We left Angad and Kripa in bed together after a drunken night. Life took on soon crazy and unexpected turns after that. Angad woke up that morning over burdened with guilt, he'd given his soul to Vedika, and his night with Kripa made him feel like he cheated on her all over again. This all changed when he over heard Kripa speak to her friend about using this one night stand as a way of becoming the creative head of Angad's company. Disgusted Angad broke all relations with Kripa and returned back to New York. Tragedy struck when a group of shooters broke into the office holding everyone in it hostage, including Kripa. When Angad found out, fear overwhelmed him and he ran in the office to save Kripa. He saved her but got shot himself and landed up in the hospital. There he asked Kripa to marry him for reason unknown. Kripa shocked found herself say yes without even thinking about it. Next thing they knew they were married and only after did they realize that they made a terrible mistake. While all this was happening, Angad adopted the blind girl named Anamika and brought her into the house, he introduced her to Kripa saying she was his "daughter". Kripa, thinking this was Vedika's daughter too, wasn't very comfortable. Their marriage was on the rocks, they'd fight everyday about the same thing; Angad's obsession with Vedika. Angad who was genuinely trying to forget his past couldn't come to terms with it, and Kripa was sick getting "Vedika's leftovers". One day, Kripa accidentally pushed Anamika to the stove and burned her hand. This was the last straw for Angad, and he told Kripa to leave the house. Anamika on the other hand kept defending Kripa, saying it wasn't her fault, but Angad would hear on word on it. Anamika was called a miracle child for her unbelievable ability to be happy even though her life would want otherwise.
     That same day Kripa was going to tell Angad that she was pregnant. In light of everything that happened, anger took over Kripa and she'd decided on an abortion. Angad later went to Kripa and apologized for his behaviors and that's when he found out about the pregnancy and the abortions. This was going to be THE END of their relationship. Angad came to Kripa's apartment with the divorce papers on day when he found the bathroom flooded and Kripa lying in the tub unconscious. He quickly took her to the hospital, where he finds out that an unsuccessful abortion cause a infection in her uterus. Now they had to remove the uterus or else the infection could become fatal. With an unconscious Kripa, it was up to Angad to decide on what to do, and he decided to remove the uterus. At the same time he ripped up the divorce paper, and told himself that he'd try to make things better between him and Kripa.
     For many days Kripa was in severe trauma, and Angad did everything he could to help her feel better. This crisis slowly brought them closer to each other, not physically like before but now spiritually. After a year, Kripa returned to normal and they now lived a partially normal married life, of course Kripa could never be a mother and the scars of the past stayed with them forever. Anamika had gone into surgery to get new eye's, but unfortunately it was unsuccessful. Kripa and Anamika become closer than never, even though she never found out until years later that Anamika was Vedika and Angad's biological daughter. In the end, they are in the same hospital as Meem, only their there to pick up a still blind Anamika, going back home to live their imperfect live together. Even through this wasn't the perfect life Angad dreamed to have with Vedika, or the perfect life Kripa dreamed of, there was still an exotic happiness in this life…which is what Angad, Kripa, and Anamika were searching for all along. Vedika spirit still wanders around Angad every now and then to show him the right path and to give him strength.
