Kids were home as it was their first day of winter vacations khushi was in office completing her work faster to reach home earlier

Khushi was feeling a little different today she was drowned in arnav's thought for the whole day unable to do any work

She was instructing something to her pa when her frnds barged in her office she was surprised but soon got up hugged them but felt that they were a little tensed when she asked why

Pa-actually khushi there is something u need to know actually we have someone else to with us

Nk-sherry[khushi's pa] u can go right now and khushi just be calm

Khushi was confused but she did not know why she was feeling anxious may be she had an inkling of who was that someone

All went out after this and khushi sat on her chair waiting for that someone and khushi can never explain her feelings when she saw the person entering her cabin

It was arnavji her arnavji she was so overwhelmed she was seeing him after 5 long years the person she thought she can't live without even for a day she had managed 5 long years without him but she knew what they were for her

Arnav was a nerve wreck standing in front of his wife all that he did to her all that past was running like a film in front of him the college time the admiring or respectful glances that they gave each other her confession their relationship their wedding her support to him all along her love for him his bad behaviour their separation her hardships her help in disguise her dancing and singing with their children he came out of it with a muffled voice of khushi which sounded like she was trying to control the sob escaping from her mouth

Arnav spoke all this in a breath but before he could have continued his tirade he was cut by khushi

No not her voice but her lips which right now were on his lips she was kissing him and kissing him senselessly as conveying him her pain desperation love

He stood rooted to his spot for a minute or two he was shocked which any person at this time would be

He imagined several reactions of khushi he did several mental practise of what he will say how he will calm her down imaging her reactions but he imagined several possible our imaginable ones not this one

And no one really could imagine her kissing him for what all he did to her for all the pain and suffering she had to go through because of him but he left all this right now and let himself loose he did what his heart demanded right now he held his khushi tight in his arms with all his might right now and kissed her back showing all his desperation for his love these years lading his pain his every feeling bare in front of her through the kiss they expressed their feelings they soothed each other and after what felt like eternity broke the kiss

Both panting hard still in each other's arms holding each other tight to themselves both crying and wiping the tears of each other

Ar-khush m sorry I..I was forced I was scared to lose u my family

Khushi hugged him tightly

Kh- I don't need any explanation arnavji u don't have to be sorry I knew it from the start that there has to be some big grave reason for u to leave me or ask me to leave your life and didn't I told u that day of our separation years ago that I know u love me and can never stop loving me u r doing all that for a reason and I was leaving your life just because u asked me too and I will come back in your life when u will call me back so u came here u called me and your khushi is back

Arnav was just stunned too overwhelmed with the love right now to speak anything for few minutes and khushi kept her head on his chest above his heart and listened to his heart beat which she used to do often back in their time together

Ar-how could u khushi I did so wrong to u, u had to suffer so much because of me but u r not only forgiving me and r ready to be back in my life but u don't even want any explanation how could u love me so much khushi

Khushi looked at him smiled and said

kh-these eyes of yours r mirror for me arnavji they tell me instantly what u feel all those years back in our college time they told me that behind those respectful glances there was hidden love for me so I expressed it before u as I loved u too

5 years back they told me u were in deep trouble u were fighting something u were fighting a battle inside u that is why I was worried coz u were nt ready to share ur problems with me and that is why i was telling our frnds about so maybe u would open up to ur sis payal or akash or nk or lav

The day u asked me to leave before doing anything I wanted to look in these eyes of yours and when I did they gave u away again they told me u love me still and will keep loving me always u can't stop loving me they told me how much pain u were bearing it was many fold more than what u were giving to your family

They gave your feeling and wish and the still going battle of wanting me to stay and asking me to go away

That is the reason I smiled expressed my love yet again for u and went away not waiting to see u fighting more with yourself and all these years I was just waiting for u to ask me to be back in your life

yes I was struggling all these years but every time your love gave me the strength to go on to fight your confidence in me that I can handle any situation in life made me cross all hurdles and win

arnav kept his finger on her lips and stopped her from speaking he came out of her embrace took her to the couch sat on it made her sit on his lap where she comfortably adjusted and hugged her keeping his head over her head which was again over his heart listening his beats and they sat like that for god know how long absorbing everything that happened in these few minutes absorbing the feeling that their pain has ended that they r together again

khushi revealing in the happiness of being in arms of her arnavji her love her god again

arnav yet trying to absorb the abundance of love that his khushi gave him thanking god his parents and every damn one he ever prayed to send someone in his life who would take away his sorrows would love him unconditionally for what he was and thinking if he was dreaming or this was really happening scolding chiding accusing cursing himself for giving so much of pain to the pure soul who did nothing but just loved him with everything she have and still do even after the wrong he did for which he was not able to forgive his own self but she never held any grudge for him and promising himself to protect and cherish this beautiful pure lovely adorable lady in his arms his wife mother of his children
