Part 40

Angad took his Kripa to the mandir in his hot little car. He took her up and asked her infront of God to make him a promise. She looked at him and said you can ask for anything and I would gladly give it to you. Angad looked very happy, he said I want your health. You have have to promise me that you will take care of yourself. Everything that Karan has told you, you will do. Kripa was totally dumbfounded. She wandered how he knew but then assumed that Karan must have called him and told him everything. She was totally touched that Angad cared so much about her that she took his hand and said I promise you. They both chilled at the beach for a while then decided to go to Dadi's house for dinner. After that they went home.

The next morning, Kripa got all ready and was about to walk of the house when she saw 12 beautiful red roses. She had a fat smile, and pick the roses up. She looked inside and saw a small card attached to them. She pulled the card out but as she did she scratched her hand with one of the thorns. Her finger got a little pricked but smiled. She read the note and it said, I hope you have a wonderful day, I love you! She smiled and thought of Angad. She was totally touched. She took the flowers in and put them in water. Then she finally left for the studio.

At the studio she saw Angad and gave him a fat hug. Angad was a bit confused but was delighted to get a hug from the love of his life. He hugged her back. He looked at her and said, what was that for. She looked up at him and said for the beautiful flowers that I found at my door step. Angad looked at her and said, jaan I didn't leave you any flowers this morning. I almost wish that I had so I could always get this type of hug. He winked at her and said, I think it must be one of your fans. He smiled and walked of the studio. Kripa was a bit taken aback. She thought that what fan would write, I love you! There was a hidden fear in her but she brushed it off saying that its harmless. She then went off to practice with Angad. They were rehearsing to the song, Miraksam. From a distance, Naina could see how close the two were getting. She wasn't too pleased but at the same time knew that she couldn't do anything about. She decided that right now would not be the right time to say or do anything.

Then rehearsals ended, and Kripa was walking to get a towel. In the dressing room, Kripa saw written with her lipstick, "you are an absolutely amazing singer and dancer. I wish you would dance with me!" She was a bit taken back. She looked at the mirror oddly. She thought it was a weird message but then thought because it wasn't signed that it was a prank by one of the set members. She brushed it off and walked out of the dressing room. She bumped into Prithvi as she came out. Prithvi looked at her and said, I was just looking for you. I need to talk to you. Kripa said, of course lets go sit over there.

Prithvi puller out some papers and asked her to sign them. They were regarding the promotional tour that was taking place in a couple of days. Then they started small talk and Prithvi mentioned that he was really happy for her and Angad. In Prithvi's heart he was a bit sad that he never expressed his love to Kripa but he was satisfied to know that Kripa was really happy. Kripa was delighted to know he cared and was happy for her. She looked at him and said, chalo I found the love of my life, now it is time for you to find yours. I have the perfect girl in mind if you would like to meet her. Prithvi didn't really want to but reluctantly agreed. Kripa told him to meet his at the coffee shop at 7. Prithvi agreed. Kripa walked away!

Later that afternoon, Kripa met up with Angad and told him that we are going to set up Prithvi with one of Kripa's old friends. Angad had a smile on his face. He thought that Kripa was absolutely crazy. Angad told her that he will pick her and her friend at 6:30 and they will go to the coffee shop.

Kripa was getting ready, when the door bell rang.
