Part 24:

The guys came back and went to their respective cars.  They were all flabbergasted when they did not find any of the girls in the car or anywhere around.  

They looked all around the area but could not find them as the girls were hiding in the most obvious spot which they were sure the guys wouldn't check.   All three girls were hiding behind a tree.  At first they were having fun bothering the guys but then they started feeling guilty when they saw the guys worried to death.  Dhruv was already on the verge of tears while Josh and Angad consoled him.  Kripa, Aliyah, and Anjali couldn't take it anymore and they stepped out from behind the tree, they walked up behind the guys and placed their hands on their husband/fiance.  The boys were shocked to see them as well as happy.

 They embraced the pretty ones standing on front of them.  Anjali locked her lips with Dhruv's to calm him down from his fear while Aliyah sobbed resting her head against Josh's chest.  Angad and Kripa just stood there hugging each other tight while Angad hid his face in her neck curve.  After a few seconds, Kripa felt a wet touch on her neck.  She pulled away from Him and saw tears in his eyes.  Looking at his state, Kripa's eyes filled tears immediately.

Kripa(hugging Angad once again): Im sorry.....we thought you guys were pranking us and we decided to backfire....i am so sorry..

Angad: Kripa...do you have any idea....agar tumhe kuch ho jaata to mein zindagi bhar apne aap ko maaf nahi kar paata.....

Kripa: i am sorry angad...i am such a horrible person....i made you cry...i am so sorryy........will you ever forgive me for this?

Angad: i am not angry at you kripa...i am still scared....for some reason it seems like this is all a dream and you will disappear any second...

Kripa: no I wont...im here....(she went on her tippy toes and kissed his lips)...see...im here...

Angad kissed her forehead and wiped her tears after she wiped his.

Anjali: where did you guys go leaving us alone?

Dhruv: come...i'll show you...

Dhruv held Anjali's hand and started walking into the woods.  Josh held aliyah's and started following them.  Angad started walking behind Josh thinking Kripa might not want to hold hands in front of the other four.  

Kripa: Angad....

Angad: Kripa..tum abhi wahi khadi ho?....chalo...jaldi...hum sabko saath mein jaana chahiye....

Kripa: Angad....woh.....um...can i......um..

Angad: whats wrong?..

Kripa: i am scared...can i hold your hand please?

Angad(): of course....come on

Kripa placed her hand in Angad's when he held it out for her.  All three couples walked through the woods and after about 5 minutes of walking, they reached a campfire with three tents and a long picnic table near by.

Josh: we were here...preparing everything.

Aliyah: awwww for us?

Angad: no....not for you three.....but for my uncle's friend's sister's son's uncle's dad's grandaughter.

Kripa: whoa........ok then.....this is beautiful...but what exactly is it?

Dhruv: we're spending the night here....

Anjali: are you crazy??  do you guys not realize we're in tank tops and mini skirts...

Kripa: and dhruv...out of all that.....Anju is pregnant....if she gets sick...it can harm the baby..

Dhruv: but she wont get sick....dont worry we have everything prepared...

Aliyah: what about mom and dad?

Angad: they know already.....

Kripa: I guess you guys are ahead of us.

All six sat around the fire and talked about new things in life as well as Aliyah and Kripa's life in canada while studying.

Kripa: then there was this one time when Aliyah had a hard time dealing with one tequila shot....she went absolutely wild at the club....

Josh: oh wow.....i thought Aliyah handled drinks well once in a while..

Aliyah: i do....but that was our first time.....actually..me and kripa refused........but katie and michelle forcedly shoved it down our throats...

Angad: and Kripa didn't have a hard time with it?

Kripa: aliyah....ur not saying anything....

Angad: yes she is

Kripa: no shes not.

Angad: yes she is

Kripa: she wont...shes my best friend..

Angad: well...she is my sister!!!

Aliyah: kripa.....whatever you did was less embarrasing than what i did ok?  besides....you did it for your own good.......it was funny though...actually..after we had our shot...i was un controllable but Kripa went to the dance floor....she was dancing around in a complete drunk state....all of a sudden..some guy came up and tried touching Kripa.....kripa took a step back, then the next thing you know is the guy is on the floor.....i feel sorry for the man...i doubt hes having kids in his future(ok...if you are confused....she kicked the guy where it hurts a man the most)

Kripa was turning red from embarrassment.

Angad: well...atleast my wife knows how to protect herself..

Everyone laughed and then settled on the picnic table to have dinner.  After dinner, Dhruv-Anjali and Josh-Aliyah went to their tents for a while as they wanted to spend some special moments.  Angad and Kripa sat at the table silently just enjoying each other's presence.  Kripa was rubbing her hand and her exposed arm silently so that Angad wouldn't notice, but her actions couldn't escape Angad's eyes.

Angad: Kripa...lets go to our tent....your feeling cold and will never admit it....

Kripa: actually.....im freezing....

Both chuckled and walked into their camps and got into their sleeping bags.  The were staring up nowhere silently.  For some reason Angad seemed a bit disturbed.

Kripa: Angad...ek baat puchuoon?  sach sach jawaab doge?

Angad: i will try my best....

Kripa: why did you get so worried when you couldn't find me?.....i mean...I did expect you to worry but not to such an extend where you'd be in tears.....

Angad: well...i've told you before that im really possesive about anyone who is related to me.  And kripa...with you..its been so different...i dont know what it is but i cant imagine my life without you being a part of it anymore...i agree at the start we both didn't feel that way but as of now, I dont want you to go away from me...

Kripa: to tumhe meri aadat ho gayi hai?

Angad: actually no Kripa......I....actually...i've been....I..

Before Angad could finish, Dhruv stepped in unexpectedly.

Dhruv: um guys....sorry for bothering you but Kripa.....could you check on Anju please?  She is constantly throwing up...

Angad: hey!!....im going to be a doc too you know?

Kripa: um ....i think....this is a woman's thing...

Kripa rushed out of the tent and went straight to Anjali and Dhruv followed.

Kripa: anju...are you alright?

Anjali: I dont know kripa.....i am vomitting constantly.....i hope the baby is alright....im also feeling dizzy..

Kripa(giggled): Anju...this is normal in pregnancy...take my word for it....i should know...im am training to be a doctor.....now go to sleep...you need rest...once you fall asleep, your sickness will go away.  Dhruv...take care of her...nothing is serious...

Dhruv: thanks...good night..

Anjali: good night krips..

Kripa: good night...sweet dreams..

Angad was waiting for Kripa in his tent.  He got worried when she did not come back for over half an hour.  He walked out of his tent and walked directly to Dhruv's tent, He peeked inside but saw Dhruv and Anjali sleeping.  He went and checked Josh's tent but she wasnt their either.  Now he got really worried.  

He was returning to his tent when he saw the tiny figure standing in front of the fire they had lit.  He immediately walked up and tapped Kripa's shoulder.  

Kripa quickly wiped her tears and turned to him with a fake smile on her face.  

Angad: yahan kya kar rahi ho?

Kripa: woh kuch nahi bas....aise hi.....i was cold so I came here....lets go..

Kripa started walking towards the tent but Angad held her wrist and turned to her.  He slowly pulled her closer to him and locked her hand between his.

Angad: why were you crying?

Kripa(taken back): crying?....what ....what are you talking about.....i i wasnt c..cry...crying...

Angad: Mujhse jhoot bol rahi ho?

Suddenly Kripa hugged him and broke down in his arms.  She cried her heart out while Angad just cressed her back to sooth her.  Kripa setteled after a few minutes of sobbing and parted from Angad.

Angad: feeling better?

Kripa(nodded): thanks...

Angad: bataogi nahi ki tum kyun ro rahi thi?

Kripa: pata nahi kyun angad...lekin aaj mamma pappa ki bahut yaad aa rahi hai....pura din meine apne aap ko kisi tarah se sambhal liya lekin...jab yahan ayi to apne aap ko rok nahi saki....

Angad: Kripa...tumhe apne aap ko rokne ki koi jarurat nahi thi....mujhse aa kar keh diya hota ki tumhein kuch baat karni hai....to mein kisi bhi waqt tumse baat karta...Kripa..look...i am your husband...you might not be in love with me but you still consider me your friend dont you?...and from today on....i will be your diary.  instead of writing your feelings down...come and talk to me about them..i will hold all your secrets in me just like a diary  alright?...Promise me that from now on whenever you are worrying about something....you wont worry about it alone...you will talk to me about it.....

Kripa(smiling through her tears): I will promise if you promise the same....

Angad: i promise...

Kripa: then i promise also...........
