" What brought me here?" he said as he put

his head back laughing.

 

" Been running from things." He continued.

 

" Running, running from what?"

 

" Running away, far away, from the expectations of

my parents from me."

 

Aaliya did not understand a word that Aamir spoke,

and the expression on her face conveyed the thought.

 

" Forget it Aaliya, I'll explain it to you later."

 

Aaliya nodded with a smile.

 

" Tea?" she asked.

 

" Sure."

 

After they had tea.

 

" Its great to have you back, Aamir."

 

Aamir just smiled.

 

Aaliya got up and collected the vessels and went

 towards the kitchen to wash them and place them

where they belong.

 

After she was done, she came back to the hall with some

biscuits for Aamir, only to find that he was not to be seen.
