YU ME AUR HUM NEXT PART

 

Tinton!! goes the bell, n Armaan gets up n proceeds towards the main door. He opens the door, n sees Kavya standing there. She was in her blue denims n a red spaghetti top. Her brown curls were all over her shoulders n those golden glasses looked gorgeous on her. Armaan scents a strong perfume, n his eyes shoot up at her attire. Though Kavya often wore kinda sexy clotthes, but then, today she was looking really...well hot. He greets her with a smile, n hugs her.
Armaan: How are yu...?
Kavya: Absolutely fine...parting from the hug. Arima kaisi hai ab..?
Armaan: Well...she is...the same..abhi milk pee rahi hai..
They walk in the living room.
Kavya: Oh yea..woh jo naye X rays karvaye the, unke results aa gaye...she puts a serious look on her face.
Kavya: Armaan, I know, yeh sab tumhaare liye...bohot mushkil hai..I ...I can understand it all...Well, the hole is still there, though thankfully it has not shown any growth since the past test. But we need to be careful, I hope Arima is taking all the medicines I had prescribed...Sitting on the sofa, she puts her bag on one side.
Armaan: yea of course, Ridhima do de hi deti hai..n well I make sure about that...anyways, I'll just call Ridhima..

Saying that, he goes inside. Ridhima was almost done feeding Arima. She looks up at him n smiles
Armaan: Ridhima..umm..Kavya aayi hai..to check Arima..
Rodhima: Oh yea..main abhi aati hoon...

Kavya: Hi Ridhima..!! she sees her walking in, with Arima. She gets up to hug her, then smiles at Arima
Kavya: n how r yu doing...? taking Arima, she hugs her, too. Arima chuckles. She liked this girl.
Kavya started off with her check ups, n some tests, n injections. She prescribed some new medicines, n took a look at a few reports. She frowned as she did so.
Armaan: Kavya..whats wrong..?? Sab theek to hai...??
Kavya re-reads the reports, n speaks to herself
Kavya: Yeh reports to....
Ridhima: Kya..? Kya hua..? Is something wrong..??
Kavya: Nai Ridhima..yeh..she walks to her with those reports in her hands...
Kavya: Yeh to...
Ridhima looks at the reports....then looks up at Armaan.

 

Ridhima: Armaan, yeh reports to kehti hain ki Arima ke heart ka hole...well...

Kavya: Armaan, she cant be operated now. Well, for the simple reason that the hole has grown quite large enough, n if we do the surgery abhi, then the risk, yu knw...is greater. So the best option in hand is to injecting her with that dose of medicine, which Dr Shubhanker also recommended, so that there is absolutely no chance of the hole growing...

Armaan walks upto them n speaks

Armaan: Yes Kavya, lekin phir Arima to abi sirf 5 mahine ki..

Kavya: Yea, exactly, we cant operate on her. So let her grow a little older...maybe after 3 or 4 years, we can do the surgery. And about the growth of the hole, that wouldnt be there, because of the medicines, n the injections...

Ridhima: Lekin...who to kaafi saare injections hain..aur Arima..itna dard...kaise seh paayegi...

Kavya: yea, I knoe Ridhima, lekin phir we really cant perform the surgery, with these latest reports...she showed her some X rays

Armaan: Ridhima, I think Kavya theek kehti hai..Lets do it that way. I'm sure ki the growth of the hole would be under control with that drug...

Ridhima looks at Arima. Sure, she was quite small, n the surgery was too risky, but then her angel would also have to endure so much of pain. She knew deep inside her, that what Armaan was saying, was correct, but she hated to see Arima wail in pain because of all those drugs Kavya so often gave her.

 

Just then Kavya gets a call n she answers it immediately

Kavya: Oh..hi, what?? Oh I'll be there...

She ends the call, n picks up her bag.

Kavya: Guys, I have to leave, who mere hospital mein ek emergency hai...So I hope ki yu have taken yur final decision, n beleive me, yeh hi sabse theek rahega...She smiles at Ridhima, gives a quick hug to her, looks at Armaan, then walks towards the door. Armaan follows her.

 

Ridhima sighs, then again looks at Arima, who was know playing with the remote control of the TV. Unknowingly, Arima suddenly presses a button, n the TV is switched on. Startled, she looks at her mommy, clearly shocked n surprised. Ridhima smiles at her. Then takes her in her lap. She talks to Arima about her new pink doll which papa had got for her, n the new frock Anjali Masi had given her. Arima seems to be understanding everything n stares at Ridhima, then her face breaks into a smile. Ridhima turns around, as she hears Armaan's footsteps coming towards the living room.

 

Armaan: Riddhima, tum is decision se...khush ho na...? He walks to her, sitting on the arm of the sofa, where Ridhima n Arima were seated.

Ridhima looks up at him

Ridhima: Agar , tumne yeh faisla le hi liya hai..to phir main kya bol sakti hoon...

Armaan: Haan Ridhima, lekin...tum yeh jaanti ho, ki Kavya was right...agar hum abhi iska operation kareinge...to the consequences, n the risks will be...

Ridhima: Yea Armaan, lekin phir wahi sab dewaiyaan pilakar, aur who in jections dekar, Arima ko kitna dard sehna padega, iska andaaza bhi hai tumko...

Armaan: To Ridhima, phir kya karien...? Uski surgery karvalein, without taking anything else into consideration....?? he frowned a little

Ridhima:...

Armaan looks at his cellphone which was beeping. He takes the call. Ridhima hears him speak:-

Armaan: Main, bas abhi 20 minute mein pahoonchta hoon...take care

Ridhima: kya hua...? She asks him once the call was over

Armaan: Who, mujhe Sanjivani jaana hai..Mr Chopra ki tabiyat kuch theek nai hai, so, I'll go...

He stands up, n walks to their room

He returns with a file n some papers n stops at the mirror. He takes a look at his hair, n his shoes, then his shirt...Oh Shit!...not now!!

He makes a face at the big stain of some sabji there on his shirt.

Ridhima: Armaan!! Ruko, who tumhaari shirt...

 Ridhima, just then, walks to him with a wet towel, n cleans it. Armaan looks at her. Ridhima looks at him.
