Sid reached home and was surprised to see the gift wrap. Rahil saw the gift wrap and opened it. He finds a small statue of a woman and a letter. While he was reading, the phone rang. Sid picked up the phone.

Ishani: Hello.

Sid: Hello. Dr. Sid here.

Ishani laughs.

Ishani: I'm Sapna. Did you receive my parcel?

Sid: Yes, I received it. But what are all the things you have sent?

Ishani: I love flowers and statues. So I sent it to the person I love. Sid, all these are for you.

Sid: What is this madness?

Rahil whistles.

Sid to Rahil: Will you Shut up?

Ishani: No, I won't shut up till I get you as my life partner.

She kisses the phone and disconnects it.

As she moved out of the telephone booth, Anushka came there.

Anushka: So the matter has gone so far?

Ishani: Shut up.

Anushka: Come on, I'm your childhood friend. Won't you share with me? What is his name?

Ishani: It is a 3-letter word.

Anushka: Is it Shivaay?

Ishani: No.

Anushka: Is it Ray?

Ishani: No

Anushka: Then what is his name?

Ishani: His name is Sam.

Anushka: What is his occupation? Is he a software developer?

Ishani: No.

Anushka: Is he an entrepreneur?

Ishani: No

Anushka: Is he an actor?

Ishani: No.

Anushka: Then what is he?

Ishani: He is a joker in the circus.

Ishani leaves blushing. Anushka followed her to her room.

Anushka: Hey, remember, we always shared everything. So it is 50-50.

Ishani: 50-50! Wait, I'll show you. Ishani takes the badminton racket to hit her. Anushka laughs.

Anushka: Just kidding.

Both of them laugh.

Anushka goes to Sid's cabin in a lovely dress the next day.

Sid: Any medical issues?

Anushka: No, I'm alright.

Anushka imagines herself saying to Sid, "Yes, I've medical issues named love."

Sid's phone rings.

Sid: Just a second.

He picks up the phone.

Ishani: I heard that a pretty girl is sitting beside you.

Sid: Yes, she is my girlfriend. I love her a lot and am going to marry her.

Ishani: How dare you? I'll strip her.

Sid: Who are you to strip her? Are you my wife?

Ishani: Right now, I'm not, but I will soon become yours.

Sid: Keep dreaming, as it does not take any tax. Bye.

Sid reaches home and sees the CD ROM on the table.

Guddi: Thank God you came. It is good that you've got something for us to show.

Sid: It is not an entertainment CD, but it is the CD of the heart transplant.

Sid puts the CD ROM, but to his surprise, he sees the lady saying, "Hi Sid, I'm Sapna. See my fair arms and heels. I'm longing for your love. Once you see me, you will forget all your girlfriends. All my moments are for that person who made me mad out of his love. Sid, all these are only for you. Your Sapna."

However, Ishani doesn't show her face in the video.

Suddenly, the phone rings.

Sid picks up the call.

Ishani kisses the phone.

Sid: Are you okay?

Ishani: Did you recognize my kiss?

Sid: Yes, I recognized it. Had you come to me in person, I would show how much I love you. I would've kissed you.

Sid kissed the phone.

Ishani gets shy.

Sid: That's just the beginning. I will kiss you at the place where there is your heart.

Ishani drops the phone and leaves it hanging.

Sid: Where are you running? Come on, darling.

Ishani runs to her room.

Sid laughs.

Ishani finds Anushka in her room, dreaming.

Ishani: Anushka, are you alright?

Anushka: I was dreaming, and you spoilt it.

Ishani: What?

Anushka: God made the dreams for us to do what we don't do in real life.

Ishani: What were you doing?

Anushka: I dreamed of the moments with my guy in my dreams. You also do that and enjoy.

The dream song plays.

Anushka and Sid are at the hillside and dancing before the greenery. Ishani and Sid are dancing near the cottage.

Sid and Ishani went to the hillside and started dancing. Sid kissed Ishani's neck.

The next day, Anushka and Sid dance near the hillside.

Anushka dreams of dancing with Sid, wearing a short dress, while Ishani dreams of wearing a lehenga and dancing with Sid.

Suddenly, Ishani and Anushka wake up from their sleep and giggle.

Meanwhile, Samrudh opens his mailbox and finds a bundle of notes with a letter. Samrudh opened the letter, stating Dr. Sid is now very busy. It's the right time for you to act. Samrudh starts killing innocent people. 

The guy named Shankar witnessed his loved ones dead and started screaming. Samrudh injures him badly, but Shankar manages to escape. He was admitted to Amma Hospital.

Sid's phone rings.

The nurse said, "It's an emergency call."

Sid and Ishani went to the ward and found his neighbor Shankar in that state.

Sid: He lost a lot of blood, and we need a donor.

Rahil: His blood group is A-, which is rare. It is not there.

Sid: What do you mean by that it is not there? I want that blood group at any cost.

Ishani: My blood group is A-.

She donates her blood and saves Shankar's life.

Sid sees the same anklets on Ishani's ankles that he saw in the video and recognizes that but decides to pretend till Ishani speaks her heart to him.

Sid: Are you all right, Sapna? Sorry, Ishani?

Ishani: Yes, I am fine.

Sid: My girlfriend's name is Sapna. I am going to meet her. If you don't mind, can I drop you to your hostel?

Ishani: Sure.

Sid dropped her and said, "Bye."
