Chapter 5

Chapter 4:

"yes angad you have to eat them, you hurt your back and on top of that you haven't been eating, so eat them, come on just drink this juice and then put the medicine in your mouth and down it with juice, okay?" kripa said as she put the juice and medicines in his hand.

Angad looked down and made a face, "kripa, I don't want to eat this nasty nasty and nasty thing! You want to eat it for me, and it will help me get better, come to think of it if your just near me and taking care of me like this, I don't need these stupid medicines! Angad replied to kripa, and then lifted his hand to throw the medicines, when kripa stopped him.

"NO angad, I will not EAT these medicine for you and you are not going to throw them out! If you do then im leaving forever, anyways in a few days im leaving for London forever!" kripa screamed at angad and then murmured the last bit under her breath not knowing that angad had heard the last bit.

Angad looked away with moist eyes, quietly downed the medicine and walked away leaving kripa surprised at his sudden change in emotions. She followed him to the balcony where he stood looking at a little girl and boy teasing each other, until the girl was pulled away from the boy, leaving him standing there crying. "what if that happens to me, no kripa can't leave me she HAD promised to stay! Please don't leave me kripa, like bhai did after he left with his family a year ago you were there to comfort me, now if you leave who will be there to bug me!" angad said with tears running down his eyes not knowing kripa had heard every single word from.

"hey angad, what happened why are you crying?" kripa asked as she moved forward and slowly put her hand on his shoulder, shocking him beyond reason. While angad looked the other way and wiped his tears before she could see them, but she had already seen them. She turned angad around and took hold of his hands and said, "okay, so you will come up here, cry to yourself about my leaving you, and yet you wont talk to me and say kripa I don't want you to go, please don't leave me!"

"kripa please don't leave me, I wont be able to stand it no more! You have always been there for me, and now I have gotten used to you around. From your small and childish acts to your fake anger, I have enjoyed every bit of your friendship. But now if you leave I will not only loose you but forget how to live, please kripa don't leave me….I cant loose you, my heart beats only for you, and I breath only to see you by my side, if you leave there is no point in living! Please, please kripa, don't leave me!" angad confessed with tears falling with rapidity as his heartbeat increased upon not hearing kripa utter one word.

Finally after a moment or two, kripa turned around and left, leaving angad standing there shocked, angry, sad and hurt. He ran after her to find her picking up her purse and leaving, when he grabbed her hand with fury, and pushed her up against the wall. He looked deep into her eyes and found her crying, why was she crying? He should be the one crying, NO WAIT, they were both supposed to say that they love each other and hug. Not stand here in this position with tears running down both their eyes.

"kripa, don't you trust me? I promise I'm not lying, I might be a flirt but have you not noticed that in these four years I have only gone out with 4 girls, that's how many girls I went out with in one day!!! Please kripa, trust me!" angad replied heartbroken and then quieted down when he didn't hear kripa say a word, he spoke again, "DAMN it kripa, im not lying, you mean the world to me, please don't leave me, fine go ahead with your sujal, I don't need you either, GET LOST!" let her go and pushed her away.

Kripa turned and looked at him standing there with red puffy eyes and a sorrowful expression on his face, she had never seen him this way, but it was the only way to make him realize that he loved her, and she loved him! Yes, I kripa sharma, love you Angad Khanna, but first I need sujal by my side, and only then will he be able to help me out. She turned around, opened the door to find sujal standing in front of her smiling. He winked at her and walked in, "hey angad, whats up man? Hey sweetie how are you? He said to kripa and kissed her cheek. While angad stood there, blood rushing to his veins, that's it he had enough, he was not going to deal with it anymore!

Sujal looked towards kripa and gave her a friendly hug and said, "so kripa, it finally worked, thankfully you stupid angad, you realized you love kripa, look how much we had to go through just to make you realize how much you have loved kripa and how much she has changed you over the course of your friendship to love!"

Kripa looked towards angad with a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eyes that he had missed when he said, "I love you!" to kripa. Does that mean she loves me too? "wait, so this was all a plan to make me jealous and confess my feelings to kripa?" He asked sujal and kripa at the same time, to which they both nodded.

"I think I should get going now, by kripa hun, take care and you know im always here if you need me!" he winked at her, gave her a friendly hug and turned towards angad giving him a brotherly hug. As he walked out the door, kripa followed with him and waved to him as she saw his car leave. She turned around slowly to find angad just two inches away from her face. Shocked she moved back a little, giving angad the message she was feeling uncomfortable.

"kripa, kripaa, KRIPA! I LOVE YOU! You know how much you scared me, stupid idiot, loser don't ever do that again, you know I have cried only this much when bhai left, you scared the crap out of me, please don't ever do that again, because if you do it this time, I will kill myse…." angad said only to be cut off by kripa, who shut him up and hugged him.

"don't ever say that again, angad! Or I will kill you and then myself!" kripa said, as she hugged angad tightly who replied hugging her back. They stood there for about ten minutes hugging and just listening to one another's breathing and heart beats, when suddenly the phone rang! "damn this phone, right when I get time to spend with my love, something always happens to ruin the perfect moment, hey sweetie, how about we leave it ringing and go for a romantic dinner and then the beach!" kripa smiled at angad and then said, "of course we can angad after you pick up the phone!"

Anjali turned around and snuggled closer to shaurya who wrapped his arms around her tight and kissed her forehead. Yes he was awake and watched her turn this way and that, he smiled, he loved her and she loved him! He loved his wife after 5 years of marriage, well not really he loved her 1 years ago! But the fact that she was near him sent currents down his spine and the feeling of him being completed by his wife. Nothing was better then this, a happy family they finally were!

He continued smiling at her and closed his eyes, soon falling asleep with anjali's head on his chest and his arms wrapped around her safely as if protecting her from the outside world.

Two hours later, anjali woke up to find herself in the tight hold of shaurya, she smiled and then remembered the previous night of their union, where the word lust didn't exist only love did. She continued staring at a sleeping shaurya, ran her hands through his hair and then kissed his lips, not realizing that shaurya was awake and was deepening the kiss. After a few seconds they let go breathing heavy, but gazed into one another's eyes when anjali looked away in a dark shade red.

Shaurya smiled, his wife anjali khanna still blushed even after five years of their marriage! "anju, you know you look so damn gorgeous when your blushing even though we have been married for so long!" shaurya said after continuously gazing into anjali's eyes.

Anjali looked at shaurya, blushed and said, "shaurya shut up! Before we werent one BUT now we are! We both complete each other!…" she was cut off when they heard a loud knock on the door! They both turned towards the door and smiled, the perfect moment ruined, and it was probably their daughter! Anjali turned towards shaurya and said, "sweetie how about you go get the door while I go to the bathroom and take a shower!"

"alright, alright im going im going, but first give me my shirt!" shaurya said as he looked down at anjali and found her wearing his black shirt. "shaurya no, no, shaurya no! shaurya stop, don't even think about it" and ran into the bathroom before shaurya could grab her.

Shaurya got up and put a shirt on, opened the door to find his little angel standing and watching him. When suddenly she started giggling and pointed towards him! "papa, you look gorgeous with all those lipstick marks on your neck and face, it suits you! Looks like mama really wanted to kiss you last night!" payal said, and looked back up to find her dad staring at her in shock. She looked behind her father to find her mom staring at her wide eyed and blushing.

"PAYAL, where did you learn such things from? How bad, by the way, he picked up payal in his arms and said, you want a kissy to on your cheek?" shaurya said to payal, who just looked at him and said, "papa put me down!" shaurya did as she asked and then she continued, "I think you should save them for mama, she looks like she needs them more, look it daddy she looks as red as your lipstick marks!" payal said and then ran away before shaurya and anjali could say something to her.

Two weeks later, shaurya, anjali and payal stood at the airport, waving goodbye to one another. Anjali stood crying and so did payal, shaurya would be gone for a month because of his work, it was an emergency and had to leave for NY just tonight!

"bye anju, take care of yourself and payal, and always remember I love you both dearly! I will try to be back before the week ends, if possible if not then the week after! Promise! Take care and I love you both loads!" shaurya said before leaving and then bent down to kiss his daughter on the forehead and hug her. Finally he turned towards anjali who stood there bawling, "anju I promise I will be back soon, don't worry I wont spend much time there, how can I when my life starts and ends with you two!" he said and kissed her forehead and hugged for a long time until the announcement was made that he had to leave for his flight now.

He turned around, walked away and turned around once again waving goodbye to both of them! Anjali and Payal both watched him leave, and just at that moment anjali felt as if she had lost him forever, she bent down and hugged payal crying.

"mama, don't worry papa said to be back soon, you know he loves you a lot mama, so cheer up papa will be back soon!" payal said to a bawling anjali, who looked back at her little girl, and then thought, I would be happy but I don't know why sweetie but I feel as if something is wrong.

"shauryaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, no you promised to be back, please shaurya don't leave me like this! Shauryaaa!" anjali screamed as she fell against the wall after watching the news that Shaurya Khanna's plane to NY had just crashed and no one had survived.
