ARSHI FF : Accidents Happen

Part 13

ASR(huskily): Khushi is this how you wish "Happy Diwali"

Khushi(holding her the sides of her skirt tight): uh? Then how sir?

ASR: u don't know? (She shake her head negatively) come I show you!

He took a step near her and she moved back anxiously. The routine continued until she hit the glass door behind her. He his left hand on the wall and leaned close to her face mere inches away from her mouth. He was towering her as she closed her eyes tight waiting in anticipation for his next move……

He leaned closed to her while she had her eyes closed tight. He looked at her face admiringly. He pushed the locks of hair that was tickling her cheeks with one finger and tucked it behind her ears. His smooth finger undid her sensations. She could feel his breath close to her face. She felt jittery, she open her mouth and licked her lips. He could feel her breathing hard as her chest was heaving up and down. She looked like a leprechaun who was seducing him out of his senses. He leaned closer slowly, and placed his mouth very close to her lip (in between her cheeks and mouth) and gave her an open mouth kiss, slowly sucking her skin and a bit of her lip. She clutched his west as She was marveled by his action, she quickly open her eyes and looked at him. He let go of her and looked straight in to her eyes and brought his mouth so close to her ears that she could feel it almost licking her ears as he wished her "Happy Diwali Kushi!"

Khushi could not gather herself! She felt her heart skipped a beat with what he just did, they both stood there at the wall leaning on each other, not knowing what to do next.

Arnav actually was not planning to do that, he just wanted to play and see how she would react if he went closer to her since he missed her for the past week, but looking at her who look so vulnerable he was knocked out of his senses. He then left her lip knowing he would not be able to stop if he continued. He also did not know how to react after the incident.

After a long eye lock , he just said " that's how you wish Happy Diwali Khushi". Khushi just pushed his chest away and straighten herself. She could feel her heart beating so hard that it would pop out of her chest. She knew the next best thing to was only to run away from there.

Khushi: ok sir! I have to go! See you next week. (she told everything in ago and ran out of his cabin)

Arnav just saw her retreating back and smilled. Thinking that was the best diwali wish he has given more like gotten!

It was diwali day, Khushi was celebrating with her family and they had non-stop visitors coming to the house! Every time she wished someone diwali, she remembered how Arnav thought her to wish and kept on blushing! Payal also noticed that but did not want to rub on it because she would get teased back by her little sister.

It was almost evening, almost every one came and left. Khushi and her family were resting in the living room. Suddenly the Kapoor Family was standing at the door step!

Garima: namastey! Come in, come in!

Khushi and Payal woke up and let the elders sit. Khushi saw her childhood friend Yohan and she wished him.

Yohan: Khushi is this how you wish your old friend?

Khushi was taken back, thinking of what he was talking? Is he expecting her to wish him like how Arnav wished her? She rubbed her cheecks and then pulled herself away from the thoughts and looked at him questioningly?

Yohan: arrey yaar give me hug! Its been a long time since we met!

Madhumathi, garima, and Yohan's mom (Nandita) who watch this was having another idea.

Madhumathi: harey NK.. its been so long since we met you all? How are you?

Nandita: yea we just came from Mumbai yesterday. Yohan is working there naa as a computer engineer.

Shashi: achaa? That's very good beta!

Yohan: thank you uncle!

Nandita: actually we have a wish, that's why we came here? I hope you could full fill my dreams.

Madhumathi and Garima looked at Nandita keenly somehow knowing what she wished for but Shashi, Payal and Khushi was still confuse.

Madhumathi: tell us! We are interested to know!

Nandita: actually yohan here as a liking towards your daughter, Khushi, and we are delighted to ask her hand from you?

Madhumathi, Garima, Yohan and Nnadita were smilling from ear to ear. Khushi felt uneasy because she don't like Yohan in that way although he is a good friend. Shashi was always was worried for Khushi since she was his adopted daughter, he wanted to agree for the wedding but he and Payal could see Khushi was not happy and uneasy about the proposal. Payal knew the reason that Khushi has developed certain feelings for her boss!

Shashi: actually, I know Yohan is a great guy but I cant agree for the wedding right now.

Madhumathi, Garima, Yohan and Nnadita smilled faded off. While Khushi and Payal's face light up.

Yohan: why uncle? Is there anything wrong? You can be honest with me?

Shashi: no, beta, actually Payal is older to Khushi and its not nice to marry the younger one off before the elder one. What will the society say?

Nnandita: owh that's not a problem, we can wait for Payal, After her wedding is decided than we can have Khushi and Yohan's wedding.

Shashi wanted to deny them politely but before he could, Madhumati jumped in and said " owh that's very good! now there wont be any problem naa shashi babua!"

Payal and Khushi both felt like bomb felt on their lap. Both their diwali smiles vanish thinking of whats going to happen for their future. Shashi noticed the smiled that wiped off both his daughters face, he wanted to talk to them before he took any decision.

Shashi: owh that's very great of you! That's very generous of you to show keen interest with both my daughters, but if you don't mind can I ask you for a months time. I really hope you understand!

Saying that they had their refreshments and left agreeing to Shashi's condition.

After they left, Shashi told both their daughters that he is not going to force them and he would want them to get married willingly and the wedding will only take place if both of them wanted. They both nod in agreement. Payal wanted to talk to Aakash about it and Khushi was still unsure of her feelings.
