After Note

Each chapter is set in a season that reflects the nature of their relationship at that point. 

The first chapter is set during rainy season. It's only about him, his feelings and his thoughts. He doesn't have any hope that she would love him back at any point of time in their life.

The second chapter is set during winter. It's about her when she is hopelessly in love with him yet doesn't know about his feelings nor does she have the courage to tell him about her feelings just yet.

The third chapter is set during summer. They confess as the sun rises. It's bright and sunny for them(they have each other) though the land is parched(the troubles are still looming as Abhir's case hasn't ended yet).

The epilogue is set during spring. Their troubles are over, they are together, at home. The blooming roses, the blackbird's song and spread of fragrance signify a glorious future for them. All is well in their world.
