Chapter 15

Next day , Pratham opens his eyes and found Mayuri sleeping near him . He smiles and removes the hair coming on her face. He gets up opens the curtains of the window. The room was filled with sunshine. He looks at mayuri, then out of the window and starts thinking something.
Pratham: Kya maine theek kiya? Oh god kal raat main apne aap par control kyun nahi rakh paaya. Sab kuch jaante hue bhi main aisa galti kaise kar gaya?

Suddenly he felt two hands  holding him from behind. Mayuri was standing behind him, with her arms rolled around his chest.
Mayuri: Good morning Mr. Husband.
Pratham: Good morning.
Mayuri kissed him on his cheek but he did not replied.
Mayuri: Kya hua? Kuch soch rahe ho?
Pratham: Nahi kuch nahi.
Mayuri: Jhooth ma bolo Pratham. Mujhe pata hai tum kya soch rahe ho.
Pratham looks at her in an apologetic manner.
Mayuri: There is no need to feel sorry for what happened yesterday Pratham. Mujhe pata hai ki tum hamesha mere saath nahi rehne wale aur kal jo kuch bhi hua woh tumhe sahi nahi lag raha. lekin yakeen mano Pratham, kal kuch bhi galat nahi hua. Hum dono ek doosre se pyaar karte hain aur kal jo kuch bhi hua, woh usi pyaar ka ek hissa tha. And i am your wife na, to tumhe bura kyun lag raha hai.
Pratham: Phir bhi Mayuri. Kal jo kuch bhi hua, woh nahi hona chahiye tha. Aur mujhe apne upar control rakhna chahiye tha .
Mayuri: Tum aisa kyun sochte ho Pratham. Kal jo kuch bhi hua woh sab meri wajah se hua. Aur isliye hua kyunki main tumse door nahi reh sakti.Aur mujhe kal ke liye koi afsoos nahi hai. Balki kal ki raat to meri zindagi ki sabse acchi raat thi.
Pratham: lekin Mayuri....
Mayuri kept her finger on his lips.
Mayuri: Sshhhhh.....Sirf ek baat ka jawaab do Pratham.
Pratham: Kya?
mayuri: Mujhse pyaar karte ho?
Pratham: Bahut.
Mayuri smiles and hugs him tightly in her arms.
Mayuri: Main bhi tumse bahut pyaar karti hoon Pratham. Itna jitna tum soch bhi nahi sakte. Aur is darr se ki kal hum saath nahi honge , main apna aaj nahi kharaba nahi kar sakti. main chahti hoon ki hum chahe kitne din
bhi saath rahe, woh din mere liye yaad gaar ban jaaye. Kya tum aisa karne mein mera saath doge?
Pratham too  gets emotional and hides Mayuri in his arms.
Pratham: Pata hai mayuri. Main hamesha sochta tha ki main hamesha tumhari taraf kyun khinchta rehta hoon? Tumme aise kya baat hai ki main tumko itna chahta hoon? lekin aaj main ye sab samajh gya. Main samajh gaya ki Mayuri to sirf is duniya mein ek hi ho sakti hai, aur woh mere paas hai aur sirf meri hai . I love u Mayuri.
Tears begans to flow from Mayuri's eyes.
Mayuri: I love u too Pratham.
They both were becoming passionate about each other but at the same time, a knock on the door brings them back into the reality world  .
Mayuri: Oho.. Ye kaun aa gaya subah subah disturb karne?
Pratham leaves her and she opens the door and gets annoyed to see Sneha there.
Sneha: Oho good morning Mrs. Mayuri Pratham Mittal. i hope u r enjoying a lot.
Mayuri(murumuring): Tum log enjoy karne do to enjoy karun na? Har jagah tapak padte ho.
Sneha: U r saying someting?
Mayuri: Nahi nothing. Kuch kaam tha kya?
Sneha: Main to bas ye batane aayi thi ki yaad hai na aaj humne din bhar ghoomne ka program banaya tha aur phir shaam kp humein nikalna hai.
Mayuri: Haan haan humein yaad hai. We are coming . Just give us two minutes.
Sneha(teasing her): Kya baat hai yaar?Suna tha Shaadi ke baad  log change ho jaaate hai par tu to  bilkul hi change ho gayi.
Mayuri: You.
Saying this, she was about to hit her and Sneha runs away from there.
Mayuri closes the door and comes near to Pratham.
Mayuri: Come on Pratham. Get ready. Sneha and Yash are waiting for us.
Pratham: Ok.
Saying this, he sarts making his way for the bathroom when Mayuri caught him by his hand. Pratham looked at her with surprise.
Mayuri: Kya Pratham? It's first day of our married life aur tum to aise behave kar rahe ho jaise hamari shaadi ko 25 saal ho gaye. Pehle to tum bahut romatic bante the ?
Pratham : Ok ok to mujhe kya karna padega?
Mayuri(pointing towards her cheek): Ab ye bhi mujhe batana padega.
Pratham understands her meaning and kisses her cheek.
Mayuri: That's like a perfect husband. Now it's my turn.
Saying this, she takes his face in his hands and plants a soft kiss on his cheek. Pratham cloess his eyes . mayuri took advantage of this and bites his ear.
Pratham: Ouch.
Mayuri giggles , snatches the towel and enters into the bathroom whereas Pratham keeps on standing there and smiling.
