Chapter 18

 

Meanwhile in nainital……next day……..

 

Arjun is in his work when the clock strucks ten…stating that its ten in the night………he looks at the clock puts the the file and yawns, spreading his arms………and then gets up from his seat and leaves the office……he drives back home……

 

parks his car to go his home………when…..

 

He sees that the lights in bhumi's house are still on….

 

A: shayad bhavri aab tak jag rahi ho………to kyun naaa aaj bhi……par agar usne aaj…….

 

He thinks for a while and proceeds to bhumi's house………he rings the door bell…..

 

Bhumi opens the door and is surprised to find him……….

 

He sees bhumi and just keeps on staring her………

 

she has changed in to her baby blue night gown……..his gaze drops from her face to her feet slowly…… as if assessing her

 

Thinks to himself:

 

A: wow she looks lovely in this baby blue gown…so beautiful……………….

 

B: arre arjun……..tum yahan….. kya hua……..aise kya khade ho……

 

Bhumi's interruption brings arjun's attention back to her……..

 

A: nahi….woh main soch raha tha that main aaj tumhare saath khana kha loon to……

 

Suddenly he realizes that bhumi has changed to her night gown so …………probably she might have had her food…..so he stops and

 

A: par agar tum khana kha chuki ho to its alright……..

 

Bhumi smiles and replies………

 

B: nahi maine ab tak khana nahi khaya……….woh main khana hi khane jaa rahi thi ki tum aa gaye……….
