Aaliya was thinking about Nahira's behavior, " how can

 some one manage to be so rude," she thought.

 

" I think I have been a little too harsh on everyone outside,

I have to work amongst them, and it's

not good if I don't apologize." Aaliya told herself.

 

Though Aaliya thought that she was right,

she felt that by apologizing nothing would be lost.

 

She thus got up and went out of her cabin.

 

" Its good to see everyone back in business. I am

Aaliya, your new head, you would have been informed

by my father about my arrival." Her eyes shot towards

 Nithin, who was looking at her and was listening to what

 she had to say.

 

   She then continued.      " While I stay here to work

with you, I would like to be your friend and not your boss,

but if the situations go beyond control, then a friend

can turn into a rival. I am sorry for the way I reacted earlier,

but I do want complete co-ordination while work is being done."

 

She paused for a minute, to look at the others around her, " If any

 one needs any help they can approach me, I will be in my office.

And let me tell you all one thing, don't take

this apology as a sign of defeat, if you do, u will be in the

greatest of misunderstandings."

 

After saying what she had to, Aaliya went back to her cabin.

 

Aaliya was back in her cabin, her hearth felt much lighter

 now that she had told everyone what she felt.

 

She did not want to waste time, and thus she got back to work.

 

There was a knock on the door. Aaliya was surprised at

 first but then she realized that it was only a knock,

so she put away everything and went forward to open the door.

 

" Are you not going home ma'am?" asked Nithin in a

very puzzled manner.

 

" Not now, it's only been a little while."

 

" A little while, ma'am I suggest that

you check your watch, and you should also step out of

 your cabin to have a look at what part of the day it is."

 

Aaliya was taken aback It was only when she looked

at her watch that she realized that it was 10 in the night.

 

" Wow, time passes really quick here, I never thought

 that it would be so late."

 

" Its ok lets go home now."

 

" Sure you go ahead and I'll leave in a few minutes."

 

" As you wish ma'am." Nithin said and he left.

 

Aaliya went back to her table cleared up everything,

and headed for her car, as she locked the room behind her.

 

" I should keep myself informed about the time." She said

to herself, hitting her head softly.

 

Aaliya drove herself back home; she parked the car

and started walking closer to her house only to find the

 door open and an outline sitting inside the house.
