SCENE.1: Abhijeet's Residence:

Its early morning around 8:00 a.m.

Abhijeet is busy leaving for the Office. He is in phone.

Abhijeet: Hello Sachin, I will be in Bureau by 30 minutes. I'm leaving from here right now. You do one thing, recheck the documents to be submitted in the Court today. The evidence is to be strong. Ok fine.

SCENE.2: A BUSY JUNCTION:

Abhijeet is driving towards the office in a busy road, suddenly another car came hitting his car lightly. But the driver attempt to deviate the car and make an escape but he cannot as the road is busy. But he leaved his car and began to run, but Abhijeet chased him running and overpowered him.

Suddenly a Police Vehicle came and one Inspector, three constables came out.

Inspector: Thanks Sir, you have got him.

Abhijeet: He hit in my car and was escaping. He thought he would have escaped that simple.

Inspector: Sir, he was escaping from our hands. We were about to arrest him from his house. On seeing us, he escaped from his house.

Abhijeet : Oh so that's why he was so busy? Do you think you can escape from the Police? Inspector, what's the charge against him?

Inspector: Sir, his name is Deepak. His wife Anjali have filed a complaint of domestic violence against him. She is now admitted in the hospital.

Abhijeet: (holding Deepak's shirt collar tightly) Constables, take him away.

Inspector, let us check his car.

Abhijeet and Inspector began to inspect the car. Abhijeet found a pistol from the car. Inspector on opening the dicky found some blood stains.

Inspector: Sir, please come here.

Abhijeet: (on seeing the blood stains), Inspector, does Anjali is severly injured?

Inspector: Yes sir, she have got injuries in forehead, hands, and a minor injury in the neck. Yesterday her parents have informed the police and the police have found her lying unconscious in her bed room.

Abhijeet: Whether Deepak was there at that time?

Inspector: No sir. He only came to the house today morning. His neighbour informed us that he reached there. Anjali and her Parents also filed a statement with us.

Abhijeet: God joob Inspector. How is Anjali now?

Inspector: She is recovering, but still in ICU.

Abhijeet: (Taking out the gun he seized from the car) Inspector, I just got a gun from this car. What is the job of Deepak?

Inspector: Sir, he was a NRI from Dubai. In 2016, he returned to India and started his own business and settled in Mumbai. He have got no relatives in Mumbai.

Abhijeet: Inspector, please collect some blood sample of Anjali and sent it to the Forensic Lab as soon as possible and also transport Deepak's car to the CID Garage.

Inspector: Yes Sir.

SCENE.3: FORENSIC LAB

Pradhyuman, Abhijeet, Daya, Vivek and Kaveri are present. They are waiting for the test results. Dr Salunke and Dr. Nyla is making some tests.

Salunke: Abhijeet, the blood stain you have recovered from the car is not of Anjali's.

Pradhyuman: Not of Anjali?

Abhijeet: Salunke Sir, have you done the test of the pistol?

Salunke: Yes. but it is fully loaded. No traces of gun fire found.

Pradhyuman: Do you have got any further information from checking the blood stain?

Nyla: Yes Sir. the blood stains age between one to two weeks.

Daya: Sir if we interrogate Deepak in our own way we can find out about whoses blood is this ?

SCENE.4: CID BUREAU:

Deepak is sitting in a chair in a fearful manner. Daya, Freddy, Sachin and Purvi are present to interrogate him.

Deepak: Sir please believe me. I don't know about the blood stain.

Daya: From your car we came across the blood stain and you don't know?

Freddy: Sir I think he had transported a dead body in his car.

Daya: I also think so.

Deepak: Sir, please stop. I want to make a confession.

Daya: Speak out.

Deepak: Sir the car you have recovered from me is not my car.

Sachin: But you were driving the car. If it is not yours then whose is it ?

Deepak: Sir, I know that the Police will arrest me on the basis of wife's complaint. I also know it is too dangerous to use my own car. So asked my friend to arrange another car for me to escape.

Purvi: Oh, you thought that you can easily escape from the city by changing the car.

Daya : What about the gun? Is that yours?

Deepak: Yes sir. It's mine.

Sachin : Do you got a license for the gun ?

Deepak: No sir.

Freddy : Now you've got two charges against you. First domestic violence and second illegal carriage of fire arms.

Daya: Give me the details about you friend who got you the car.

Deepak: Sir his name is Jithu. He is running a workshop in Mulund.

Daya: Sachin, prepare the paper works for his arrest. Let us get this Jithu.

SCENE.5: JITHU's WORKSHOP:

Jithu is crying and begging towards the CID Team of Abhijeet, Vivek, Kaveri, Vikram and Vansh.

Jithu: Sir, please believe me I don't know anything about the blood or this car. Please leave me. I'm begging you pardon.

Abhijeet: (filled with rage), You arrange the car for deepak and you don't know anything about the car.

Jithu: Sir, lt me tell you the truth. The car is stolen.

Kaveri: Sir, behind the workshop business, he is dealing with the stolen vehicles.

Abhijeet: Yes Kaveri. Jithu if you're not willing to speak the truth, then you will be in more trouble. You will get in to the murder case.

Jithu: Sir believe me, I am speaking the truth. One of my agent thief Chetan brought me this car. I had paid him Rs.1 Lakhs also.

Vivek: Sir for going forward in this case, we have to catch this Chetan.

Abhijeet: Yes Vivek. Vivek, arrest Jithu and collect from him the details of Chetan.

SCENE.6: CID BUREAU

Pradhyuman, Abhijeet, Daya and Kaveri is in a serious discussion about the case.

Abhijeet: Sir, from the chasis number of the car, the owner is identified as Prakash. He is is residing in RK Apartments, Tilak Nagar. He have written a Police complaint about the car gone missing one week back.

Pradhyuman: From where does the car gone missing?

Kaveri: (Opening file and reading) Sir, from the complaint filed the car have gone missing from his flat premises, Tilak Nagar.

Suddenly, Vivek, Freddy, Vikram and Vansh came in to the Bureau. Vikram and Vansh is holding Chetan in his both hands from both sides.

Freddy: Sir, here is Chetan. It was very difficult to find him.

(Chetan is looking scared and Daya is going near to him to increase his scare)

Daya: Look Chetan, we have already look in your case file. You have till now had done around 28 thefts and also gone to jail 3 times. But now the situation is different and it is murder.

Chetan: Sir I only have stolen the car.

Pradhyuman: (burst with anger) Then whose blood was in the car?

Chetan : Sir I don't know.

Abhijeet: From where did you stolen the car?

Chetan: From the market in Malad.

Pradhyuman: Freddy, Vivek put him in the lockup.

Pradhyuman: Abhijeet, as per Prakash, his car was stolen from his flat in Tilak Nagar and from Chetan's statement he stole the car from Malad.

Abhijeet: Sir the distance itself is 25 kms. The car was stolen 1 week back and also the blood stain have that much age.

Kaveri: Sir, do you think that somebody have stolen the car from Tilak Nagar before Chetan.

Pradhyuman: Yes Kaveri. I'm 100% sure.

Daya, you do one thing please collect the near by CCTV of RK Residency and Malad Market.

Daya : Ok Sir.

SCENE.7 : RK RESIDENCY

Daya, Sachin, Purvi and Ishitha is questioning the security guard and the secretary of the flat association.

Secretary : Sorry Sir, we are unable to give you the CCTV footage of the day as the CCTV was complaint. We also informed this to the Police when they came to investigate.

Daya: Do you think that it was so unnatural that on that particular day the CCTV got complaint?

Sachin: (Towards the security guard) Do you have the duty on that day.

Guard: No sir, it was Lalu.

Daya: Where is he now?

Secretary: Sir he is dead.

Sachin: What? But how?

Secretary: Day before yesterday, he was hit by a vehicle at mid night while he was leaving towards his home after his duty. he died on spot.

Yesterday was his funeral.

Daya: Do you know about the car that hit Lalu.

Guard: Sir the place where accident occured was covered with darkness. So......

Purvi: Then how did you people know that he was hit by a vehicle?

Daya : You should have informed the Police first.

Secretary: Sir, Lalu is from a poor background, so we thought that there will not be any enemies of him.

SCENE.8 : CID BUREAU:

Pradhyuman, Abhijeet, Vivek and Kaveri is inspecting a video footage.

Vivek: Sir, it is the video footage of Malad market.

Pradhyuman and others are watching eagerly.

Suddenly Abhijeet came across something in the video.

Abhijeet: Vivek pause it. Sir (pointing to the monitor screen), Prakash's car.

They watched a man coming out from the car.

Kaveri: Sir, it is not Prakash, it is somebody else.

Pradhyuman: (Thinking about something), Abhijeet I think I know him?

Vivek, get his picture run through our criminal database.

Vivek (after browsing in the system): Sir you're right. He is in our database:

Name: Lokesh

DOB: 19.06.1977

Address: Near Market Road, Malad.

Offences: kidnapping,physical assault, attempt to murder.

Pradhyuman: Yes, he is staying in Malad. The place from where the car was stolen by Chetan.

Suddenly Freddy came inside the Bureau.

Freddy : Sir, I just got a CCTV footage from the front of the jewellery shop that is situated near the place where accident of Lalu took place.

Pradhyuman: Good work Freddy.

Abhijeet: Good Freddy. You've done a great job.

Pradhyuman: Vivek, play this video. let us see.

When playing the video, they came across the accident of Lalu and also seen how deliberate the accident was carried out.

Pradhyuman: the number plate of the car is removed, and from this video itself we can understand that it is not an accident but a pre-planned murder.

Abhijeet: Sir Lalu was killed on the same day we have recovered the car from Deepak. The details of the car was in the media. Lalu may have been involved in the murder in any way and the main culprit wants to silent him forever.

Vivek, make an attempt to zoom in to the driver face.

Vivek: I'm trying Sir.

Sir see, he is wearing a mask.

Scene.9: A Vacant Warehouse:

CID Informer Dhenchu is waiting near the gate of Warehouse.

CID Vehicle came towards the gate and entered from it, Daya, Vivek, Sachin, Ishitha and Vikram.

Daya: Yes Dhenchu, is it information 100% correct?

Dhenchu: Sir, Lokesh is inside the warehouse. and I myself went inside and confirmed.

Daya: How many of them are there?

Dhenchu: Sir, there are 8 and they have weapons.

Daya: Thanks Dhenchu.

Scene.10 : Inside the Warehouse:

Daya, Vivek, Sachin, Ishitha, Vikram entered inside the warehouse secretly.

But one of the men saw the CID Team and alerted others also.

Then a high shootout occured, killing 5 goons and injuring 3 goons(including Lokesh)

Daya got hold of Lokesh as the latter got a leg injury from encounter.

Daya (Pointing Gun at Lokesh's head): Look Lokesh, if you don't speak the truth then I will kill you and will make it as an encounter.

Lokesh: Sir please pardon me. I will tell you the truth.

Sachin: Do you stole Prakash's car from Tilak Nagar. Don't lie we got the evidence against you.

Lokesh: Yes Sir. It was me.

Vivek: Do you killed Lalu?

Lokesh: Sir, I do as I was scared that he would give witness against me. He helped me to stole the car. But I've done all this due to someone's orders. He gave me cash to do so.

Daya: Who is that?

Scene.11 : A Mid Size House:

Abhijeet, Fredy, Purvi, Vansh entered into the House.

There is a Servant. He came to the main hall watching the team entering into the house.

Servant: Who are you? What do you want?

Abhijeet: Shut up and stand there. Vansh, take him into custody.

Vansh got hold of the servant.

Abhijeet, Fredy and Purvi entered into a room and saw an old man lying in the bed. He is severely injured in head but is bandaged.

Three of them came near to him.

Abhijeet: SamirJi.

then the old man whose name revealed to be Samir slowly open his eyes.

Abhijeet: Fredy, call the ambulance.

Scene.12: An Office Building :

ACP Pradhyuman, Abhijeet, Fredy, Kaveri and Vivek is walking inside a Office hall. Suddenly, Prakash came across them.

Prakash: Sir. What a surprise? Why are you here?

ACP: We came here for an inquiry.

Prakash: What Enquiry?

Abhijeet: We want to know some details about your Chairman Mr.Samir. Where is he?

Prakash: Sir he is on vacation to Kerala. He is a chronic bachelor. It's his habit to take lone vacation trip once every year for few days.

Fredy: He is not in Kerala. He is now lying in hospital ICU.

Prakash : What? What happened to him?

ACP: That we will tell you. Where is your Manager Mr.Karthik.

Prakash: He is in his cabin. I will call him.

Karthik came out of his cabin.

Karthik: Hello ACP Sir. I'm Karthik. What can I do for you?

When ACP began t speak, his phone rang and he picked it?

ACP: Hello Daya, do you got all of them?

Very good. Good Job.

ACP(after hanging the call) : Abhijeet, Daya and Sachin have arrested them all.

Abhijeet: It's a good news Sir.

ACP: Yes Mr. Karthik, we need your co-operation.

Karthik: What help can I do for you?

Abhijeet: The matter is so simple. You're under arrest.

Karthik (Turning his face into anger): For what?

Abhijeet: Murder attempt on your Chairman Mr.Samir, Murder of Lalu and stealing car of your Assistant Manager Mr.Prakash:

Prakash: What? Did Karthik stole my car?

ACP: Your car was stolen by a criminal named Lokesh on order of Karthik to trap you in the murder of Mr.Samir.

Abhijeet: Actually, it happened like this: Karthik was doing some financial scams in the Company along with the help of some staff members. But your Chairman came to know about this from his internal sources. He decided to sack Karthik in the next Board meeting after his visit from Kerala. But Karthik had already bribed Mr.Samir's House Servants. They informed about the decision of Mr.Samir to Karthik and he ordered Lokesh to kidnap Mr.Samir.

Prakash: Why did he stolen my car?

Abhijeet: Mr.Samir decided to appoint you in replacement of Karthik. He used your car to kidnap, kill and burnt and Mr.Samir, so if any enquiry arises, you will be charged gulity.

ACP: But Lokesh played a double game. He injured severly Mr.Samir. But didn't murdered him but kept in his custody for blackmailing Karthik in near future.

Fredy: But Karthik thought that Lokesh have killed Mr.Samir till now. Isn't it Karthik?

Karthik: All the allegations are false. I will take legal action against you CID Team for false accusations.

ACP: Mr.Karthik, Lokesh is under our custody and Mr.Samir's Servants who helped you in the kidnapping is under arrest just a few time ago.

Abhijeet: You have only one option remaining. Accept the guilt and surrender.

Karthik: Yes I admit my guilt.

Abhijeet: Mr.Karthik, you have to give information about all the office staff members helping you in the financial irregularities.

ACP: Fredy, arrest him.

Prakash: Thanks Sir for your help. Because of you I was saved from a huge trouble and thanks for saving our Chairman.

ACP: It's ok. It was our duty. Our job is not over. We he have to arrest all the staff members involved in the financial scam.

Fredy handuffed Karthik.

Then the CID Team leaves along with Karthik from the Office as everybody is looking on.
