Last Part(A)

Days passed , it was 6 months after there conversation...Taani has totally opened up and Rey was happy too.They became totally like bffs...fighting quarreling doing mastii playing pranks on each other, enjoying their life it even included small outings on beaches making each other wet , arguing over a plate of panipurii or a pawbhaji...Rey never used to buy two plates because he so knew Taani will fight and he used to love her kiddish fights...

It was one of a late evening..Taani was sitting and flipping the pages of a old album...with Rey's childhood pics, as Rey has already informed he will be late due to some business meeting..while flipping the pages seeing Rey's pics with his parents made her sad thinking about her childhood...she went to the balcony and looked at the stars and tears started rolling down her eyes , in this last 6 months she was crying for the first time remembering her mother...but she thanked her father in her mind cause now she realized that her father's choice of Rey as her partner was so correct. Though she was sad cause next day was her mother's 16 th death anniversary but somewhere she was happy...that Rey has filled all the emptiness of her life...he has given her a father's attention, a mother's love and care, a best friends friendship...but she knew Rey himself was devoid of love...a wife's love a soul mate's love which he is waiting for last 5 yrs...and now it was her turn to give back Rey the love he is waiting for and she herself knew that she too wants Rey now as her love as her husband and as her soul mate but still she had some conflict ...moreover she was confused that how will she speak as she herself has denied his love on first hand...she was totally confused .. but one thing was sure that she didn't want to loose Reyansh. She has noticed so many times every night after she sleeps Reyansh covers her properly with a blanket then tugs her hairs back from her face and then kisses her forehead ..then after switching off the light himself sleeps...it is his regular practice but he didn't knew at that time every day Taani just closes her eyes and act to sleep but remains awake to receive this gesture...she feels protected and wanted .

It was 10.45 PM Reyansh..returned tiered ...she went to him greeted him with a smile..took his laptop bag gave him water and asked him to change and come down for dinner...one thing was sure in this last 6 months they always had there dinner and breakfast together...

R-Taani wait...Kya hua ro kiu rahii thi? Why were you crying?

T-Nahii..I was not crying and then she tried to go...but Rey held her hands and pulled her back

R-Taani tumne promise kiya hai tum mujsee jhoot nahi bologii..kitne bhi muskurao...you eyes tells me Taani your inner feelings...now say whats the matter..?

T-Rey mom ki kaal 16 th deaa..th....(before she com-pleats Rey pulled her for a tight hug and she broke down crying...Rey just kept quite and soothed her back and let her cry till she brings out all her pain.. and then made her sit on the sofa and handed her a glass of water.)

R- Taani ...kya mom khus hongee tumhe rotee hui dakh kar?...no na so, baby stop crying...sit here I will come in 5 minutes...but when he was moving away...first time he got a pull on his wrist ..and he looked at his hand then towards Taani...whose eyes were filled with water...and then her question froze him...

T- Rey aap bhi mujhe chor ke calee jaogee??

He immediately came back and sat beside her and pulled her near him and said...

R- I guess tumhe esh question ki ans pata hai...you answer?? can your best friend leave you alone? Can Reyansh leave his Taani?...I am always with you ,

Taani hugged him more and then Rey brought the dinner..Taani was not ready to eat..but he forcefully made her eat and then he himself had dinner with her...took her to the bedroom...made her lie down..caressed her head her hairs until she falls asleep...then giving her good night kiss on her forehead..tugged her to bed...and then after dimming the light went to get freshen up. Rey knew from past 5 yrs that Taani was a strong girl emotionally but only after their marriage he ..understood her broken condition..she was just a broken doll and he was confident one day he will mend her with all his love he has for her.

The next morning Rey woke up..but he was surprised to see Taani was sleeping..as she is always an early riser..but while looking at her in the early morning sun rays and thinking about last night incident he decided to let her sleep, he tiptoed got ready for office..and when he was all set to leave Taani woke up but without listening to her he informed he will take breakfast outside and asked her to lie down sleep and take rest..later he completed all his work early and returned home before lunch, but the maids informed that Taani has niether taken breakfast nor lunch and is in her room from morning..he gave leave to the maids and then ordered chinese lunch(Taani's fav) and came to there room, after freshening up he decided to wake up Taani...he was too sad to see Taani still sleeping with her mother's photo in her hand and dried tears drops on her cheek.

He was feeling helpless all he wanted to take her in his strong arms and hug her tight and give her lots of love so that she can come out of the grief, but the fact was they didn't share such a relation still, so Rey just went near her called her by just ruffling her and giving her mild kiss on her forehead..

R-Taani utho , get up , its late ..(She stirred in her sleep and caught Rey's hand and once again started to sleep..It was impossible for Rey to control his emotions but still he some how woke her up and decided to avoid the topic of her mother)

R-Taani chalo aab utho kitna nind atii hai tumhe...mujhe bhook lagii hai...its 2 yaar.

T-Rey aapne lunch nahi kiya?

R-Nops..breakfast bhi nahii...

T-Kya?...

R-Kya Kya??... Kabhi kiya hai tumhara bina breakfast yeah lunch??

( They had small eye-lock and then ultimately Rey broke it because he never wanted to make things uneasy for Taani by saying)

Kumbhkarna ki taraha kal se soayee ja rahii ho?aab utho yaar

T-mai kumbhkaaran hu..to aap aap...na ...khatatkoch ho kitne khatee ho aap. (and they started a pillow fight)

R-Tum to khule hui ballo mai surpnakha lag rahii ho bilkul bhutnii lag rahii ho..

T-Rey!!!..Aap pata hai...aap bilkul bhoot lag rahe ho....(and she tried to run away by throwing a pillow at Rey..but Rey caught her hand and said-)

R-Taani kuch puchuu tumhe?

T-yes Reyansh...Puchiyaa

R-Saach batana...Taani kya abb bhi tumhe mujsee daar lagta hai..?

( and he intend ly looked ih her eyes..Taani looked down and then nodded her head and said...)

T-nahi Rey bilkul bhi nahii...you are really my best friend...aur aab I feel protected when I stay with you....(Said by looking into his eyes)

R- Thanks Taani...For Keeping faith in me...

T-Reyansh...no sorry no thanks in friendship...you said to me

(and Then Taani went for getting fresh but before going he stood near Rey and gave a soft wet kiss on his cheeks..Rey was awwstruck and then when Taani went ...he was touching his own cheeks where Taani kissed and was smiling like a mad and then he went downstairs when he hard the door bell ...he took the lunch parcel.)

Rey's POV

I didn't even realize that Taani kissed me...why not?...she said she feels protected with me..Today I am happy that you have shown trust on me and your kiss was a bonus.I know Taani soon our friendship, will turn to love...I am waiting jaan for the day when you will say that you love me..I love you..Taani..I Love you so so much.

Taani's Pov

I came out of washroom and searched my mom's pic...but I didn't get it I was sad but I decided to be happy..because today I saw my sadness effects Reyansh so much.I was feeling guilty..Today I confidently answerd him that I feel protected with him ...and I saw the happiness in his eyes...I never thought in my wildest dream before my marriage that I can even talk with Reyansh properly...but now he has changed me with his love with his care with his friendship..he has brought back me from the emptiness of relationships in my life...I Love you Reyansh..I Love you and Iwill say you soon...I came down stairs...another surprised waiting for me ...I saw in the living room my parent's potrait ...neatly hanged in the wall and a fresh pair of garland ...on it. I couldn't stop my self ...instead...I directly ran in his arms and hugged him tight...I cried in his arms...he kept on consoling me soothing me but he didn't understand that it was not for my lost parents...but for the guilt I was facing in me that I misunderstood my Reyansh...my Rey...I was afraid of him I was such a fool but ..he was the person who loved me..who cared me who took me out from my insecurities..who changed himself just for me and I misunderstood him , I wanted to say I love you Rey...but couldn't confess him ...because the guilt was eating me up... Rey departed me from the hug and then made me burn candle in front of my parent's potrait but all the time I was looking at him...when he asked me to ask blessings from them I thanked my father for bringing Rey in my life and I thanked God, may be he has given me so much sorrows in my early life just to feel my present and future with so much love...to give me all his blessings in form of Rey...I considered my self from the age of 7 as unlucky but today I feel the most luckiest girl on earth.

Later they had..their lunch...with their small talks and then Taani forced him to go back to their bed room and take some rest whereas she herself completed bit of kitchen work...and returned to their bedroom...Rey was sitting on the bed and flipping channels...Taani directly came and without hesitating climed on the bed and lied down on Rey's lap...Rey was bit surprised but he ignored ...and then Rey said..

R- Taani kya baat hai?

T-Kya?

R-Tumhe fir se sona hai...kal se tum kumaka...

T-Rey !! fir se aapne bola na ...I will not talk to you..jao Kattiii..(and she pouted..it was spontaneous but something caught Rey's ears)

R-Taani...Rey?...

T-Kya Rey...oops I mean Reyansh..

R-Nahii Taani call me Rey...It feels good to hear Rey from you...sirf Rey bulana...

T- Mujhe bhi achha lagta hai Rey bulana but I thought agar aapko koi problem...

R-Taani ...is our relation still formal?

T-Nahii Rey bilkul nahiii...

Later on they decided to go to beach in the evening but there something was waiting for them unknown to them...when they were having their usual mastii. And then Taani went to bring Ice-cream from a nearby vendor...all of a sudden some one called Rey..

Person (p)- Hi Reyansh...Long time buddy whats up...( He was Nitin...the same nitin from college and and Rey's another old friend...Vikram.}

R-Hi Nitin , hi Vikram ( He was bit uncomfortable)

N+V- So you are now a big man..CEO ha...big office hot female staffs ..Jealous of you man...You get so many chicks to F***...and we have hard time finding one...

R- Mind your language...Office is a place to work not to shit around.

N+V- yaar why are you angry...we were just asking..Yaad hai in college we some days were blessed to get to chicks to F** on a single day

( There conversation was interrupted when Taani came with the two ice creams and called Rey from behind...Rey was totally uncomfortable..he was angry..and the presence of Taani was bothering him..he has no connection with past but still it feels uncomfortable..he was worried with Taani's reaction he was first time afraid with the thought that if Taani misunderstands him, still their relation was not completely normal...by seeing Taani...they were surprised too and after few seconds of awkward silence...)

T- Hi guys...kaise ho?

Frds- Taani...college mai tum kitne natak karte tha...but see our Reyansh is a jenious...he fulfilled his wish of sleeping with you.

R- Mind your language Nitin...She is my...

Nitin- She is what...yaar tu etne payse walle hai koi bhi tera rakhel ( s**t) baane ko tayar ho jaygaaa..

Vikram...Dakhna na icecream., Haath mai ate hii...iske garam badan pai laag ke melt hone lagiii...tune ne to bohot baar taste kiya hoga ak baar hum bhi karle...

(and came a hard punch on Vikram's face...Rey was furious...anger had made him blind...once he was involved with Vikram ...Nitin came towards Taani...and said...please bolo na Reyansh ko kitna charge kartii ho...before Rey could turn...to punch Nitin...he got a tight slap on his face...and it was from Taani...Anger overpowered him he started fighting with them...he knew Taani gets frightened seeing all this..but still he couldn't stop himself..no body even the hawkers couldn't stop Rey niether they wanted to...because they have seen the couple almost every weekend...and they knew them well..but Taani knew when anger over powers Rey...its impossible to control him...but she was sure if she doesen't interfere...Rey will be in trouble because before killing them he will not stop.)

T- Rey...Rey!!...I said stop...why are you fighting with this bluddy ...bas***ds..

R- Taani tumne suna nahii kya kaha...

T- Coming close to Rey..and pulling him from them...So?? How does it matter Rey?? ...if dogs bark..you will fight with them...and listen you bas***d...mai Rey ki wife hu

( Tumhe nahi pata Rey tumhare barre mai...kya bolta tha ...Vikram tried to say}

Shut up!!...and before you open your bloody mouth...let me remind you mai ushii college mai partii thi jaha tum log parte tha...and as I know about you...I know every thing about Rey...there is nothing hidden from me...and you know what Grapes are always sour...Reyansh Singhania haar koi nahii ho sakta...he has the guts to speak about his past to his wife...he is an man...not a bas***d like you sick guys...( and he pulled Rey to the car...)
