He was afraid of being ditched once again by a girl. He always hated every girl because of the deceit he faced. A girl betrayed him saying that she never loved him. She just used him for his money. She just followed him for his fame. She uttered all this after being caught by him with another guy. "I was always scared of darkness. But you know what, I was living in darkness since the day of our marriage. I thought one day, one day you will also love me. We will also live like other happy couples. He exhaled deep breath as he accepted that she was the only source of elegance, beauty, happiness, brightness and freshness in his house and in his LIFE. He finally accepted that she have succeeded in sowing the seed of love in his heart. She have succeeded in melting the stone placed in his chest on the place of heart. "I am accepting my defeat Taani. I am failed in front of your love. And I also know that I love you. But I never said this verbally because I was scared of being betrayed once again. But I will win you once again. And I promise you that." Rey said to himself as he stood up and walked to his place and drifted off into deep slumber with a new aim in his heart. She was sitting by the frame of the window of her room gazing the stars and the moon. She was holding a picture frame in her hands having his picture. She was remembering all the days spent with him. "Your reckless behavior towards me always haunted me. But I was living with a hope that I will win you one day with my love , care and attention. But NO, I lost in front of your hatred towards girls. You, you always thought that I am same like her. But no Rey, I am not like her."Her voice choked between her sobs. Tears were drenching her whitish face. Her swollen eyes were testifying her sleepless nights. "I know Rey, one day you will come to take me with you. One day you will realize your love for me. Your eyes speak Rey. And I have already read your eyes. I will wait for you Rey. I will wait for you."She said wiping her tears. She walked to her bed and drifted off into a deep slumber with a hope in her heart. Hope of his arrival.
