Chapter 2

PART 1:

 

It was mid afternoon of a wonderful day for fun. Step outside into

the open and we can see Mother Nature's outstanding creations.

But Aaliya instead of enjoying this lovely day is sitting inside her room

in a big mansion, where one can find everything he needs to live a life

of luxuries, but he cannot find that one thing without which life would

be meaningless, "LOVE".

There was no love in that house. It is odd but the father hardly remembers

the number of people that live in that house. It is surprising how a mother

could ever want to get rid of the daughter whom she carried in her womb

for nine months. The parents don't care for their child nor do they care

for each other.

 

 

Aaliya thinking about all this gets tears in her eyes, but she thinks,

 " is there anything I can do to change my condition" this question

is very hard to answer but

Aaliya knew that the answer to this question was a NO.

She had to live a life of miseries until

God felt that she had enough and sends her something called

'HAPPINESS'.

 

 

Xmas was near and due to the holidays Aaliya's parents remained at home.

 

Aaliya sitting in her room gets a little shock when

she sees her mother enter her room.

Aaliya sits up straight and wipes away her tears quickly.

She did not want her mother to see her crying,

 though she knew even if her mother did see, she would be the least bit interested.

Her mother stood next to her and said "Aaliya we are leaving within

a few hours to Arihant."

As she said this Aaliya felt the hope that her mother has changed draining,

like it does every time.

She continued, "Get yourself ready, we will be leaving soon.

We will spend sometime there, and remember don't be the simple

girl that you are, and dress according to the occasion. You will find

lots of people over there and I want you to talk to a few and become more social"

After saying this she left the room.

Aaliya does not like her mother but never dreamt of disobeying her.

She got up and started packing to set out to Arihant.

 

 

Aaliya would not have even dreamt of the impact that this journey

will have on her life.
