Kripa & Kavaya come 2 Khanna Mansion. Angad's mom comes & greets them & sends the servants 2 call Anjali & Angad.
A'MOM(Nitaya): how r u Kripa beta???
K: I am fine. Thank u aunty. This is my husband… Kavaya… Anjali would have told u about him.
N: yes she did… how do I get the pleasure 2 see the 2 of u here??
KV: actually our daughter Sur is now fine thanks 2 Angad & Anjali… so v have hosted a small dinner party… tonight 4 all our friends & v wanted u all 2 come.
At this time Angad & Anjali come down.
A: sorry Kavaya I will to b able 2 come as I have some imp meetings lined up… but I will try. (Angad lied as he couldn't bear 2 see Kripa with some1 else. He was still getting over her.)
KV: ok. Work comes 1st.
K: what about u Anju???
AN: actually I have a night duty at the hospital tonight.
K:(in a strict voice) I am not taking no 4 an ans… kavaya will pick u up at 7 from the hospital & no arguments about it.
NI: I have never seen any1 command my kids except my hubby… it's a real surprise…
K: & 1 more surprise aunty u & uncle r also coming (b4 Nitya could say anything) Veena aunty is also coming & I never take no 4 an ans…
NI: since no1 can say anything 2 u v will surely come.
HOSPITAL:
Kavaya picks Anjali from the hospital. No1 is talking in the car when finally Kavaya decides 2 break the silence…
KV: u didn't want 2 come 2 the party becoz of me…
AN: don't give urself 2 much importance Mr. Nanda… I was in no mood 4 a party…
KV: but u liked parties & dancing b4….
AN: times have changed Mr. Nanda… & so have I…
KV: y r u being so formal Anjali…
AN: there is no need 2 b informal Mr. Nanada… let it stay like this only… its better 4 both of us.
Kavaya cant take it anymore & stops the car on a lonely road to face Anjali
KV: y r u doing all this Anjali… y r u hurting urself & me like this????? Y dam it????
AN: (in cold icy tone) I am not doing anything Mr. Nanda… both of us r repaying 4 the mistake v did 5 years ago.
KV: (in a plead) y cant v talk it out??? Just listen 2 me once…
AN: v better not Mr. Nanda. I have taken gr8 care 2 form a new life 4 me & I don't want 2 spoil it. Lets go… Sujal will b waiting 4 me at the Party & same goes 4 ur wife Kripa.
Anjali started staring out of the window 2 avoid Kavaya. Kavaya then started the car 2 reach home.
ON THE OTHER SIDE:
Angad had kept himself busy so that no 1 would drag him 2 the party. Every1 left except 4 Sujal & Angad. Angad felt Sujal's gaze on him & so he lifted his head 2 see Sujal glaring at him…
A: r'nt u going 2 the party????
S: I am waiting 4 u… v will go together…
A: I told u I was busy. I will not come… u go…
S: (questioning tone) what is that it keeping u busy Angad??? The work or KRIPA???
A: (glaring at Sujal) when u know the ans then y r u questioning me???
S: becoz I thing it is time that u learn 2 face her… Angad v have 2 work 2gether… how will it b possible without facing her??
A: there will b no need…
S: (raises an eye brow) & y is that???
A: becoz I have asked 4 an transfer… I will b going 2 New York in a month time.
Sujal is standing there shocked. He never thought Angad will take such a step without informing him. He sits next 2 Angad.
S: & when were u planning 2 tell me about this… after u leave… or were u planning 2 call me from the airport itself…
A: it is not like that Sujal… I will come back when I think I can face her…
S: & when will that be???
A: I don't know… but plz Sujal… promise me that u will not tell any1 about it… plz…
S: (looks in his eyes 2 see the pain) ok I will not… but u will b present at my wedding…
A: I will never miss my sis's wedding…
S: come on lets go or ur sis will skin me alive 4 being late & don't argue about it…
Sujal drags Angad along him 2 the party.
The party goes on well but Kavaya & Angad look lost. Every1 was having coffee after the dinner when Kripa went 2 put Sur in the Bed. Sur had been adamant about leaving but Angad & Anjali coaxed her into it. Every1 was in a happy mood when Kashish gets a call & she goes outside 2 receive it.
KA: (on the phone) what do u want now???
V: u… but 4 now I want 2 tell ur & Kavaya's Parents about Sur's Reality… what do u think about it…
KA: now I shall allow it…
V: I never asked 4 ur permission…. U 4get I always follow my heart…
KA: (almost crying now) y… y r u doing this???
V: becoz u cheated me… u changed that briefcase….
KA: I never did anything…. I was at the hospital all the time…
V: don't try & play games with me Kashish… I know u paid those guys 2 do it… now u will pay a heavy prize 4 it… got 2 go honey… or I will miss my flight 2 Delhi which is in 2 hrs…
KA: no u don't….
B4 she could say anything the line was cut from the other side… Kashish got hold of herself & rushed inside the house. Every1 was shocked 2 see her like this. Sujal & Naina rushed in 2 see what she was upto. Kashish went 2 her room & got her gun out.
Sujal & Naina r shocked 2 see this they see the anger, pain & a feeling of hurt in her eyes. They r about 2 stop her but rushes past them. They follow her.
S: ANGAD STOP HER… SHE IS OUT 2 KILL SOME1.
Angad holds her tightly… she tries 2 break thought but is not able 2 thought she is trying uselessly…
A: WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH U… STOP…(Angad tries taking the gun out of her hands)
KA: leave me Angad or I will kill u 2…
Now every1 is down (including Kripa.) in order 2 stop her Angad gives her 1 tight slap on her face when Kashish finally breaks down & starts crying bitterly. Kripa comes 2 her & caresses her.
K: what happened? Where were u going like this?
KA: (in between sobs) Kripa… v… v… have 2…2 stop him…
S: Stop whom???
KA: Swyam… he is going 2 tell mom-dad & uncle-aunty everything…
Hearing this Kripa feels like her world is coming 2 an end. She too starts crying. Veena comes & takes Kashish's head in her lap & tries 2 make her feel better Nitaya does the same 4 Kripa.
KV: I will just kill him…
V: no Kavaya…STOP… what is all this matter??? If v know v can help…. U can tell this 2 us if u r ok with it…
KA: v have… v just have 2…
Kripa, Kashish & Kavaya look at each other & give each other a nod…
KV: Sur… Sur is NOT OUR DAUGHTER… SHE IS MY SISTER ALLLI'S DAUGHTER.
