Chapter 13

It is very bright beautiful morning....birds are singing as usual.......Kashish opens her eyes and turns over to look at him but he was still sleeping........Kashish looks at the clock which was ticking 6:30 AM........Kashish gets up and goes to washroom and gets ready.........when she looked back at the clock which was ticking 7:00 AM.......Kashish looked at Sujal who was still sleeping........She thought she should wake him up as he had to leave by 8am...She walked upto him and looked at him sleeping...He looked so innocent and peaceful when sleeping...This made her smile...She just stood there a few minutes looking at him and then sat by his side...She lifted her hand to wake him but stopped midway...

Kashish (to herself): ab main yeh kaam kaise karoon......agar maine jagaya aur bura man gaya to...........lekin nahi jagaya to flight miss ho jayegi...........oh god...maine nahi socha tha ki itna aasan kaam itna muskil bhi ho sakta hai.........

She looked at him.........

Kashish: Sujal........

But no response...He was still asleep

Kashish: Sujalll........

He still didn't move...

Kashish looks at the clock which was saying 7:10 AM..........Kashish couldnt help herself..........She lifts her hand and put it on his shoulder and shakes him little bit.........

Kashish: Sujal........

He opens his eyes and seeing her infront of him made a smile appear on his face...She looked so beautiful,so innocent...He could have sworn this was the most beautiful morning in his life...

Sujal: Goodmorning Kashish...

Kashish: Goodmorning......woh saat baj gaye hai to muje laga ki tumhe dair hogi is liye jaga diya.....

Sujal: achcha hua tumne muje jaga diya,warna aaj kal itni achi neend aati hai ke utha nahin jaata........

Kashish just smiles at him.....

Kashish: ab tum taiyaar ho jao main neeche kitchen me hoon........

She was about to get up when he held on to her hand and made her sit down...He held her hand slowly into his and looked at her with affection and she was breathing quite heavily...He slowly opened her bandages and looked at her wound...

Sujal: Thankgod tumhara zakhm thik hogaya,warna muje wahan fikar laggi rehti aur phir tumhare bandage kaun change karta...........

Kashish just smiles at him.......

Kashish: itni fikar kyun karte ho.......

He just looks at her...

Sujal: main khud nahin jaanta...bas itna jaanta hoon ki main tumhe takleef me nahin dekh sakta...tumhare dard se muje dard hota hai.......

She just looked at him and lost in his words........

Sujal: ab bandage ki zaroorat nahin hai,main bas cream laga deta hoon...

He gets the cream from his side drawer and holds onto her hand again and very lovingly applies the cream on her wound whilst blowing it

Kashish: achcha ab tum taiyaar ho jao warna flight chut jayegi.........

she without saying anything went to the kitchen and he went to washroom..... After sometime he got ready and came down...When he came down the steps he just stood there...He saw that Kashish was in the mandir..He walked upto her and stood next to her just looking at her...He got reminded of Veena...She was so much like Veena............Kashish opens her eyes and looks at him and offers the aarti........

Kashish: maine bhagwan se baat kar li hai ki tumhari trip bahot achchi hogi......

He takes the aarti...

Sujal: Thanks.............ab tumne baat ki hai to zaroor achchi hogi

Kashish: tum muje thanks nahi kahoge to achcha rahega...........chalke breakfast kare.......

Sujal: Haan chalo...

they both go and have breakfast and it was time to leave Sujal to Mumbai but some how he didnt wanted to go leaving Kashish behind alone........

Sujal: Kashish tum wakay me manage karlogi...........

Kashish: haa........maine kaha na ki main thik hoon.........ab tum jao Angad Airport pe tumhara intzaar kar rahe honge.............

Sujal: thik hai main chalta hoon...tum please apna khayal rakhna aur koi bhi problem ho to muje phone kar dena..........

Kashish: haa janti hoon .........ab tum jao.........Good Luck........bye......

Sujal: Bye...Take care...

Saying this he leaves and she was stood at the door watching him go...When he turned around and waved at her with a slight smile..........she waved him with a smile and watch him to go and closed the door......

Lets check what is going on in Mumbai............after a meeting Sujal and Angad still sitting in the office discussing about the project........

Angad: Sujal......ek baat ka sach sach jawaab dega..........tuje kashish kaisi lagti hai.......kya tumhe woh pasand nahi........

Sujal: pata nahin Angad...haa bas itna pata hai ki main uski koi bhi baat taal nahin sakta...naa chah ke bhi main uski har baat maanne pe majboor hojata hoon...

Angad: kya tumhe achcha nahi lagta jab woh muskurati hai..........kya tumhe bura nahi lagta jab woh roti hai......

Sujal: haa aisa lagta to hai par yeh baat to normal haina...jab bhi koi muskurata hai to hume achcha lagta hai aur jab koi rota hai to hume burra lagta hai...

Angad; kabhi tune use pyaar karne ke bare me socha hai.......

Sujal: pyaar...main kissi se pyaar kaise karsakta hoon jab muje pyaar ka matlab hi nahin pata...

Angad: koi baat nahi.......bahot jald Kashish yeh bhi shikha degi.........

Sujal: woh bohat achchi hai....hamesha usse dusron ki fikar rehti hai

Angad: to tu kab uski tarah banega.....

Sujal smiles at him..

Sujal: din guzarte guzarte main bhi Kashish ki tarah ban raha hoon...tuje yaad hai jab humne Kashish ko pehli baar dekha tha to maine kaha tha ki jisse bhi iski shaadi hogi woh uski zindagi bigaad degi...par sach to yeh hai ke main galat tha,kyunki Kashish ne meri zindagi sanwar di...

Angad: not bad at all...........muje dikai de raha hai ki ek din tuje Kashish ke pyaar me pagal huye .........tab tuje Kashish ke alawa aur koi dikhai bhi nahi dega.........yeh businss bhi nahi.......

Sujal: achcha yeh sab chor...Chal lunch karte hain...pehle hi itni dair hogayi...

Angad: sach me tu badal raha hai........pehle main Lunch ke liye chilata tha aur ab tu mujpe chilata hai...........

Sujal: ab chalo bhi...yeh sab bakwaas baad me kar lena...

They both leave for lunch...

It is 6:15 PM and Kashish was waitng for Ria and Sia.............when they both come running to her........

Ria + Sia: Hi Aunty!Hum log aa gaye...

Kashish: tum dono ke pass sirf teen din hai.........in teen din me tum dono ko bahot kuch shikhna hai.........no masti no fights........

Ria+Sia: Ok Aunty promise hum masti nahin karenge aur dhyan se seekhenge

Kashish: tum dono tumhare song ki cd leke aaye ho........

Ria: woh to hum bhool gaye..

Sia: ab kaise practice karen

Kashish: tum dono ruko.......main meri cd leke aati hoon......

Ria+ Sia: Ok aunty!

Kashish puts the cd and starts to teach them.......And Maria is watching Kashish from a distance and smiling...

Kashish: aise nahi.......aise thik se karo.......pehle muje dekho aur phir karo........thik hai ......

Ria+ Sia: Acha Aunty....Pehle aap kijiye phir hum karenge

after 2 hours.......

Kashish: aaj ke liye itna kafi hai.......ab tum dono ghar jao tumhari mama tumhara intzaar kar rahi hai........aur kal waqt pe aana..........

Ria+Sia: Ok Aunty...Thank you so much...hum kal waqt pe aajaenge...

They both kiss Kashish on either side of her cheeks and then leave...Kashish just smiles..........

Ab Kashish aur Maria aise hi raat ke 10 baje lounge me beth ke baatein kar rahe the...

Maria: Mam..muje nahin pata tha aap itna acha dance kar leti hain...main to aapko aaj dekhte hi reh gayi...

Kashish: haa woh maine bahot se compitition bhi jite hai........

Maria: jeet ne bhi chahiye the...aap bohat talented hain....achcha ab 10 baj gaye hain.........muje jaana chahiye...Subaah main pohanch jaungi...........

Kashish: ple muje akele chod ke mat jaiye........

Maria: Mam aapko akele me darr lagta hai kya.........

Kashish: ha.........woh maine Sujal se kaha ki main thik hoo.......lekin raat ko akele muje ghar pe bahot darr lagta hai........

Maria: main samaj sakti hoon....aapse ek baat puchun mam...aapko sir ki yaad aa rahi hai kya.............

Kashish: woh kya hai na her raat ko unki aadat ho gayi hai.......aaj pata nahi lekin Sujal ki bahot yaad aati hai.........kyunki jab woh ghar me hota hai to aisa lag raha hai ki koi hai mere saath.........pata nahi lekin khud ko surkshit pati hoon unke saath..........

Maria just smiles...

Maria: bas do din ki baat hai...aaj ka din to beet gaya...aur ab aap jaake aaraam kijiye,main yahin paas me guest room me hoon...

Kashish: thanks Maria........goodnight........

Maria: goodnight mam.........

Kashish goes to her room and takes her night clothes and goes to washroom and gets changed..........she washed her face and wiped down with towel when she looks her wound which Sujal took care of it.........she smiles and than kiss her hand which Sujal had held..............she comes out and looks at the bed but it was empty.........she looked at the whole room but it looked different.......it wasnt the same room as it used be.........may be his presence was so important to the room............she went to her side and opens the drawer and takes out her diary.........she opens the diary and looks at Sujal's pic on his writing table..........

Kashish (in her diary): aaj pata nahi mere dil kyun bechen ho raha hai.........shayad abhi bhi main tumhara intzaar kar rahi hoon kyunki ab yeh intzaar bhi muje haseen lagne laga hai...........bhabhi kehti hai ki insaan ki asli ehsaas tab hota hai jab woh insaan aapse durr jata hai............jab tum pass hote ho to tumse kuch keh nahi pati aur aaj tum pass nahi to tumse baatein karne ka dil karta hai.......bas tumhe dekhne ka dil karta hai......pata nahi kyun lekin muje ajeeb lagta hai jab khud ko is kamre me akeli dekhti hoon..........shayad ab main pasand karne lagi hoon Sujal ko..........shayad ab muje tumhari zaroorat si ho gayi hai..........pata nahi yeh raat aur agle do din kaise jayenge......

She closed her diary and put it in the drawer.............she looked at his picture and whispered goodnight to him...........she turned off the light and lay down looking at his pillow..........she just couldnt sleep......bcoz tonight she isnt sharing any bed or any blanket..........it was something that she is really missing him..........she closed her eyes putting her one hand on his pillow and went to sleep..........

it is 3'O clock tiking in the clock.........Kashish was in deep sleep.....it was pindrop slience in the Garewal mension.........the only sounds can heard are clock ticking and sounds of crickets outside..............when suddenly a big sound of something droppes came from downstaires........she wakes up in a horrible and looks for him but he wasnt there for her......she turned on the lights and looked in the room but everything was alright.........she straighens her clothes and hair and opens the door and slowly gets down from stairs when she sees s broken vase near dining table.........she goes near and picks up a broken piece of a glass when she hears a sound of closed door of her bedroom..........she rushed to the bedroom and opens the door.......

As she opened the door she got the biggest shock of her life....The whole room was in a mess and two men with masks on their faces were going through their closet.....As they heard the sound of the door they turned around to see Kashish at the door...She screamed on the top of her voice..........

Kashish: MARIA!!!!!!!

They quickly ran to her and covered her mouth and began looking around....There was no one there to help...

Maria gets up on hearing Kashish's voice and rushed to her room while screaming for raghu and guard..............

The men heard Maria's voice and looked at each other....They pushed Kashish who fell and hit her head on the dresser and as they were running the man dropped a file....He ran back to pick it and just as he was about to they heard the guards running up the steps....He left the file there are ran towards the balcony window and both men escaped from there...

Kashish holds her head which is bleeding very and goes to the file and picks up and holds it tight to her heart........when Maria enters the room with guards and gets scared by looking at room..........she goes to kashish and holds her and makes her sit on the bed..........and puts a napkin which was on dresser on kashish's head to stop her from bleeding and calls cops and doctor..........

After sometime the police enter Garewal Mansion and the team begins to search the house...Kashish was still holding on to that file not letting it go and seemed to be really scared...Maria was consoling her when the inspector comes...

Inspector: Mam hum apni taraf se puri koshish kar rahe hai un gundon ko dhundhne ki...lekin woh churane kya aaye the...........

Kashish: shayad yeh file.............

when doctor comes.......

Doctor: excuse me........muje Mrs.garewal ki bandages karni hogi......

Inspector: thik hai hum bahar intezaar karte hain....

The Doctor begins to bandage Kashish and the Inspector goes out of the room

He picks up his mobile and calls someone...

Inspector: Hello kya main Mr Sujal Garewal se baat karsakta hoon..............

Sujal: ya.......this is Sujal Garewal speaking........

Inspector: Mr Garewal abhi abhi aapke ghar pe kissi ne hamla kiya hai...Shayad woh kissi file ko churane aaye thay..

Sujal: kya..........Kashish thik to hai.......

Inspector: Ji woh file bachate bachate unke sir pe kuch chot aayi hai par woh thik hai aur Doctor aaye hai bandage karne

Sujal: aap ple is case ko end tak follow kare main Delhi ki pehli flight ko leke aa raha hoon.........

Inspector: Ji Mr Garewal...hum apni taraf se puri koshish karenge is baat ki jad tak pohanchne ke liye...aur haan aap ka aana shayad thik hoga...aapki patni kaafi ghabrayi hui hain, shayad unhe aapki zaroorat hogi...Bye

The Inspector closes the phone

they still are serching around the house and Maria is concoling Kashish and Doctor gives Kashish medicine.........and tells her to rest bcoz she was already so scared and more she was shocked......In Mumbai Sujal is also just as shocked and calls to arrange a flight back to Delhi after informing Angad...
