Part 8
Sameer entered Jayprakash's house.
Gadkari: I received Sameer at the airport while he was talking to Naina and Anand.
Jayprakash: Thanks a lot.
Gadkari leaves.
Jayprakash: Welcome, my boy! It's nice that you decided to take over the family business.
Sameer: I had to come because of my father's insistence. The import-export business is very dull.
Jayprakash: We all know your taste, but we were worried because you hadn't decided about your future. Life is unpredictable. Today, we are here, and tomorrow, we are not here. Hence, you have to take care of the business in the future. But yes, if you develop an interest in something else, you can expand your activities. I'll support you.
Sameer hugged Jayprakash and said, "Thank you. You are the best. I love you."
Jayprakash: I love you, too. I know that your favorite food is Malai Kofta, which I prepared myself. Freshen up. We will have dinner together.

Sameer changes his clothes and gets fresh. He comes to the dining table.
Sameer and Jayprakash dine together.
Sameer: Wow, you've made a yummy dish.
Jayprakash: We always order from outside. Hence, I decided to prepare it to surprise you.
The next day, Sameer and Jayprakash go to the office. Jayprakash's assistant gives him the files that Vivek had sent.
Sameer calls the clients and fixes the appointment.
He then calls Gadkari and says, "Dad wants the new contract copy."
Gadkari: Sure, I will send it.
LUNCH BREAK
Sameer goes to the cafeteria and sees Naina. Sameer went to the table where Naina was sitting.
Sameer: Are you expecting someone next to your table?
Naina: No, if you want, you can sit.
Sameer sits in the opposite chair.
Naina orders lunch for both.
Sameer: Wow, the food is yummy. I'm hungry. Thanks for coming, Naina. It's boring to be alone in a new place.
Naina: But you are not alone.
Sameer: Did I say that I'm bored?

Naina laughs.
Sameer: So strange. I had never imagined that we'd be talking like this one day, especially after what happened in the past.
Naina nods with a smile.
Sameer: How is Sharad?
Naina: He's fine. I told him about our meeting on the flight.
Sameer: And he doesn't like you meeting me, right?
Naina: Right, it's not only you. He doesn't want me to meet any guy, for that matter. He's very possessive but a good guy. However, no one is perfect. Everyone has their flaws.
Sameer: Do I have flaws?

Both laugh.
Naina: OK, tell me something about yourself.
Sameer: What do you want to know?
Naina: Do you have girlfriends?
Sameer: Yes, but not for more than two weeks. After breaking up with one, I got another. However, even that relationship was for two weeks.
Naina: I got it. I understand your dating habits. But I don't know why it is like that.
Sameer: My friends have girlfriends; they have everything except love. We must answer all the questions, so I should be what I am.
Naina: What nonsense? It's not like that in Sharad and my relationship. We don't question each other or demand answers.
Sameer: As you said, he's possessive, questions, and demands answers from you. I am not saying that it's only with girls. However, the relationships begin with a smile and end up with tears.
Naina: So, you've gone through these. Now I understand your dating system.

Both laugh.
Sameer: No, I never loved anyone. I don't want to ruin my life.
Naina: But falling in love isn't in anyone's control. It happens naturally.
Sameer: I don't let it happen.
Naina: Give it some time. You will fall in love.
Sameer laughs. He asked, "Why? Do you intend to marry me?"
Naina laughs. She said, "Sameer."
Both finish their lunch. Naina meets Anand at his place.
Anand: Hi, my girl.
Naina: Hello
Anand: How was your time with Sameer?
Naina: It was good, but Sameer is crazy and funny.
Anand smiled and said, "Sharad called up twice."
Naina dials Sharad's number. Sharad is playing snooker, but he receives her call.
Sharad: Where did you go?
Naina: I was having lunch with Sameer.
Sharad: How often should I tell you I don't want you to meet any guy, especially Sameer?
Naina: Now you are yelling at me in front of your friends. It seems that you don't trust me.
Sharad: It's not the question of trust. Please send me the location. I will meet you there, and we will talk.
Meanwhile, Munna is in the department stores. He meets Swati.
Munna: What a pleasant surprise! We met yet again. I hope you didn't feel bad that I refused your marriage proposal.
Swati: Not at all. It's also necessary to genuinely like someone before marrying them. I also agree that we can be good friends.
Munna: If you are free, can we go for an outing?
Swati: Not now, some other time.
Munna: Is it OK if I call you?
Swati: Of course.
SYDNEY
The next day, Anand and Naina met Sameer near the cafeteria.
Naina: Shall we go for a movie?
Sameer: Is it a love story?
Naina: Yes, it's a good movie.
Sameer: The problem with me is that I don't like good movies.
Naina: Yes, because you like only action and comedy movies.
Sameer: What's there in love stories? The hero and the heroine meet. They fall deeply in love. The heroine cries, and the hero is also sad. What is so great about it?
Naina: That has more emotions than action or comedy movies. Come, Dad, let's go.
Anand and Naina move forward. Sameer sees Naina waiting for the boat. The song plays.
Jaane Kyon Log Pyaar Karte Hain
Jaane Kyon Woh Kisi Pe Marte Hain
Jaane Kyon Log Pyaar Karte Hain
Jaane Kyon Woh Kisi Pe Marte Hain
Jaane Kyon Jaane Kyon
Jaane Kyon Jaane Kyon Jaane Kyon
Sameer goes to Naina. The latter walks forward. Sameer follows her. Naina smiles.
Pyaar Mein Sochiye To Bas Gham Hai
Pyar Mein Jo Sitam Bhi Ho Kam Hai
Pyar Mein Sar Jookana Padta Hai
Dard Mein Muskurana Padta Hai
Zaher Kyon Zindagi Mein Bharte Hain
Jaane Kyon Log Pyaar Karte Hain
Jaane Kyon Jaane Kyon
Jaane Kyon Jaane Kyon Jaane Kyon

Sameer and Naina go to the hotel and get into the boat. They sit on a bench in a park. Sameer gets up and goes to the roadside.
Pyar Bin Jeene Mein Rakha Kya Hai
Pyar Jisko Nahin Woh Tanha Hai
Pyar Bin Jeene Mein Rakha Kya Hai
Pyar Jisko Nahin Woh Tanha Hai
Pyar Sau Rang Le Ke Aata Hai
Pyar Hi Zindagi Sajaata Hai
Log Chup Chup Ke Pyaar Karte Hain
Jaane Kyoun Saaf Kehte Darte Hai
Jaane Kyon Jaane Kyon
Jaane Kyon Jaane Kyon Jaane Kyon

Naina follows Sameer and blocks his way. Sameer and Naina get into the boat and the helicopter.
Pyaar Bekaar Ki Musibat Hai
Pyaar Har Tarah Khoobsurat Hai
Oh Pyaar Se Hum Door Hi Achche
Are Pyar Ke Sab Roop Hai Sachche
Oh Pyar Ke Ghaat Jo Utarte Hai
Doobte Hai Na Woh Ubharte Hai
Jaane Kyon Jaane Kyon
Pyar To Khair Sabhi Karte Hain
Jaane Kyon Aap Hi Mukarte Hain
Jaane Kyon Jaane Kyon
Jaane Kyon Jaane Kyon Jaane Kyon.
Both of them debate about love. They go to the park. Naina gives Sameer a red rose. The latter takes only the stem.
Sameer and Naina go to the fair. Sameer sees the mini train.
Sameer: Shall we get into that mini train?
Naina: I'm not interested.
Sameer: Why do you get so scared?
Naina: I'm not scared. I feel it's utter madness.
Sameer: It requires guts. By the way, there are many cowards here like you. I will go and enjoy it, but you can get bored.
Sameer gets into the mini train. Naina finds Sameer sitting there and unwillingly sits beside him. The mini train starts. As the train went up, everyone screamed with excitement.
