your breakfast and medicines now...

Saying this she disconnected her call.. Arnav was very happy... so he asked peon to bring his breakfast... to his cabin...
After Khushi disconnected her call she saw Nikhil smiling at her... so she went and hugged him and said...
Khushi : bhai... i want Arnav, Nani, Mama, Mami, Pari,
NK, La, Anji di,and you... all with me...i dont want

then Nikhil made Khushi to seated in her bed and he went to his room and brought Album and showed her about Arnav's parents...and Anji & his marriage album...thats when NK & La came to RM and saw Nikhil showing family Photos to Khushi... so they too joined them... then Khushi told NK & La about her yes to treament...
so they all becomed happy... then after an hour... Anji, Mami,and Nani came from temple... so Nk told them about what Khushi said... now whole family is happy... Arnav & Mama too joined them...and they all enjoying it... thats when door bell rang and JP opened it and saw one tallman standing out with his luggage..
but Khushi saw him and ran to him and hugged him so tightly seeing this Arnav's anger raised but he didnt react... .NK saw him and said in Arnav's hear...
NK : Nannav he is Somu... Khushi's brother... so please
dont be in anger... she has rights to hug her brother...
thats when Arnav become normal...he had talked to somu in phone regarding Khushi... but this is first time he is meeting Somu...then Khushi broke her hug and said...
Khushi : bhai... you here... how you came here...?
but Somu turned his face to otherside in anger... this made Khushi to hurt... Seeing this NK & Arnav went near Somu and welcomed him...
then they all introduced Somu to family members...
All the while Khushi was looking at her brother but he didnt look at her face or talked to her...this made Khushi to hurt so she went to her room... Everyone noticed this... but didnt say anything...then NK showed Somu's room and asked him...
NK : Why are you angry with her...? i know what is
bothering you.
Somu : NK please stop it...
NK : she agreed for treatment...
then NK said to somu about what happened... in these days... Now Somu becomed happy... and he felt guilty for avoiding Khushi...so he went to her room but Arnav stopped him...in middle and said...
Arnav : Somu... today i have appointment with my family
Doctor... so you are coming with me...
Somu : hm okay but i need to talk with Khushi right now...
Arnav : no Somu not now... i think tomorrow is her birthday...
so what about we can surprise her at 12...
Somu : hm great idea...
then Arnav called NK, La, Pari, Somu, Anji, Nani, Mama, Mami, Nikhil, JP to his room and told them about birthday surprise for Khushi at 12am... they all agreed... but everyone's eyes are staring at Pari... because she is best in breaking surprise... so Arnav warned her... not
tell this to Khushi...
then on sameday evening... Everyone is having their tea including Somu & Khushi... Khushi tried to talk to him but Somu ignored her... then Arnav took Somu with him to meet their family Doctor...
IN Hospital :
Arnav and Somu went to meet Raizada's family Doctor... She is in 20's... young beautiful Doctor... seeing her Somu went to dreamland...
Arnav and Doctor noticed this Somu staring at doctor... so she said...
Doctor : Excuse me Sir... you are here for discussing your
sister's treatment not to stare at me...now Khushi's
treatment is important...
