Part 7

He was confused why did he feel say, he does not even know anything about her. He had the sudden urge to know all about her and make her his.

 

He got freshened up with the help of kripa's given guest packet. This only included toothbrush, toothpaste and shower accessories. He kept the things with him, making it extra special for him. He treated the things as if they were very precious to him. Not only had this but he also taken the things along with him.

They drove in kripa's car. They were struck due to traffics congestion.

 

A: oh sit, we'll be late if it's going to be that slow.

 

K: erm yeah...

 

***Silence***

Breaking the silence;

 

A: Do you listen to the music?

 

K: Is that the thing to ask, who does not (she said sarcastically)

 

He loved the way she spoke the words.

 

A: I...I mean, you did not have any music on so I thought

 

K: No it's not that, I thought you won't like my collection of music.

 

She rolled down the windows to get the fresh air, as the breeze past thought; she breathes freshly giving a pleasant smile.

 

He was just lost what he just saw, she looked so beautiful, and amazing. Her way of breathing, her way of smiling, her way of driving, her way of speaking, Oh my gosh; she is the one, he thought, he ran his hands to his hair smiling to himself.

 

The music slowly floated in the car driving away with the silence;

A: Isn't that the nice song

 

K: yeah, it's my favourite, do you like it, and she asked smiling still concentrating on her drive

 

A: what are you talking about, this is one my favourite?

 

K: mine too

 

A: really. (He was surprised and glad that they have some things in common) Why do you like this song, any reasons? ( he wanted to know more about her, he thought asking questions like this will give him some clue about her life)

 

K: This song emphasises the sadness of love when the two lovers are being departed away. It's just beautifully and wonderfully sang on it's own way declaring the love between the two lovers.

 

Angad was not surprised because the way she behaves and talks he had guessed it that she believes in love moreover he saw Love story by Erich Segal in her living room.

Kripa on the other hand was surprised that she has been plainly open to him, unlike the others.

 

He will leave me thinking I am pathetic, loner, he will start to hate like the people used to do in school.

 

A look of sadness replaced on her face and Angad notices it, he feeling guilty of making her sad. This thought made him to investigate more

 

'Has she ever been in love, does she still loves some one but why the sadness, maybe he dumped her or left her alone. I will kill that Man' he was surprised that he was getting angry at no thing; what if he is thinking is wrong. But why she is sad.

 

The car came to halt making Angad coming out of his thought. The first thing he was saw that the car was parked outside the college.

They both felt sad that they were going away and will never meet again.

 

They entered the college at same time but the college was empty because they were half an hour late to the lessons.

 

'Kripa, Come on let's go' prithiv said as he reached her.

 

Prithiv and Angad did have a relation as family friends but they were never friends because of some reasons. They just usually greeted each other with 'Hi'es and Byes'  but would never get along with each other. Prithiv is a friend of harshini because harshini and Kripa became friends since the college, he got to know her more. Kripa treated him like his friends but not more.

 

Prithiv noticed that Angad was standing alongside the Kripa, 'hey Man, how are you doing?'

 

Before he could reply, he took Kripa's hand 'We are getting late, I don't want you to be late because of my routines'

 

Kripa slowly gave a weak and sad smile to Angad and said 'Bye'

 

The 'Bye' just slapped him right across on his heart as if meaning that there were not going to meet again. He saw Kripa walking with Kripa. Prithiv was still holding on to kripa's Hand. He tightened his fists and rush of annoyance came over him.

 

'I am not going to let you succeed this time Prithiv and I am not going to let you snatch anything from me' he said angrily.

 

As prithiv and Kripa was going to take a turn in the corridor, she glanced back and saw Angad still standing there.

 

She smiled and he smiled back.
