Teaser:
He was driving home at lunch time as he made it a habit to be home at that time; a new habit to fix his time according to hers. People say that habits and routines are usually so boring, but for him, this one was not. he parked his car in the same spot as usual and looked at his watch.
Just two minutes, he thought. As accurate as he was, after two minutes, she was standing with her friends in a corner near the school's gate, a beauty in beige.
His pulse raced as he noticed her looking disturbed.
He ran a hand through his hair, feeling...helpless.
Then he saw her keeping her arm around her friend's shoulder. Apparently, her friends was crying. Maybe that's why she's disturbed, he mused.
He felt relief washing through him at this thought.
He saw her consoling her friend with words and small gestures. After two minutes, she succeeded in making her friend laugh between her sobs.
He had already figured that this was her best friend for they had seemed to be always together, although his eyes had only seen her.
When she rode the school's bus, he drove off to his home, with a big smile sharpening his handsome features.
He knew that he was falling for her, and the good part is that he was not willing to ignore his feelings. He was happy that she made him feel when they had not met yet nor spoken a single word.
Arnav Singh Raizada was determined to change this fact now.
