The next day………

 

Arjun is not able to concentrate on his work and he keeps thinking abt bhumi and the time spent with her………..

 

             Ye mujhe ajkal kya ho raha hai
             Sapne mein koi aa raha hai
             Aankhein jo bandh karun apna
             Usika chehra samne aa raha hai

 

 

Meanwhile bhumi also faces a similar condition ……….

 

             Usike ke khayalon mein khoyi hoon main
             Usike yaadon mein gum hoon main
             Gazab ki baat to ye hai doston
             Aajkal shayari likh rahi hoon main

 

Bhumi laughs at this shayri of hers and continues to do her chores…………….

 

Both await for the night impatiently………so that they can meet each other……….

 

Then the next night also they have dinner  together ………..then the next night too….

 

Then the next day………after they both have had dinner……they are sitting near the window………….looking outside………….

 

A: bhavri……..

 

Bhumi interrupts

 

B: arjun tumhe mere haath ke khane ki aadat pad gayi to achcha nahi hoga……….tum kal apne ghar chale jaoge tab kya karoge hmm??

 

A: who sub main smabhal loonga……….achcha bhavri main yeh kehna chahata tha ki main do dinon ke liye sheher ke bahar jaa raha hoo …………..

 

main delhi jaa raha hoon……..ek meeting ke silsilay main……….( looks a bit disappointed) isiliye tum mera intezaar mat karna……….

 

B: (disappointed) achcha theek hai

 

Arjun notice this disappointment in her face

 

And comes near her and brings his one hand to her face and lifts her face up ………

 

A: bhavri……….bas do dino ki to baat hai……..uske baad to main yahan aa jaonga……..itni kyun udaas ho rahi ho……..

 

Bhumi looks at him……..

 

A: (concerned) hmm……..

 

Bhumi doesn't say anything  just looks at him and feels like she should get lost in his arms……..

 

She holds his palms on her face and brings it down and holds his hand in hers and looks outside and arjun comes further near to her and says

 

A: bhavri……….(lovely)

 

Bhumi looks at him…and gets up turns her back to him and says:

 

B: who………mujhe bhaiyya ki yaad aa rahi thi……..

 

Arjun comes from back and holds her arms and says slowly

 

A: bhaiyya ka phone nahi aaya na 2 dino se……….

 

B: hmm

 

A: arre bhavri(turning her to face him) tumhare bhaiiya kaam main phas gaye honge………….. fikar mat karo phone aajaega….(putting a finger below her chin to lift  her face) hmmmm

 

He sees a tear drop rolling down bhumi's cheeks……….stunned…..he cups her face in both his palms

 

A: arrey bhavri isme rone wali kya baat hai………..hmmmm…(wipes out her tears) hmm

 

And hugs her………she places her head on his chest ………..bhumi thinks in her mind…

 

 

             Mujhe Is Baaat Ka Ghum Nahi Kay Badal Gayaa Zamaana

             Meri Zindagi To Sirf Tum Ho, Kahin Tum Na Badal Jaana

 

 

A: bhavri……..ae bhavri……..meri bhavri itni kamzor hai……(bringing her face up to look at her) itni si baat par rone lagi ………hmm

 

Bhumi doesn't say anything but looks down……but slowly looks up and says

 

B: tum 2 dino main Mumbai wapas to nahi chale jaoge……..

 

A: arrey bhavri……….kaisi baat kar rahi ho………..mujhe yahan itna kaam hai……

 

main kaam khatam kiye bhagair Mumbai chala gaya to papa mujhe khatam kar denge………samjhi……….(laughs a bit)

 

B: sach!!!!

 

A: haan baba!!!!!ab to rona band kar do hmmmmmm chalo………

 

Bhumi wipes off her tears with the back of her hand….

 

B: theek hai……..ab tum jao…bahut raat ho chuki hai……..aur mujhe bhi neend aa rahi(breaking away from him)

 

A: theek hai par tum apna khayal rakhna……..goodnight….

 

Gives a kiss on her forehead and leaves and bhumi returns to her room……

 

She keeps thinking that why is he affecting her so much………….why parting from him makes her so sad……….

 

B: ye humari dosti hi hai ya phir kuch aur……………….(smiles and falls asllep)
