The entire Raizada clan had reached the grand mandir Chandni Chowk, Dehli. Anjali, the eldest
sister, looking beautiful in a red net saree.
The Hello-Hi-Bye-Bye Manorama Mami, along with
her husband Manohar Mama, both matching in a
purple-green saree and kurta set.

set.Akash, the youngest Raizada, in a dark green kurta set, hoping to catch the eye of his Chunaari-Waali as he knew she was going to be there.
Even the non-believer in God, he who makes his own fate, Arnav Singh Raizada came for his Di, and a special someone, looking deathly in a black suit with a red tie. Along with the matriach of the the clan, Nanima who looked as elegant as ever in a off-white saree with silver work.
But with a frown upon her face due to the person standing next to her. Ms. Kashyap. Lavanya had sown up in one of the most revealing, transparent and cut-off white saree ever.
She claimed to have kept a fast for Arnav, though she looked as opposite to the Raizadas as white does from black.
The seven of them had been waiting for the pooja to begin so that Anjali and Manorama could open the fast by their husbands and Lavanya, hopefully, by Arnav. They were at the entrance when the main reason for Akash and Arnav being present, arrived. Payal and Khushi Gupta. The eldest sister, Payal, was Akash's Chunaari-Waali and younger, Khushi, was Arnav's Chalti-Firti-Disaster, Jalebi Bai.
"Yeh Chamkili yahan kya kar rahin hai?" Lavanya asked causing Arnav's attention to be drawn away from his business call at the mention of his secratary's 'nickname'.
"Lavanya! How many times have I told you? Her name is Khushi. Khushi. Kumari. Gupta. And what do you mean she is here? How..." Arnav's normally confident and anger-filled voice trailed offat the sight of an angel directly in front of him.
Khushi had walked into the mandir,, making many heads turn and with her red saree with a thick green border, it was obvious why. 
Her elder sister, in a saree the exact same shade of green as Akash's kurta set, had just mimicked their Buaji, Madhumati. This caused a spree of careless giggles, which created butterflies in the pit of Arnav's stomach.
In between her peals of laughter, Khushi liftedd her eyes and were met directly across by a smouldering pair belonging to noone other than Arnav Singh Raizada. Her mouth automatically closed up as she fully took in the view through her long eyelashes. DAMN! Did he look FI-NE!
Arnav's plight was very similar to Khushi's as his missed thousands of beats and did millions of flip-flops at the breathtaking sight in front of him. The contrast of the dark saree against her creamy skin. Her maang-tika in the place of where the sindoor of his name should be. Her lonng, silky hair just about covering her revealed back. Her eyes outlined with kajal, enticing him to come forward. the list went on and on about khushi's feautures in Arnav's eyes. She was truly a pleasurable sight to take in. But alas it could not last forever.
Arnav was brought out of his reverie by Anjali while Khushi was shaken out of hers by Payal.
"Khushi kitani pyaari laag rahin hai! Haina Chotte?" Anjali asked him even though she already knew her younger brother's answer.
"Pyaari toh woh rozh lagti hai, lekin aaj kuch zyaada hi..." Arnav was not in full senses when he answered the question, as he was stilll recovering from his Zor Ka Jhatka. Anjali and Akash smiled. Mama and Mami dropped their jaws while Nanima just smirked at Lavanya who huffed, puffed and stomped her feet, bareky managing to, uncomfortable in the saree.
"Ummm...Woh..." Arnav tried to recollect himself but was unsuccessful. So he just slammed his Ray Bans on, hiding his eyes, thinking that they might reveal him to everyone else.
Khushi was taken out by her sister with the works "Khushi! Khushi! KHUSHI!! Abh samjhi kyun jawab nahin deh rahin! Arnav joh samne hai na!" But when they didn't work Payal shook her shoulders, producing an attempt which did.
"Toh phir yeh hai jiske khayaon mein aur aanken mein itni khoyi hui si rehti ho! Aur woh dikhne mein hi itna bhura nahin lagta!" Payal teased Khushi.
"DIII!!!!" Khushi 'gently' screeched back.
"Accha baba, abh chao Anjali Di abh bulare hai hum dono ko." Payal tried to drag Khushi along as Anjali was waving at them, calling them both over.
"Nahin Di...Tum jahon, Meh tohri der me aati hoon. Mujhe... Chudiya kareed ni hai?" Khushi stuttered out as she had no intention of going near the Laad Governor. As anytime a confession might spill out of her mouth and that was osmething she really did not want to do. especially in front of him.
"Teekh hai!" Payal muttered as she dropped khusi off at a vendor's stall and then climbed back up the stairs, walking over to the Raizadas.
"Namaste ji." Payal remebered her manners as she folded her hands and then bent doen to touch Mama, Mami and Nanima's feet, while Anjali scooped her into a hug. Akash smiled at Payal meeting her eyes and Lavanya blanked her completely.
"Jeeti roh bitiya! Kaise hai aap? Aur Khushi bitiya khidhar hai? Usne toh waada kiya tha na? Ke woh Teej peh humse milne zaroor ayege?" Nanima added the last bit just for the satisfaction of seeing Lavanya's face go down, along with her jaw, as she realised how close khushi really was to the Raizadas.
"Ji Nanima, woh udhar chudiya kareed rahi hai." Payal's answer caused Arnav to whip his head over in the direction where he saw Khushi half-heartedly looking at the chudiya with a thaal in one hand.
"There is something wrong with her. Khushi koh toh chudiya bbohot pasand hai, toh phir aise kyun dekh rahin hai?" Arnav said quietly causing all heads to turn around and face him.
Suddenly they heard a BANG as Khushi dropped the thaal and chudiya on to the ground as she was feeling light-headed. She then brought both hands to her temples, closed her eyes and spun slightly on the spot...
