             Part – 64 

Maan has planned to lock Geet at KC to stop her from bringing herself more trouble which inturn puts Maan under pressure... 

Maan already has enough on his plate, he needs to put an end to his never ending problems by keeping the problem maker in check, haina? 

Geet keeps looking at Maan… 

What should she do now? 

Socho Geet, socho…. 

Geet needs some time to think about an alternative plan…. 

She can’t keep aborting her missions like this, she has to find a solution to keep Maan distracted somehow… 

Idea, Geet knows that only she could distract Maan…. 

Geet: aap jao, mein abhi aathi hoon, mujhe thoda kaam hai 

Maan: I’ll wait, hum saath mein jayenge 

Geet: mujhe change karna hai, aap yahi wait karo mein Annie ke kamre mein jaathi hoon 

Maan: nahi, mein neeche wait kartha hoon 

Maan leaves… 

Geet immediately calls Adi… 

Geet: Adi sir, aap kahan ho? 

Adi: office mein 

Geet: aap ko itne jaldhi jaana hai kya? 

Adi: Geet, mein Maan sir nahi, unka employee hoon 

Geet: aap na abhi jaake uss  admi se milo 

Adi: mein bhi tumhare saath aaoon? 

Geet: nahi mein nahi aa sakti 

Adi: kya? 

Geet: haan, lagtha hai ki Maan mujhe aane nahi denge 

Adi: toh mein akhele jaoon? 

Geet: nahi, sare staff ko lekhe jaana 

Adi: toh Maan sir naraz nahi honge? 

Geet: Adi sir, aapko akhela hi jaana hoga 

Adi: Geet, koi aur rastha nahi hai kya? 

Geet: nahi 

Adi: Maan sir ko kya jawab dhoon? Woh mujhe poochenge na ki mein kahan gayab ho gaya tha 

Geet: unko patha nahi chalega, mein unko sambhaal loongi 

Geet sends Adi…. 

Geet goes down… she has not changed…. 

Maan: tumne abhi tak change nahi kiya? 

Geet just remembers it… 

Geet: aap ke saath jaane ke liye ye salwar hi kaafi hai 

Maan: kya? 

Geet: hum KC hi Jaa rahe haina? Toh yahi kapde chalenge 

Maan doesn’t care, he is only concerned about safeguarding the Khurana’s family honor…. 

Maan walks to the car without any further conversation… 

At KC…  

Geet is thinking how that guy would disclose Rahul’s truth.. 

Maan comes to her cabin suddenly… he never comes after he found out that Geet plotted against him sitting in his very own office… 

Geet is surprised… yahan bhi aagaya? 

Maan: woh, Chandigarh wala file tumhare paas haina? 

Maan is making an excuse to check on Geet, he wants to make sure she is here only… 

Geet: mere paas kaise hoga? Aap ke paas hi hoga 

Maan: mere paas nahi hai 

Geet: toh Adi sir se poocho 

Maan: ye Adi kahin nazar nahi aatha, kahan gayab ho gaya? 

Maan stares at Geet doubtfully… 

Geet just realizes her mistake… 

Geet: Adi sir yahi the, abhi abhi yahan se gaye, mein unse pooch ke file lekhe aathi hoon, aap jao, aap ka kaam karo 

Maan is shocked to see Geet’s sudden concern for him, zaroor dal mein kuch kala hai.. 

Maan should be more watchful… 

Geet runs and finds the file for Maan… 

She keeps running after Maan and does Adi’s work… 

Maan keeps ordering non-stop… 

Maan: ye Noida wale project ki blue prints Kahan hai? Sharma’s ki quotations final ho gaye ya nahi? Kahan hai woh file 

Geet keeps running and gets tired soon… now she understands poor Adi’s plight… 

Adi returns in the afternoon… 

Geet is happy to see him back, she is not happy for the information that Adi got, but she is happy that Adi is back to do his work…. 

Adi: Geet, success 

Geet: kya hua Adi sir? 

Adi: that man Raju has given some important clue 

Geet: what? Jaldhi kaho ki woh kya hai 

Adi: a worker died at that site 

Geet: what Adi sir? This is very old news 

Adi: but we have a taza taza kabar 

Geet loses interest… 

Geet: what? Raju got fired ? 

Adi: no, the address of that worker’s family 

Geet: isse kya hoga? 

Adi: we can get them to disclose the truth in front of the media, then that Rahul can’t escape 

Geet: but that rascal Rahul would harm them na? They won’t help us 

Adi: but we can at least try once 

Geet: you are right Adi sir, we can get more information from them 

Adi: yes 

Maan just comes seeing them talking seriously… 

Maan: what’s the matter Adi? Where were you? I didn’t see you from the morning

Adi panics… 

Adi: woh mein kahin nahi gaya, mein yahi tha 

Maan: Adi, mujhe joot se sakt nafrat hai 

Geet: Adi sir, aap chodo, mein Maan ko baththi hoon ki aap kahan gaye the 

Adi: ha ha ha ha ha, right 

Geet: woh kuch nahi hai, Adi sir Pinky ke liye chocolates lene gaye the, pyaar karna itna asaan thodi nahi, haina Adi sir? 

Adi: haan 

Maan stares Adi…. 

Adi: nahi, ha ha ha ha ha 

Adi runs from there .. 

Maan stares Geet now .. he moves forward and gets closer… 

Geet is scared .. 

Maan: tum pyaar ke barein mein kya jaanthi ho Geet? 

Geet: woh meine yuhi bol diya tha 

Maan: par tumne bahut sahi bola tha 

Geet recollects what she said… haan, pyaar karna itna bhi asaan nahi hai, specially to love Geet Handa… haina?  

Geet feels very bad… she bows down her head as she knows how much Maan has suffered because of her… 

Maan leaves …
