Chapter 33

PART 33

For starters he went and closed the window. Then he tried shaking Kripa to see if she would get up but she didn't get up. Angad gets quite scared and quickly calls the receptionist and asks her to send the hotel doctor.

Angad slowly picks Kripa up and places her on the bed. He makes her really comfortable and covers her with blankets. He then rubs her hands and the doorbell rings. He opens the door and the doctor comes in. He examines Kripa and says that its nothing to worry about, she must be really tired. He gave him some medications and said she will be just fine. Then he left.

Angad was a bit surprised at how carefree the doctor was. He was relieved to know that Kripa wasn't serious but at the same time was a bit worried because of Kripa's medical condition. He decided to call Karan, regardless of what time it was. Reluctantly, Karan picked up the phone. He was a bit worried but explained to Angad what he needed to do. He needed to first reduce her temperature. So Angad got towels and ice-cold water. He just placed them on her head. As he was doing this he left one on her forehead and fell asleep. He didn't realize when or how but he had fallen asleep on Kripa's tummy.  He was holding her pretty tight around the waste. As if he feared that someone would come in the middle of the night and take her away from him.

Well its morning and Kripa was trying to turn on her side. As she was trying to turn, she felt something bearing her down. She woke up and looked around. First she woke up with a splitting headache but when she saw Angad sleeping the way he was she just smiled. She ran her hands through his hair and said I LOVE YOU ANGAD. Well our dearest woke up when Kripa was trying to move, he put his head up and rested his chin on her and said, I love you too. Kripa blushed like crazy and then asked him what happened. He got up and checked her temperature and explained what had happened. Her temperature was still high but not as high as last night. He looked at her and said, all day today you are going to rest and I am going to make sure you do so.
