Part 39:

Kripa: home at last!!!

Kripa stretched as soon as Angad and Kripa reached their bedroom.

Angad(sadly): I know...home at last..

Kripa: kya hua Angad...why do you sound so sad?

Angad: of course I am sad...where else am I going to be able to stay alone with you....

Kripa: oooohh....

Angad: no seriously....this is the ONLY disadvantage of getting married before you are done education!!  Now that I am back...I will resume my classes tomorrow....and since you quit again this year...I won't get to see you as much...aur phir ghar aane ke baad, mom, dad, dadi, aur baaki sab humein ek saath waqt bhi nahi bitaane denge...

Kripa: Tum hamesha itna negetively kyun sochte ho?  Akele rehne se behtar hai ki aapki family aapke saath ho...trust me Angad...I have lost half of my family to the hands of destiny...mom, dad, dadi sab hamare saath hai...tumhe khush hona chahiye...aur mom to kitna try karti hai ki hum jyada se jyada waqt ek dusre ke saath bita sake...first she sent us on that two days holiday then she sent us on our honeymoon...she is really doing a lot to make sure that we spend as much as time possible...

Angad: Kripa...How are you so positive about everything?? do you ever dislike anyone or anything??

Kripa: um....actually..i did.....would you believe me if i said i hated my parents at a point....

Angad: erm...let me guess....when they forced you into marrying me??

Kripa embarrassed, yet nodded.  

Angad: well...do you still hate them for making you marry me?

Kripa (hugged him around his waist): Of Course Not...because of them, i am where I am today...

Angad: hm....so you have any plans for the day?

Kripa: um yea...actually...i will be pretty busy after you go to university today....

Angad: I know that....you will be too busy thinking about me..

Kripa(blushed): that too...I actually have to take Anjali to the doctor, her appointment is today...and then I have to take  Dadi to her routine check up...then if time is left..i just might go shopping with Aliyah...

Angad: Anjali's appointment, Dadi's appointment.....what about yours?

Kripa: Dont worry Angad...I remember...Its next week...

Angad: I am coming with you just let me know the night before ok?

Kripa nodded as he kissed her forhead and left to get ready.

Doctor's office on the day of Kripa's appointment.

Doctor: Mr.Khanna...Mrs.Khanna is absolutely fine now. Looking at the reports it seems that this miscarriage wont affect her next pregnancy.

Angad and Kripa exchanged looks and smiled at each other.  After they left the clinic, Kripa noticed that they weren't driving home but they were driving somewhere else.

Kripa: kahan jaa rahe hain hum?

Angad: you will see....you are spending the whole day with me.

Kripa: what about your classes?

Angad: Honestly sweetheart...there is no point in going to classes if all I think about is you instead of studying.

Kripa: Bad Habit Mr.Khanna.

Angad: what?  Since when is thinking about your love a bad habit?

Angad and Kripa drove in silence each lost in their own thoughts.  Angad planning the day with her while Kripa planned their future. Kripa, Angad, their two kids, a son and a daughter.  The son attached more with Kripa while the daughter was spoiled to bits by Angad.  Their cute arguments, their cute moments, their dreamhouse with Naina, Dilip, Dadi, Josh-Aliyah, Dhruv-Anjali.  All four couples, dadi, and the children(Anjali's, Aliyah's and Kripa's) living together under the same ceiling.  It would be just a perfect family:

Kripa: Angad....chodo na...mujhe prateek ko sulane jaana hai...

Kripa pleaded Angad to get off of her so that she could go and make her 1 year old go to sleep.

Angad: usse to dadi sula degi....tum prateek ke papa ko kyun nahi sula deti??

Kripa: nahi sula sakti

Angad: kyun?

Kripa: kyunki prateek ke papa songe nahi balki prateek ki mamma ko puri raat jagayenge...

Angad: you bet...

Angad leaned in for a kiss with burning passion in his eyes but Kripa turned her face to the other side causing him to plant a kiss on her cheek.

Kripa: Prateek's papa has to stop making prateek's mamma stay up nights...its not good for Prateek's sister.

Angad: sister??  You mean....you...

Kripa(nodded shyly): Yea...Prateek's sister is on her way...

Angad: yippeee!!!  

Angad picked up kripa in his arms and twirled her around.  He slowly placed her down and hugged her from behind caressing her stomach.

Angad: How come I never noticed??

Kripa: beats me...but its ok....I wanted to surprise you anyways...I waited until my first scan and then I found out that its a girl.

Angad: Your prince is already here...now my princess is coming...I am so happy Kripa...thank you so much!!!  I love you..

Kripa: I love you too..

Kripa snapped out of her dream when the car came to a screeching halt.

Kripa(whispering under her breath): Prateek....

Angad: prateek??  Who's that??

Kripa: dont worry jaan, not a danger for you...

Angad: oh okay then..lets go....

Kripa: hum mall mein kyun aye hai?

Angad: I am taking you shopping...lets go...

Kripa: shopping?  But......I dont need to go shopping...come na Angad...lets go somewhere else...

Angad: are you sure you dont want to go shopping??  I mean....you aliyah and Anjali are always up for shopping....

Kripa: thats true but we already went shopping like two days ago...

Angad: ok then....where do you want to go?

Kripa: I dont know.....somewhere we've never been before...

Angad smiled mischeiviously and said "perfect".

Kripa: Oh no....what are you thinking Angad.....what do you have up your sleeves...

Angad: Nothing sweetheart..

Kripa soon drifted off into a deep slubmer because of hte gentle rocking in the car.  Angad would look at her lovingly inbetween driving only to look back at the road when someone honked.  Soon they had reached the destination, Nowhere.

Angad: Kripa!!!  wake up!!

Kripa(jerking out of her sleep): huh?..um....what?

Angad: we're here...

Kripa looked around to find nothing except for loneliness.

Kripa: where exactly are we?

Angad: somewhere we've never been before..

Angad took Kripa to the edge of the cliff where both stood hugging each other admiring the beautiful view from up there as light breeze caressed the two lovers.
  They sat under a nearby tree, Kripa leaning on the tree while Angad lying in the bright green grass with his head rested in her lap as she lovingly stroked his hair.

Angad: By the way....I would love to name our son prateek.

Kripa was surprised at his random statement.  How did he know about her dream?  Could he read minds?

Angad: Aise Kya dekh rahi ho?....Kripa...I love you ok?...Tumhare dil aur dimaag ki har baat mujhe pata chal jaati hai...i saw you lost in your daydream while we were driving...i saw the smile playing hide and seek on you lips...and i knew right away what you were thinking about...

Kripa: Acha?  To batao...is waqt mein kya soch rahi hoon?

Angad: bataun?  sach mein?

Kripa: haan....

Angad put his arm around her neck and pulled her down, drowning her in a deep passionate lip-lock.
