Part 22:

viana: i love you virat ! will u marry me ?

virat: but i need to tel u something viana !

manvi immediately rushes out of her room

manvi: virat !!

all the three are shocked as she shouted his name !

manvi: shut up virat ! what else you wanna tell her ... When she loves you soo much and you yourself are more in love with her !!

virat: who did tell you that I'm in love with her ? is it all your wish to attach me with anyone you want ?

manvi: don't talk rubbish virat !

viana: what's going on here ?

manvi: just give us five min.s in personal viana !!

virat: why are you asking her, if you want 5 min.s in private with me ? come with me ... He drags her into the room and locks it

manvi is still crying but trying a lot to hide her tears

virat: don't ... Don't try to hide them ... Atleast from me ... I can notice them even when they are in your eyes , somewhere hidden !

manvi: you like and love viana a lott ... u are just not understanding it properly virat, ... U love her and I know it better than you ... You get it ?

virat: u are mad ... U are unable to understand ur own feelings on me ... N telling me that I don't know anything !!

manvi: wat does that mean ?

virat: you first tell me ... Why are you crying now ?

manvi: coz u are not listening to me

virat: I'm asking u ... ( angrily ) why were u crying wen u came out of the room ?

manvi was silent

virat: ok, tell me ... Why were you getting jealous of viana ? ... Why did u miss me soo much though I was with u all through the day ? ... Why don't u like wen I praise viana ? answer me ...dammit !!

manvi: yeah ... ( sobs ) yeah ... I was jealous of her, but not anymore ... I was afraid that she'll take my best friend away from me ... But now I realized that u both love eachother n should get married !!

n on that day, I was missing u coz u were only talking with her ... since I used to be there in her place before, I missed u n even today I cried of happiness ... Satisfied ? ... Got all ur answers ?

virat: unbelievable mannu ...!! Wen did u learn to tell soo many lies ?

manvi: these r not lies virat ! ... U tell me , ... It was me who said u to love priya ...right ? ... I was never jealous of her, then why do u think now that I'm jealous of viana ?

virat: I'm not thinking ... It's true !!

u were not jealous of priya coz u know that I don't love her, but u were jealous of sashi and viana as u know that I like them ... N just coz I talk with them closely, u feel that I like them n so ... U r insecure that I might fall in love with them !!

manvi was now realizing that she indeed loved him n wat he said was right, she was crying bitterly now

manvi: so ... u re...really didn't ... lov ... love viaannaa ?

virat: ( a smile creeped on his face ) no mannu, I don't love her ... !!

manvi: ( clearing her eyes from tears ... ) do u love anyone else ?

virat: yeah ... My mannu now came to the point !!

manvi: whom do u love ?

virat: is it necessary to say ? ( he smirks )

manvi: be serious virat, I really want to know whom you love ... !!

virat immediately seales her lips with his ... A new sensation engulfed them ... They were just kissing eachother ...savouring the feelings n the moment !!

virat broke apart ... N looked at manvi who was now as red as tomato !!

virat: did u understand whom I love, or should I get more serious ? ... Is this seriousness sufficient ?

manvi was unable to look at him, this was the first time she ever thought abt something like this n that too with virat ... !!

this is the first time a man, other than her father hadlip lock ... N it was with... Virat, her childhood best friend !

virat: mannu, please look up ... I wanna see ur face ( he chuckles )

manvi feels extremely shy n hides in his chest !

virat hugs her close n they feel comfort in eachother arms !!

a knock at the door disturbs them ... Yeah ... it's viana !

manvi gets sad ...

manvi: it was all my mistake, I did all this ...so, I'll go n apologise n tel her everything !

virat: just shut ur mouth n stand beside me, I'll tell her !

they both go outside to find viana extremely angry

viana: wat were u both doing in the room ?

virat: actually, viana ... I don't love you ... It was a bet btw me n manvi to make u love me !

manvi: I'm extremely sry ... now, I've understood how it feels to be in love n how bad we'll feel if we get rejected, as I experienced it ! ... I'm really really sry for everything viana !

this was never to hurt u, but things turned out like this !

viana: wat ? u've experienced rejection ? ... Didn't virat accept u ?

virat n manvi was shocked at this !

virat: u know that we both love eachother ?

viana: yeah ... I came to know that u were friends wen I saw u dropping manvi near my hotel ... that day I saw u from balcony, but was waiting for u both to brake the ice which none of u did !!

that night itself ... I understood that manvi loves u, but I wantd her to realize on her own ... I liked u virat, but I never loved u !

even now, u r just my friend ... Manvi madam required this much time to realize her love

virat: even now, it was me who made her realize, else, she was thinking that I love u ! I'm really sry viana !

viana: no need to be sry, as I'm really glad to meet such wonderful couple n besties ... I noticed each n every small reactions of u guys !

virat: like ?

viana: someone is too curious to know !!

virat: yeah

viana: that day, u were signaling her if she'z feeling better or not, then the childhood incident, n yeah ... Saree ... I saw u trying to give it to manvi, but I intentionally grabbed it !!

I thought that she'll be out that day itself ...

Trust me manvi, I felt soo sad seeing u cry, n then ... I couldn't stop laughing as u said him that u missed him crying like a small girl !

Manvi: u heard them ? ( shocked )

Viana: I saw them also ... Hihi !! I thought that ... u'll say I love u n u said I miss u !!

Finaaly today, it happened ... else, I should have gone till the wedding cards !

Virat: I wouldn't have given u the chance, as i can never think of taking the huge step without manvi !

Viana: someone is looking like scarlet !!

Viana n virat were amused at this new manvi !

Manvi immediately ran into her room !

Evening manvi was ready in the same pink saree n virat in his cool jeans, t-shirt n a blazer !!

Viana: u both look so perfect together ... perfect pair !

Virat: thanks dear ! bye ...

They leave for the party of reunion ...

Suresh: hi virat, soo late ? left the room soo early in mornig ...wat did u do till now dude ?

Virat: ( looks at jeeviak beside him ) ... Shall I tell ?

Manvi bends her head n sqeezes his hand ... N then nods her head in negative

Suresh observed this !

Virat: nothing just went out ! lets meet our friends ... why r we wasting our time at the entrance ?

They proceed in ... n meet their old friends ... happiness all around ... Virat n manvi go to their respective friends !

Suresh drags virat to a side ... " wat happened virat ? looking more handsome today ... a new glow in ur's n manvi's face ? "

Virat blushes ...

Suresh: so ... Virat also knows how to blush ... Nice to know ... So ... U r love birds or more than that ?

Virat: thanks suresh ... U made me realize the value of most precious thing in my life ... my mannu !

Suresh: I want to hear it from u also manvi !

Manvi was standing behind virat ... N she immediately goes to the centre of hall calling all the attention

Manvi: hello friends !! it's been a long time we've met n I'm really happy to see u all today ... I know that everyone is very happy, but today ... No one in the world would have been soo happy !

The fear of loosing someone closest to ur heart is deadly n today, I got rid of that ... All thanks to my special friend viana !!

Shez not in this party, but still I wanna say this ... love u viana ... Thanks for givingme my life back ... U'll always be remembered by me forever !!

All the people applause, but 3 people only knew wat she was talking abt ... Virat, suresh n manvi herself !

They enjoy a lott, have dinner n come back to viana's room ...

Viana: how was ur first day as couple ?

Manvi n virat was confused at her question ... " it was nice " virat replied

Viana: oh god ... Don't tell me that no one of ur friends knew that u r a couple !!

Virat: one of my friends know that we r couple, but wats the big deal in it ?

Viana: u both are soo stupid ... U've left a grt opportunity to tell the world abt ur relation, but no worry, as u'll get married ... then they'll know !

Julie n jannet congratulate them

Julie: viana always wanted this ... n we r happy for u both

Jannet: n since it's ur last day in delhi, u both will stay here only ... !

Manvi: ok

They chitchat till 9 pm n so, they all retire to bed

Viana asks virat n manvi to share manvi's room

I'm really sry for the delay ... I missed one Monday update ... So ... I've given u all ... A very long update of the story !!

I guess, many of u knew that I'm a Christian ... N chritsmas is the biggest one for us ... I enjoyed the whole Christmas week n hence the delay !!
