Kailash goes to Tara's room.

Tara: If you are upset with me, you can scold me.

Kailash: No, dear, I have not come to scold you. I was the one who suggested you call off that wedding if you sensed something was not right.

Do you think I can ever get upset with you? I have brought you up independently. 

Tara: I am upset with myself for accepting Sameer's proposal because of me; you are facing disgrace. I think when people gossip about me, it is a disgrace for you.

Kailash: Well, who cares? When did we care for society? People gossip about others, but no one stands for anyone during difficult times.

Tara smiles. Dad, you have always been my strength. Thanks for the advice.

Kailash: I am always for you. Atharva told me that he has got a job abroad & wants to meet you.

Tara: Fine, ask him to come.

Atharva & Tara meet on the balcony.

Atharva: Firstly, I have come to return your money.

He takes out the cash & gives it to Tara.

Tara: Did you borrow it from your family or friends?

Atharva: My family. Piyush gave it to me to repay you & we can adjust. I am leaving India as I got a job abroad. Before that, I would like to speak my heart to you. Whether you believe it or not, I have begun to love you.

Tara: When?

Atharva: I realized my love for you when your marriage was fixed with Sameer. I am sorry to hear that your engagement was canceled.

Tara: It is okay. My love was one-sided. It is my fault that I accepted his proposal, thinking he would love me one day. I didn't realize I would have to put in much effort to make him love me.

Atharva: I love you, but you need not respond immediately. You can take as much time as you want. We will be in touch. 

Tara: To which country are you going?

Atharva: I got a job as an administrator in the USA. I haven't found any life in India.

He leaves.

Roli & Sid sees Sameer packing his bags.

Sameer: Mom, I got an outstanding job offer.

Sid: What is the job?

Sameer: I got a job as a playback singer.

Roli: Congratulations, but is it necessary for you to go? 

Sameer: Yes, as I feel it is one of the ways to divert my mind. I am not worthy of anyone's love. Hence, I decided to focus on my career.

Sid: But you can make your career even here.

Sameer: But I want to do something independently. I want to become a singer, so I decided to take up the challenge.

Sid: As you wish, but keep in touch.

Sameer nods.

Sid: I apologize if I have deprived you of something or been rude to you. My only intention was to ensure you lead a respectable life. All the best!

Sameer: Thank you, mom & dad. You are the best!

Sanjana overhears the conversation & is sad.

She said, "Let me come with you to the airport."

Sameer nods.

Sameer & Sanjana are on the way to the airport. The background song is:

Both get into the car. Sameer & Sanjana recollect their childhood moments.

Sameer and Sanjana think of their college days when they were dancing on a stage. They take a lot of selfies near the ice cream parlor.

Sameer & Sanjana finally reach the airport. Both get emotional.

Sanjana: We are two & a half hours before the flight.

Sameer: Yes, I said I have to go, but now I am thinking about whether to go. Yes, our parents have a well-established business, but I won't get any personal gain.

Sanjana: If you are looking for a career, you can look for the same job here.

Sameer: The posting is here, but the training is in Delhi for three months.

Sanjana: I heard you telling your mom that you are not worthy of anyone's love, but leaving the place would not change your feelings for me. 

Sameer: Sanjana, I love you a lot and can't live without you. But you are a very good person, and you deserve a much better partner than me.

Sanjana: But I love you & I can't live without you. How could you even think of leaving me? Even if you go to Delhi, I will join you later. Even though I got shortlisted for the same job, I await their email with an offer letter. I won't let you go so quickly.

Sameer & Sanjana hug each other emotionally.
