"Open the door Kriya! We need to go for dinner not breakfast" he said exasperated by the time she was
taking to get dressed and he was knocking the door furiously
"Just a minute" was all he heard
"Kitten faster na yaar!" He said
"Almost there Reyaansh!" She said and as she opened the door she could see him in a trance. It somehow made her glad that after spending two hours infront of the dressing table her efforts were paying off He could not divert his gaze from her exposed stomach. she was draped in an orange saree with some accesories. He could just stare, he did not utter a word.
"Reyaansh?" She flipped her fingers in front of him
"Uhm.. Kriya yeah, i came to ask whether i should get my casual grey tie or go with the orange to match and uh, stuff u know"
"You'd better wear the orange one" she said "how do i look?"
He could just look at her and all that came out of his mouth was "gorgeous"
"Thank you so much Reyaansh! But you know what this petticoat seems a bit too tight and-" before she could complete he pulled her against him so that their eyes were in collision.
"What-what are you doing?" She fumbled.
"Trying to tell you that your petticoat doesn't matter" he said
"Why Reyansh?" She crookedly smiled
"Because" he pushed her against the door smugly smiling "its going off anyways"

He smiled at her, she was sitting on the terrace, looking at the stars and observing the night as well
"What's running in your mind?" he asked
She looked at him with eyes that shone in the night light.
"I think I need to tell you something"
"What is it?" he let out a open mouth smile
"Mhmm..." she looked down at the ground "I don't know how to say this"
"You do know" he said "Come on Kitten"
She just smiled and looked down.
"Why does the ground seem more interesting than me to you?" he said and then realized what she was looking at "Wait. Is it what I'm thinking?"
"What are you thinking?" she asked
"That.. we're expecting a baby?" he said "are we Kriya?"
She still was quite, then solemnly nodded.
"Oh My God Kriya! This is a pure bliss!" he held her in the arms..
And as the two of them stood in the terrace holding each other and
experiencing the blissful gift of life.
