Kumud meets Molvi to take leave.

Molvi: You are going with Pramad?

Kumud: I have a plan to go with Pramad. Saras is in Daulatabad. When I go there, I will meet him.

Molvi: God bless you, my child. Before you came, I was all alone, but since you came here as my daughter, you have filled my life with happiness. Today, I am happily sending my daughter. If you had stayed with your dad, it would have been the happiest day for him. But I can only pray for you.

Kumud: Please don't say that. You have given me a good education & the most precious blessings to face the selfish world. I am leaving now. Please take care of yourself.

Molvi: If you don't go now, it will make me cry.

Kumud leaves. The background song is agle janam mohe.

Kumud goes to Daulatabad with Pramad.

Pramad drops Kumud at his place & tells his uncle, "She will be staying here for a few days."

His uncle agrees.

Kumud: Are you leaving me alone?

Pramad: I will come fast.

He leaves.

The next day Pramad comes back.

Kumud sees his wound and asks, "How did you get hurt?"

Pramad: It is not severe. It is a small accident. We need to leave now.

Kumud & Pramad are on their way to another place. Some men attack Pramad, but he kills one of the men. The remaining men show him the gun capture everyone.

Sunaina's father tells Saras, "All your worries were in Lucknow, but now it seems that Lucknow has come here."

Saras: I didn't get you.

Sunaina's dad: Umrao has come.

Saras is happy.

Pramad: But she has not come alone. She came with Pramad & got arrested with him.

Saras: Pramad is not a Daku. He is a nawab. He does not look like one.

Pramad: He is a goon. Don't go by looks, as they are deceitful. We were in search of him for many years.

Saras: Can I see him.

Sunaina's dad: Of course, why not?

Flashback pauses.

Umrao: It seemed to me that I had neared my destination as I was sure that he would come and hug me, but Fate played a dirty trick on me. Before coming to me, Pramad went on the way.

FB continues

Pramad was getting beaten up. Saras comes & clothes him.

Pramad: Thanks for coming.

Saras: Thanks for what? You have been looting others & I feel bad seeing wounds on your naked body. The reality has come. Nawab Pramad has turned out to be Daku Pramad.

Saras is about to leave.

Pramad: Where are you planning to go?

Saras: How does it concern you?

Pramad: If you want to meet Umrao, you need to take my permission. I have purchased her.

Saras: Don't talk rubbish.

Pramad: It is a fact. As soon as you left, Umrao came with me here.

Saras punches him: I am not interested to hear anything against innocent Umrao.

Pramad: You think that she is innocent but agreed to come with me. She is a courtesan who is only concerned with the invitation.

Saras: All lies.

Pramad: It is for you to decide the truth after meeting Umrao.

Saras strangulates Pramad. He leaves.

Pramad to himself: Now Umrao, you will be a living dead.

The lady comes to Umrao & said, "Saras came to meet you."

Kumud is happy. Saras is drinking.

The lady tells Saras, Umrao has come to see you."

Saras spills the drink on the mirror with an angry expression. He said, "Send her here."

Kumud comes running.

Both hug each other.

Saras then breaks the hug.

Kumud sees him in the drunk state and asked, "Why did you drink?"

Saras: I drank the first time when I left the society and came to you. Now I drank because I am leaving you.

Kumud: I think you are kidding.

Saras: Jokes are cracked only with loved ones. Not with the outsiders.

Kumud: So, I have now become an outsider. Are you going to marry someone else?

Saras nods: I am going to marry Sunaina.

Kumud: When I got the news that you are at your uncle's place, I had sensed that something like this is going to happen. I want to know that why are you removing me from all the promises & the ring that you gave me? What is my fault? What wrong did I do? I have every right to ask.

Saras: You had the right which you have lost now. You were a perfect example of loyalty & faithfulness, but you have screwed it up. You have sold yourself for the money.

Kumud: I am not getting you.

Saras pulls her and said, "Do you remember the day I told you if you become disloyal, I will cut & throw you out of my life. I have met your buyer before coming to you."

Kumud: Our God is the witness. I have only used him to reach out to you.

Saras: By selling your loyalty & giving your body in exchange?

Kumud: It is all lies. He is misleading you.

Saras: And I got misled, isn't it? He can see how many lines are there in your body & also recognizes your distinction marks. Do you want to hear something more? It is now your turn to answer.

Kumud cries: It is all lies.

Saras is unmoved.

He calls the servants & said, "Send her to Lucknow right away."

Kumud: Fine, before leaving, I thank you for all the favors that you have done to me. You have promised to free me from this cage & now you are sending me to the same golden prison. Do one last favor for me. Since I am going away from your life, if you remember our moments, please drop a tear or 2.

Kumud leaves.

Saras cries.
