Recap: Everything is fine with Simran, Adhi wants to take revenge with Ruhaan and wants to take Simran from him, the Mathurs give a party but Ruhaan goes to Goa due to resorts work, Ruhaan surpises Simran at the party of Mathurs…

 

 

After dancing Ruhaan goes and congratulates Mrs. Mathur. Everyone is happy to see him there.

 

Mrs Mathur: Thanks beta tum aaye. Bas tumhara kammi hi tha

 

Simran's Bua: Haan wohi to aur dekho naa damadji aapke aane se hamari Simi ka chehra bilkhul khil utta hai..warna usse pehle to bilkhul sad hoke baithi thi..

 

Simran embarrassed: Buaji..aap bhi na..

 

Abhishek: Arre Simran..ye janaab ka bhi wohi haal tha Goa mein..He could not wait to be here..tumhe patta hai aggar humein flight nahin milta to shayad hamare Ruhaan sahaab paidel hi chala aata..

 

Eveyone starts laughing and Ruhaan and Simran smile awkwardly..

 

Madhvi and Naresh also joins the group..

 

Madhvi: Arre tum sab mere bahu aur bete ki mazaak karna chordo..

 

Arpitha: Haan aur abhishek bhaiyaa dekhna aggar tumhare shaadi hogayi Shanaya bhabhi se to aapka bhi yehi haal hoga…

 

Everyone starts laughing again. And Abhishek glances over to Shanaya who smiles shyly

 

Adi is watching all this from behind. Sandya Chachi comes next to him..

 

Sandya Chachi: my my my..kya happy family hain naa…?

 

Adi looks irritated to Sandya Chachi: Lakta hain apna plan ka waqt aagaya hain.. Laugh Ruhaan, jee bhar ke haslo…kyon ke bahut chald sirf andhera aane wala hai…

 

Sandya Chachi; Wo to teekh hain.. par Babli aur tum ye sab kaise karoge..dekho Simran ke taraf wo Ruhaan ke saath kitna khush hai..wo dono to ek tujhe mein aise khoye hain jaise sirf wo dono hi party mein hain…wo dono ko to alag karna namumkin hain.,..mujhse poocho I know..

 

Adi has a wicked smile on his face and takes the last sip from his whiskey glass.

 

Adi: Bas tum dekhti jao Sandy..ab mazaa aayega…

 

Sandya chachi also has a wicked smile and pushes her hair lock behind her ear.

 

The party at the Mathur's was a successful event. After the guests had left, the last ones leaving were The Oberoi's and Kiran Chachi, Bua and Shanaya. Mrs Mathur and Mr Mathur thanked them for coming and being shaamil in her happiness.

 

It's been 4 months since the party at the Mathurs. Today Simran is very excited as she is going to the hospital for an echo check-up and today they will know if they are having a daughter or son. Ruhaan is also very excited and a little nervous. Simran is getting ready in her room when Ruhaan enters. She is wearing a baby blue salwaar kameez with silver embroidery. Since her pregnancy and her growing belly which is quite grown now .

 

She kind of looks like this

 

 

So she feels more comfortable in salwaar kameez then in Sari's. She is having a little trouble tying the cords of the salwaar kameez on the back side..

 

Ruhaan: Simran are you ready..humein jaana hai na..?

 

Simran trying to tie the cords: Almost done Ruhaan..mm bas ye karloon to main ready hoon.

 

Ruhaan sees her forcing to tie the cords. He smiles and goes to help her. Simran looks up in the mirror when she feels his hands taking over to tie the cords from her. She smiles lovingly to him..Ruhaan looks also lovingly at her and smiles back.

 

Simran: Thanks..

 

Ruhaan: Thanks? Kisliyee…main to aise chances ke liyee wait karta rehta hoon…aur your looking very gorgeous…

 

And he hugs her peeche se and places a kiss on her shoulder and her neck. Simran smiles shyly…

Suddenly the door of their room gets open and enters Ria who also has khushi with her who is smiling after seeing Simran and Ruhaan..

 

Ria: Oeps..sorry Bhaiyya..wo khushi mere paas hai to main knock nahi karpaayi..wo Taiji neeche tum dono ka wait karrahi hain.

 

Ruhaan and Simran smiles and Simran walks to Ria and they go..behind the ladies Ruhaan looks up and thinks..

 

Ruhaan thinking: wah Godji..aap ka to jawaab hi nahi hai…main baap bangaya lekin phir bhi ye disturbance ka silsila khatam nahi huwa.. Mindblowing…just mindblowing..

 

And he smiles and walks also away with the ladies. Downstairs Madhvi  applies tikka's on both Simran's and Ruhaans forehead as they are going for the check-up in the hospital. They take aashirwaad from Madhvi and they leave.

 

In the hospital the doctor a gynecologist Mrs. P. Sawant is checking on Simran. Simran is lying down while Ruhaan is holding her hand all excited. Mrs Sawant applies some gel on Simran's belly and then goes over her belly with a little device and then watches on a screen on which she can see the baby and its movements...

 

Mrs. Sawant: Well Mrs Oberoi..everything is ok. As we have seen the previous time during your check up your baby is growing normally and everything is fine and the baby's heartbeat…

 

Mrs Sawant stops smiling she grabs a stetoscope and listens more carefully with it on Simrans belly. Ruhaan and Simran also stop smiling and get a pareshan look on their face and anxiously looks at Mrs Sawant..

 

Ruhaan anxiously: What is wrong doctor..aap.. aap chup kyon hogayi..

 

Mrs Sawant: Mr Oberoi… aisa kuch nahi..but what I just heard I first have to confirm and make sure if it is that what I think it is, before I give you two the news..

 

Ruhaan and Simran confused and still pareshan looks at Mrs Sawant..

 

Ruhaan: what do you mean doctor..? What news..

 

Mrs Sawant: Well Mr Oberoi and Mrs Oberoi, it seems that you two are having… twins.

 

Ruhaan, Simran shocked and happy at the same time: Kyaaaa…?

 

They both smile happily while Simran has tears in her eyes and Ruhaan takes her face in her hands and kisses her forehead..

 

Simran: Are you sure doctor, because in the previous echoes that were made this was not told to us.

 

Mrs Sawant smiling now also: Yes Mrs Oberoi you are having twins.. I can hear two heartbeats and sometimes it happens mostly in the beginning of the pregnancy when an echo is made it's very difficult to see when there are twins. As they grow bigger they get clearer and so does their heartbeats. And in your case first baby is in front which we see on this screen and the second one is behind this one…that's why in the previous echoes it was not clear.

So Congratulations to you both…Aap dono wait kijiye main abhi report lekar aati hoon and we'll also know if your having two boys, or two girls, or one of each..

 

Mrs Sawant leaves and Ruhaan and Simran are in heaven. They both hug each other and cry out of happiness…

 

Ruhaan: Simran we are having twins..mujhe vishwaas nahi hota..wait till we tell the family..wo log itne khush honge..thank you Simran, thank you so much..tumne itne khushi mujhe aur meri parrivaar ko diya hain..

 

Simran: Ruhaan wo aapke family sirf nahi hai..wo hamare family hai..aur ye khushiyan sirf maine nahi diya hain unko..humdono ne diya hain,…I love you Ruhaan..

 

Simran: I love you to Simran, I love you to..

 

And they hug each other. After an hour Mrs Sawant returns. She has the report of the echo with her.

 

Mrs Sawant: Well Mrs Oberoi and Mr Oberoi we have the reports. Everything is fine with both babies and with you also Mrs Oberoi. You are doing very great with your pregnancy, however it might get  difficult when the delivery date get closer, so when you feel anything which is not right at that time you should come right away. But how it looks now..it is going very great..and to tell you both you are having a boy and a girl..So congratulations again..

 

Ruhaan and Simran are very happy and thanked the doctor and leaves. Arriving at home everyone wants to know right away..

 

Arpitha: To bhaiyya, bhabhi khushi ke liyee ek bhaiya aa raha hain ya ek behen?

 

Ruhaan and Simran holding each others hands and smiling at the whole family..

 

Ruhaan: To kya Karen Simran batade sabko..Hamari beti hai ya beta..?

 

Simran smiles: Aap hi kehdijiye…

 

Ruhaan: To arpitha meri behen, khushi ke liyee aa raha hain ek bhaiyya aur ek behen..

 

Arpitha confused: Matlab?

 

Ruhaan smiling now: Arre baba..we are having twins..ek ladka aur ek ladki..

 

Everyone happily shouts: Kyaaaaa? Ye tum kya kehrahe ho

 

Ruhaan: Haan ye sach hain. We are having twins a girl and a boy.

 

Everyone is happy and congratulates both Ruhaan and Simran. Madhvi hugs Simran and kisses her forehead…Naresh call out to ramesh and gives him money to buy laddoo and to give it to all the neighbours coz he is becoming double dada ..Dadi gives a necklace to Simran and kisses both Simran and Ruhaans forehead. Ruhaan also gives the news to Kiran chachi and to the Mathurs. Everyone is very happy for both Simran and Ruhaan. Sandya chachi hears this and has a thoughtful look on her face.

 

Abhishek teasing Ruhaan: Ruhaan to humein ek aur bike kharidna parega..last time u only bought one remember..

 

And Ruhaan remembers last time when he had bought a lot of baby stuff and also a bike..he smiles

 

Ruhaan: Bhaiyya..aap bhi na..

 

And Abhishek smiles and hugs him..

 

Abhishek: Congratulations brother…

 

In the afternoon when everyone is sitting in the hall after dinner the phone rings in the Oberoi house. Naresh picks it up. It's the pandit who called regarding Abhisheks weddingdate. He tells that the shaadi must happen within 8 months otherwise there is no achhi mahurat for like a whole year to do the wedding..

 

Naresh: Teekh hain panditji..hum ek date decide karte hain 8 months ke andhar aur uske baat aapko baat mein phone karke batate hain..namaste panditji.

 

Naresh gives the news about the shaadi to the familymembers and together they all decide that Abhisheks wedding will happen after Simran has given birth.

 

Dadi: Haan ye teekh hoga..aggar abhi ka shaadi Simi ki delivery ke baat mein hoga..waise bhi pandit ne kaha hain 8 months mein shaadi hona chahiye, to kyon na hum aaj se 6 months baat shaadi karte hain? Kyonke 4 months ke baat Simi ka delivery hojaayega..to uske baat shaadi…

 

Madhvi: Haan mujhe ye teekh lakta hain,

 

Naresh: Teekh hain to hum ek date decide karke panditji ko kehdenge..Abhishek beta tum kya kehte ho…

 

Abhishek: dad jaise aaplok teekh samdje, mujhe mansoor hain..

 

The family is happy that the decision is made on behalf of Abhisheks shaadi. Abhishek calls Shanaya and informs her about it and they are happy…

 

Time just flies as Simrans delivery date comes closer. Everything was being made ready to welcome the twins, babyclothes, babystuff, palnas, toys and offcourse everything was bought double..Ruhaan and Simran are very excited and can't wait to hold their babies into their arms. And also the whole family..while Ruhaan and Simran waited excitedly for their twins to come in the world, on other hand Babli, Suhana, Sandya Chachi and Adhi also were waiting for Simran to give birth. They decided to go ahead with their plan after Simran gives birth. Two weeks more and Ruhaan and Simran would be holding their twins in their arms..

 

Its midnight and everyone at the Oberoi's are asleep except for one person. Ruhaan is awake, he quietly enters his bedroom and goes over to Simran who is sleeping. He goes near the bed and sits on her side, gently caresses her cheeks and whispers.  

 

Ruhaan whispering: Simran…Simran..

 

Simran slowly wakes up. She opens her eyes and thinks something is wrong. She quickly tries to sit up and looks at Ruhaan..

 

Simran: Ruhaan..kya huwa..aap teekh ho naa..

 

Ruhaan: Shhh..Simran kuch nahi huwa..main tumhe ek surprise deena chahta hoon?

 

Simran: Surprise..itni raat ko..Ruhaan aap…

 

Ruhaan: shh..chalo mere saat..

 

Simran: Kahaan..?

 

Ruhaan: C'mon baba..it is a surprise naa..trust me

 

Simran smiles and gets out of the bed. Ruhaan helps her. They go out of their room and Ruhaan takes Simran to the terrace. Simran all confused. At the door of the terrace Ruhaan stops Simran and says

 

Ruhaan: Ok..close you  eyes now..

 

Simran: Ruhaan…aggar main apni aankhen band karlungi to main walk kaise karungi..

 

Ruhaan: Tumhe walk karne ki zaroorat nahi hai..

 

Simran: Matlab?

 

He smiles and picks her up in his arms.

 

Simran: Ruhaan..yeh kya..i'm heavy nowadays you know..?

 

Ruhaan: kahaan heavy ho..? Ok close your eyes now.

 

Simran close her eyes and Ruhaan takes her to the terrace. He carefully puts her on a chair. Simran slowly opens her eyes and sees candles everywhere and rose pedals and a table set up with chocolate cake on it and a bottle and two glasses…she looks amazed around and smiles..Ruhaan looks at her and smiles.

 

Ruhaan: Happy Birthday..my love

 

Simran: Ruhaan..aap nahi bhule..I thought you forgot..

 

Ruhaan: Me and forget your birthday?..impossible..

 

He reaches to her and gives her a kiss. Simran gets shy and looks with love in his eyes..

 

Ruhaan: to kaisa laga mera surprise..?

 

Simran caresses his cheek and smiles at him with love…

 

Simran smiles: It's very romantic and it is so beautiful..thanks..

 

Ruhaan kisses her hand and they together cut the cake and feed each other. He then opens a red box which contains a beautiful set of paayals..

 

Simran: o waw..kitna khoobsurat gift hain thanks

 

Ruhaan: Khoobsurat to hai par tumse ziyada nahin..

 

Simran smiles and Ruhaan kneels down and put the paayels on Simrans feet..

 

He then grabs the bottle on the table and opens it..

 

Ruhaan: Let's celebrate..

 

Simran: Ruhaan..champagne..par main nahi drink karsakti..

 

Ruhaan smiles: Kaun kehta hain ke champagne hai…I know you can't have champagne..

 

He gives the glass to Simran and she takes a sip..

 

Simran: Milk..?

 

Ruhaan: ya champagne to nahi drink karsakti par milk to drink karsakti na..

 

And they both smile..He then takes her hand and they slow dances on the terrace looking into each others eyes while the song Sama hai suhana suhana nashe mein yahaan hai..kisiko kisi ki ghabar hi kahaan hai..har dil mein dekho mohabbat jawan hai..plays in the background..

 

In the morning at the breakfast table everyone congratulates Simran.

 

Madhvi: Hum to tumhe midnight ko hi congratulate karna chahte the, humne alarm bhi lagaye teh, par patta nahin kaise alarm nahi bachaa..

 

Dadi: Haan puttar mera alarm bhi nahi gaya…

 

While everyone is confused why their alarm did not go off, Ruhaan is smiling and pretending to find the whole situation also confused…Simran looks at him and knows that he has to do something with this..

 

In flashbacks.

Last night before midnight Ruhaan quietly and slowly walking out of his bedroom while Simran is sleeping. He goes to his parent's room and chupke se turn off their alarm and he does this also with the other alarms in the house.

 

Ruhaan thinking:  Finally aaj koi mujhe disturb nahi karega..

 

And he walks back to his room not noticing that someone saw him while he was turning off the alarms..

 

Flashback ends..

 

Back at the table during breakfast…while Ruhaan is smiling Abhishek comes next to him. He puts his arm around his shoulder and whispers…

 

Abhishek whispering: Wah..bro..alarm off karne ka andaaz tumhara to fabulous tha..Future mein main bhi ye idea use karunga..

 

Ruhaan: Bhaiya..aap aap kya kehrahe ho mujhe samach mein nahi aata..

 

Abhishek looks at him and both start to laugh and both sits down to have their breakfast..Simran does not want a party or anything because she knows everyone is already stressed and busy preparing for the arrival of the twins and for Abhisheks wedding. Dadi says if Simran does not want a big party then they will have a small dinner with the Mathurs and Kiran chachi and Bua and offcourse Shanaya..Everyone agrees with it.

 

Its in the afternoon and Kiran Chachi, bua, Shanaya, The Mathurs came to the Oberois and are having dinner..Everyone is having a great time and making fun and masti..they are seated in the hall after dinner and. Simran, Arpitha, Ria and Pia are in the kitchen to get chai and stuff.. They return with chai and give it to everyone. Suddenly Simran feels a pain. She stops and holds her belly..Everyone sees it and Ruhaan rushes to her and holds her..

 

Ruhaan: Simrannnnn…kya huwa..

 

Simran in pain: Ruhaan..Ruhaan mujhe dard horaha hain..i think..i think its time..awwwww

 

Ruhaan quickly picks her up and rushes with her to the car. Abhishek runs also with Ruhaan. He drives the car and they rush to the hospital. The other family members also go in separate cars.

 

In the hospital ruhaan is pacing from left to right with a worried look. Everyone tells him that it will be okay..he looks up and talks into himself

 

Ruhaan: Hee matarani..meri Simran teekh rahegi…

 

After some hours finally a nurse emerges from the operation room..

 

Nurse: Mr Oberoi, congratulations you have a son…

 

Ruhaan smiles and the whole family is happy and congratulate each other…

 

Ruhaan: Nurse how is my wife..wo kaisi hain..

 

Nurse: She is doing fine…and she returns back inside and Ruhaan impatiently waits..he can't wait tobe with Simran and his kids..

 

After some minutes the nurse along with Simrans doctor/gynaecologist Mrs. P. Sawant emerges again from the room..Mrs Sawant congratulates Ruhaan and leaves as she had some other patients.

 

Nurse: Once again congratulations Mr Oberoi..You also have a daughter..You can come and see your wife and your babies now..and other family members have to wait till your wife is shifted to the patientroom..

 

Everyone cheers and is happy and Ruhaan follows the nurse into the room. Simran is lying all tired. Besides her the babies are also lying, one baby wrapped in a soft blue blanket and one baby in soft pink blanket. While the nurses move all the surgical instruments and stuff, Ruhaan slowly walks towards Simran and the babies looking at them amazed. Simran sees Ruhaan and cries out of happiness. Ruhaan also cries and rushes to her and kisses her forehead and takes her hands into his and kisses it again. He looks at the babies and keeps looking at them. He is totally blown away with the happiness that he got today. He gently touches the little hands of the babies and cries

 

Ruhaan in tears: I love you Simran…I love you so much…Congratulation Simran..tum tum mom bangayi..Mujhe aaj mehsoos huwa ke jaise maine zindagi mein aaj sab kuch paaliya..thank you so much Simran for coming into my life and giving me the greatest gift ever..

 

Simran smiles still a little weak and answers: Aapko bhi congratulations aap bhi to dad bangaye naa..

 

The nurse comes and Ruhaan goes out of the room as the nurse is going to make Simran and the babies ready for the patient room so that the other family members can see them too..

 

A few hours later simran and the babies are shifted to the patient room and is surrounded by everyone. Simran is not looking that tired after the nurses freshed her up. She is sitting up in the bed and Ruhaan is sitting next to her holding her hands. While madhvi is holding the baby girl..Kiran Chachi is holding the baby boy…and all are oooying and aawwwing over the babies. And trying to see to whom they look like. Ruhaan and Simran are so happy that they could give this happiness to the family.

 

Abhishek: Toh Ruhaan, Simran..naam tum dono ne socha hai..meri bhatija aur bhatiji ka naam kya hai?

 

Dadi: haan bhai naam to batawo..

 

Ruhaan and Simran smile..

 

Ruhaan: Humne naam soch liya hain..hamari beti ka naam hai Roshini Simran Oberoi

 

Simran: Aur hamara beta ka naam hai Surya Ruhaan Oberoi..

 

Ruhaan: Kyon ke ye dono hamari zindagi ki chiraag hain..isliye Surya aur Roshini meaning Sun and Light…

 

Everyone smiles and likes the names of the babies very much.

 

After the visiting hours the family left. Ruhaan was allowed to stay with Simran. As it was her first time giving birth, and also to twins..it was not an easy one..she would be staying in the hospital one more day.

 

Ruhaan returned to Simrans room after escorting the family outside of the hospital. He stands in the dooropening and watches Simran who is admiring her babies whom the nurses put next to her..looking very adorable and cute wrapped in soft blue and soft pink blankets. Ruhaan smiles walks to Simran.. he gently moves into the bed and ly down next to Simran and their babies. Simran rests her head on his shoulder, he kisses her head and hold her in his arms and both admires the babies…

 

Simran: I just can't stop looking at them…

 

Ruhaan: Me neither…jaante ho Simran..zindagi mein mujhe tum milgaye aur aaj tumne mujhe ek beti aur ek beta diya…mujhe life se aur kuch nahi chahiye…mujhe to vishwaas nahi hota ke mujhe itna kushiyan mila..main bhagwanji ko thanks karta hoon ke wo tum teeno ko mujhko diya…aur tum teeno ke bina meri zindagi to kuch nahi hai..

 

Simran: aur hum teeno aapke bina nahin jee paayenge…

 

While Ruhaan and Simran were enjoying and admiring their twins on the other hand..the news had already reached Suhana, Babli and Adhi, who could finally take their revenge…

 

Suhana: Mmm..to Simran gave birth to twins…hahaha dekhte hai Ruhaan ab kaise tum apne bachon ki maa ko bachate hain…bechare abhi abhi apni maa se mulaqaat kiya hain aur abhi judaa honge..kitne unlucky hain na..

 

And all three laugh wikedly…
