for being careless. Then I saw her with mota chasme on her nose occasionally pushing them back in place. Her lips full of swearing and then I saw a spark from her braces. She looked too cute with her braid falling on her sides her chasme, her braces and her face full of innocence ruled my heart. I fell in head over heels then and there.
I used to do something or the other for gaining her attention. Later the days she used to smile at me and I sometimes found her looking at me in the class. My heart still rejoices for those small incidents. I never had the courage to proceed with my proposal for her. Minutes turned to days and days turned to year. I never believed that It's been an year with all these shy glances and heart-warming smiles. I made up my mind to propose her the next day but found her absent and enquired with her friends only to know that she went for her Nana's home on vacation.
I waited for this dull summer holidays pass fast and only to bring a chance to meet her.
After these many days I saw her and again missed her. I determined not to let her go next time without proposing her.
Later in the morning I waited for her at the school entrance. She came in beige pant and check shirt looking ethereal. I walked to her, looked around and pulled her to a secluded place.
"Khushi, I always ..." I started and kissed her there and then. I didn't care anything, for me it's only she and me. Moments later I found her responding. I am filled with joy. Did she really respond? Is a spark thought, before I can answer anything, we are kissing passionately.
Minutes later we broke for air,
"Loved you." she completed my earlier sentence.
"It took forever for you." She added.
"Forever." I said indicating our future.
She smiled.
Years passed with our love growing it's been 13 years since we started dating.
Today here we are in our sangeet with Khushi linked to my arm.
"We travelled long way to here." I said to her.
"We have much longer path to be covered." She replied.
"Always along with you." I stated.
"Hamesha!!" she added and smiled.
A/N:
Hey I am gone for a vacation these days, cant update the story. so, sorry . no net facility available. i still did n't come back to my adobe. So, please bear with me. I'm updating it from my tab from stolen internet.😉
I've written two OS other than this one, and created an index for collection of works. I've updated one of them. and the other one is pending. I'll update it with "Someday is..." by tomorrow Pakka.
